“…Desse modo, avaliando os conceitos abordados pelos estudos, pode-se considerar que o florescimento no trabalho se baseia em um conjunto de dimensões, sendo elas: emoções positivas, engajamento, relacionamento, significado/propósito e realização(SELIGMAN, 2011). Ou seja, os achados reforçam a compreensão de que o florescimento é um construto multidimensional(SELIGMAN, 2011;FABRICIO et al, 2020) e com falta de consistência conceitual e operacional (HUPPERT; SO, 2013).Ademais, no que tange às definições acerca das práticas de GP, verifica-se que a prática de avaliação de desempenho é aplicada no sentido de almejar melhorias e proporcionar oportunidades de crescimento, servindo como "ponte" de comunicação entre os trabalhadores e gestores/superiores.
