Á/ Ecography 28: 236 Á/252.Savanna regions may contain significant areas of forest, usually in riparian environments. We described forest composition and quantified environmental variables for 80 plots in the watershed of the Yucao River (2550 km 2 ), a tributary to the Meta River (Orinoco basin) in the eastern plains of Colombia. The total sampled area of 3.2 ha contained 147 tree species (110 genera and 45 families) with diameter at breast height /5 cm. The families represented by most species were Leguminosae (15 species), Arecaceae (11 species), Rubiaceae (9), Chrysobalanaceae (7), Euphorbiaceae (7), Melastomataceae (7) and Myrtaceae (7). Although most of the tree species have wide distribution ranges in humid neotropical forests, and few are endemic to the region, comparison with other neotropical forests suggests that the combination of taxa is characteristic for neotropical gallery forests. Cluster analysis allowed the definition of five forest types. They show important differences in a number of environmental variables, especially those related to inundation regimes and soil properties. Canonical correspondence analysis indicates good correlation of the first ordination axis with the size of the stream with which the forest is associated, the height to which the water rises during floods and variables related to soil fertility. The second ordination axis differentiates between soils with high or low water content in the dry season, high or low organic matter content and low or high bulk density. The results demonstrate the role of spatial variability and interactions of floodplain morphology, hydrological regime, and soil properties in structuring this important riparian community. E. J. This study analyzes the characteristics of publications on sustainability topics and education for sustainability in the Web of Science (WOS) database during the period ranging from 2005 to 2014. We identified the topics that are being studied within those subjects and other relevant topics. We also analyzed a special edition of the Journal of Cleaner Production on “Higher Education for Sustainable Development: Emerging areas,” published in January, 2014. Our approach was both qualitative and quantitative and aimed at qualifying and quantifying certain variables related to the scientific literature on the broad subject of sustainability. The number of published pieces in the WOS focusing on sustainability issues during the period from 2005 to 2014 was 5,924. In our analysis of the special edition of the Journal of Cleaner Production, we found and analyzed 17 abstracts and full papers. The main results of our survey highlight the education, educational research, environmental sciences, ecology, and engineering areas as including the greatest number of publications. Articles, as opposed to conference proceedings or reviews, accounted for 63% of the published documents, and the year 2013 showed the largest number of publications. Huisingh, Suciu, Katane, and Barth are the most published authors on these topics. Furthermore, management, environmental studies, ecology, and environmental sciences are the “hot topics” with the best search results, meaning articles of impact and high quality. Finally, it should be emphasized that publications on the subject of sustainability appear most often in the sciences.

This article aims to interrelate dimensions of the well-being validation instruments proposed by Watson, Clark and Tellegen (PANAS) with generalized anxiety dimensions proposed by Spitzer et al. (GAD-7) and state-trait anxiety inventories proposed by Biaggio and Natalício (IDATE), using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), in the case of individual university students in southern Brazil and the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We conducted a behavioral study, characterized as exploratory-descriptive, by applying a questionnaire survey to collect data though face-to face interviews to a group of 460 university students from June to August 2019. A non-probabilistic sampling method for convenience was used, justified by the heterogeneous incidence of the participants. Our results support most of the proposed hypotheses. Only one hypothesis was rejected, i.e., that the Positive Affection Scale (WBS) is not related to the State Anxiety Inventory (IAE)—when a person is feeling in full activity, this situation does not affect the momentary state, characterized by tension, apprehension and by increased activity in the autonomic nervous system. In terms of the subjective well-being of students, 14.13% were found to have a low rating. 86.74% were found to have generalized anxiety; 75% had trait anxiety, and 80.22% had state anxiety. Our results indicate the need for preventive measures to minimize anxiety and help maintain necessary levels of well-being during this phase of academic development and when forging a professional career. It is expected that new studies will contribute to the advancement of such themes, particularly with university students.

Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar e elaborar um plano de treinamento e desenvolvimento juntamente aos colaboradores de uma empresa de TI. Metodologicamente, trata-se de um estudo de caso através de pesquisa descritiva com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa com aplicação de questionários a 65 colaboradores e gestores. Neste estudo foi elaborada uma matriz que permite a visualização de quais treinamentos disponibilizar para seus colaboradores. A utilização dessa matriz T&D, trás oportunidades de crescimento pessoal e profissional, bem como aumenta o desempenho na realização das funções o que consequentemente aumenta a produtividade, refletindo sobremaneira na qualidade dos serviços prestados pela organização.Palavras-chave: Treinamento e Desenvolvimento; Tecnologia da Informação; Colaboradores. Needs assessment and concoction of training and development plan for IT company ABSTRACT This article aims to identify and develop a training and development plan along to the employees of an TI company. Methodologically, it is a case study through descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approach with questionnaires to 65 employees and managers. In this study we created a matrix that allows the visualization of which provide training for its employees. The use of this T & D matrix, back opportunities for personal and professional growth as well as increases performance in carrying out the functions which in turn increasesproductivity, reflecting greatly on the quality of services provided by the organization.

RESUMONo contexto de mudanças sociais, econômicas e tecnológicas, oriundo de guerras, desigualdades, avanços tecnológicos e escassez de matéria-prima, constata-se uma grande preocupação em estabelecer princípios éticos que levem à realização de ações de responsabilidade social nas organizações. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo tem como objetivo propor ações de melhoria no Programa de Responsabilidade Social, com base no Instituto Ethos, de uma distribuidora de energia elétrica. Para isso, quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos, o estudo caracteriza-se como qualitativo, do tipo descritivo, sendo desenvolvido por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete colaboradores da empresa. Dentre os resultados obtidos, foi possível verificar que os colaboradores têm consciência do papel que a referida empresa de energia vem desenvolvendo na busca contínua de qualidade, demonstrando informalmente certo grau de satisfação quanto à empresa. Ao mesmo tempo, percebeu-se, contudo, certo desconhecimento por parte dos colaboradores quanto ao trabalho que hoje é desenvolvido pela empresa, indicando a estagnação de informações.Palavras-chave: responsabilidade social; responsabilidade social empresarial, Instituto Ethos.

A síndrome de burnoutcostuma ser identificada em profissionais que trabalham diretamente com outras pessoas, como é o caso dos professores. Sendo assim, o estudo tem por objetivo analisar as dimensões da síndrome de burnoutem professores da rede pública de ensino da cidade de Farroupilha, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A amostra foi composta por 262 professores atuantes em 28 escolas municipais de Farroupilha, sendo que metodologicamente o estudo classifica-se por ter abordagem quantitativa, de natureza descritiva, utilizando para a coleta de dados o instrumento Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) na forma Educators Survey (ES), MBI-ES, criado exclusivamente para a identificação da síndrome em professores. Os resultados evidenciam baixo nível de exaustão e despersonalização, e alto nível de realização profissional nos professores, ou seja, não foram percebidos sinais da síndrome de burnoutna amostra pesquisada.
