Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan dan kontribusi antara tingkat pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 10 kelas, dengan jumlah populasi 360 orang dan sampel 130 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik korelasi. Teknik pengampilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes pengetahuan lingkungan, angket sikap peduli lingkungan, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi yang terbentuk dari tingkat pengetahuan lingkungan hidup siswa dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa adalah sebesar 0,327 (rendah) dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,7 % dan analisis regresi menunjukkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 81,557 + 0,157 X. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung 3,915 > ttabel 1,9978. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dengan kata lain ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan.
Early childhood education institutions are one form of early childhood education in formal education pathways for zero to six years. Early childhood education, in essence is education that is organized with the aim to facilitate the growth and development of children as a whole or emphasize the development of all aspects of the child's personality. Therefore, education for early childhood especially kindergarten needs to provide various activities that can develop various aspects of development which include cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical. Growth and development are a process that occurs in every living creature naturally. Growth will undergo physical changes while the development of changes in the structure and function of the body more complex. Children are individuals who are in a range of developmental changes ranging from infancy to adolescence.
We always assume that the world of children is a beautiful world, happy, safe and far from problems. Their time is always filled with fun and play. This statement is not entirely true, because behind a world filled with joy in children, real discomfort always lurks them. Negligence of parents who unwittingly make them trapped in unsafe conditions, for example, becoming victims of sexual abuse in early childhood. Not infrequently the perpetrators of sexual harassment are known people and people closest to them. Early childhood often becomes a victim because of verbal limitations and still lack of ability to express what is felt and experienced in detail and in detail. This condition is further strengthened by the lack of understanding of early childhood on the part of their body that can be touched and do not include what they should do when the unpleasant condition occurs. Therefore providing sex education to early childhood is important, so that the incidence of abuse in early childhood that can result in long-term trauma can be avoided. Sex education in early childhood is presented, of course, by following the age of their development and means of learning media that is suitable for early childhood. This sex education can be done by storytelling method, or playing pretend (pretendplay)
Proses belajar mengajar di TK lebih banyak menggunakan permainan untuk transfer pengetahuan kepada anak.. Namun di Beberapa TK masih dijumpai proses belajar mengajar memberikan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak. Salah satunya di Desa Koto Tuo Kecamatan Batang Peranap, Indragiri Hulu, ditemukan 2 TK yang masih memberikan LKS kepada siswa untuk proses pembelajarannya dan minim dalam pemberian permianan. Pada umumnya anak belajar melalui bermain dalam lingkungan indoor, namun sebenarnya bermain anak juga bisa dilakukan di outdoor. Permainan Indoor dan outdoor merupakan bentuk permainan yang biasa digunakan di lembaga PAUD. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini adalah 1)Pemberian pengetahuan melalui penyuluhan. 2) Pelatihan pembuatan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru dan orang tua tentang pentingnya pemberian permainan pada anak baik permainan indoor ataupun outdoor untuk meningkatkan perkembangan anak di sekolah. Early age is often referred to as the golden age (Golden Age) during which all aspects of development in children experience very significant development and this is the right time for parents and teachers to lay the foundations of the skills they will develop. To introduce letters hijaiyah to children after early childhood in some PAUD institutions are still applying conventional methods by using the book Iqro '. Introduction of hijaiyah letters can be varied by using hijaiyah letter cards. Learning model in the conventional way. This study wants to see the effectiveness of the use of hijaiyah letters in improving the ability to read hijaiyah letters in early childhood in PAUD. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results showed that the ability to read hijaiyah letters in B2 class PAUD Arrahma Siak Hulu increased by using hijaiyah letter media development. Evidenced by the results of cycle 1 that 50% complete reading hijaiyah letters while in increased to 93.75%
Selain mengajar Guru PAUD dituntut untuk bisa menulis artikel ilmiah, karena guru diharuskan meningkatkan keilmuannya, dengan menulis artikel ilmiah guru secara tidak langsung mengeluarkan ide-ide dan pemikirannya melalui penalaran logis. Tuntutan bagi guru tersebut didasari oleh Permenpan-RB Nomor 16 Tahun 2009, bahwa seorang guru dituntut untuk membuat penulisan karya ilmiah khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Selain untuk pengembangan karir atau jabatan fungsional, dapat juga untuk meningkatkan keilmuannya. Namun, keharusan tersebut terkendala oleh kemampuan para guru PAUD diantara permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi mitra yaitu guru-guru PAUD di Kecamatan Tandun adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Kurangnya pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang penulisan artikel ilmiah (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang tahapan dan teknik penulisan artikel ilmiah yang baik dan benar, (3) Ketidaktahuan guru PAUD dalam membuat artikel ilmiah untuk jurnal dan mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dan praktik dengan rincian: a. Memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai penulisan dan penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah bagi guru PAUD di Kecamatan Tandun, dan b. Pengaplikasian penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dengan pendampingan oleh tim PKM. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah guru-guru TK merasakan manfaat yang luar biasa dari pelaksanaan PKM ini karena dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam pembuatan artikel ilmiah dari penelitian tindakan kelas untuk publikasi.
Stroke is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, who rank in 3rd after heart disease and cancer. Data based on the results of Riskesdas 2018 the prevalence of stroke is 10.9% and 15.4% of stroke case caused Indonesia. The province with the 3rd highest incidence is South Kalimantan at 12.7% per mil. Hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia are risk factors for ischemic stroke. Low triglyceride and total cholesterol levels contribute to intracerebral haemorrhage. This study to analyse the relationship of laboratory results triglycerides and total cholesterol to mortality in stroke patients. Method: Study are used literature review, searching online journals and sources from databases. Using keywords, namely stroke mortality, total cholesterol, and triglycerides. Results of the literature review, it was found that there were 18 journals were analysed that triglycerides and total cholesterol predictors of prognosis and mortality in stroke patients. Range of values affect is high triglyceride levels > 200 mg/dL and high total cholesterol levels >160-240 mg/dL affect the formation of atherosclerosis effect on blood vessel blockage occurs in ischemic stroke patients. Low triglyceride levels <150 mg/dL and low cholesterol <120-180 mg/dL causes malnutrition which can worse in stroke patients. Low levels of triglycerides and cholesterol effect on the integrity of cell membranes and resistance to rupture, resulting in prolonged bleeding. From this analysis it can be concluded that high or low levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol had effect on prognosis and mortality in stroke patients based on the pathophysiology that occurs.
The professionalism headmaster of PAUD strongly influences the quality of PAUD institution. The low competence professionalism headmaster of PAUD is the leading cause of the low quality of education, including the headmaster of PAUD with limited insights regarding early childhood education, lack of communication with colleagues has an impact on motivation and morale found in the field. This research is a quantitative study with multiple regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and educational background on the professionalism headmaster of PAUD in Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire distribution of the three variables which were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was no significant influence between interpersonal communication and educational background on the professionalism headmaster of PAUD in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This is supported by the calculation of the significance test, where the results obtained by the value of Fcount = 0.09, which is smaller than the value of Ftable= 3.13. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the professionalism headmaster of PAUD cannot be separated from the element of educational background because the higher the level and suitability of the department, the more professional workers will be. Likewise, being professionalism depends on controlling the environment through communication.
