Abstract. Biobriquettes as alternative energy that can replace the role of kerosene. Biobriquettes made from agricultural waste biomass. Biobriquettes durian peel has been researched and developed continuously to obtain optimal quality in terms of calorific value, compressive strength and duration of ignition. In making durian peel biobriquettes needed other biomass mix to sustain duration of Ignition for biobriquettes durian skin quickly burned out. Stages of making biobriquettes durian skin are: material of drying, carbonization of biomass, grinding, mixing with adhesives, and printing. Carbonization process is a process that is important in obtaining the biomass charcoal. Carbonization is done by means of karbonisator pyrolysis. The purpose of this research is to study the process of carbonization to obtain biobriquettes durian skin that of quality in terms of value compressive strength, calorific value, and duration of ignition. Variations that done was kind mix of biomass,coconut shells and palm shells with the massa ratio 2 : 1, type of adhesive used tapioca powder and banana peels, carbonization of temperature 200" 300" " skin with a mixture of coconut shell and adhesive tapioca powder and carbonization temperature of 300 " ! cm 2 . The calorific value of the highest on the mix of skin durian with coconut shells and adhesive banana skin with temperature of carbonization 400 " g, and duration of ignition highest on a mixture of skin durian with coconut shell and adhesive banana skin at a temperature of carbonization 300 "
This research aims to determine learning media products based on e-learning in basketball game material. Development of e-learning based learning media uses a websitebased electronic circuit. Through e-learning students can simplify the learning process with digital concepts that make it easy for students to access the content that is on the website and students can learn wherever and whenever. In this study the researchers used the research and development (R&D) method steps. the research will be divided into three stages, namely analysis, design, evaluation and product trials. The study population was 12th grade students consist of 12 classes. The sampling technique was used by random sampling. Researchers took samples of class X Mia VIII of SMA Negeri 3 Medan totaling 34 students and 2 physical education teachers. Validity test is conducted by 1 material expert and 1 media expert. Product feasibility tests carried out 3 times the trials, namely individual group trials, small group trials and limited trials. The results of this study are learning media in the form of websites containing material, pictures, and videos about basketball games in accordance with the curriculum for class X students, which are able to do passing, dribling, and shooting. From the data it can be concluded that this media is appropriate to be used, able to attract students interest in learning the material so that it can improve students understanding of basketball subjects.
The purpose of this study was to determine the interests and factors that influence it to continue their studies to vocational high school. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all grade IX students, totaling 250 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that most of the IX grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Sikur had an interest in continuing their study at SMK with a percentage of 42%. And the factors that influence it are: (a) the factor of student interest in a particular department that has a percentage value of 78%. (b) the factor of school condition or image of SMK which is considered good by students has a percentage value of 48% (c) the socioeconomic status factor of parents who have a percentage value of 89%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran penjas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar lempar lembing melalui penerapan lempar roket pada siswa kelas VLLL SMPN 4 Selong Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, dimana penelitian eksperimen merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui akibat yang terdapat pada subyek penelitian. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas VIII A sejumlah 18 siswa dan kelas VIII B sejumlah 17 siswa, jadi jumlah keseluruhan sampel yang digunakan berjumalah 35 siswa putra, jadi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi populasi. Instrument penelitian dengan angket tes perbuatan, pengumpulan data dan teknik analisis data menggunakan observasi, metode dokumentasi, metode tes perbuatan dimana data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisa menggunakan statistic. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai r-hitung diperoleh sebesar 0,183 sedangkan nilai r-tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5 % menunjukkan sebesar 0.334 hal ini berarti bahwa r-hitung yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari angka batas penolakan hipotesis nihil (Ho) yang tercantum dalam tabel product moment. Untuk menolak hipotesis nihil (Ho) diperlukan nilai r-hitung sama atau lebih besar dari nilai r-tabel.

Abstract. This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs, (2) the effect of entrepreneurial competence on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study were all MSMEs registered at the Office of Cooperatives and UKM, Rokan Hilir Regency. In this study, the sample used was 100 MSMEs which were calculated using the Slovin formula using the side purposive method. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) competitive advantages affects the performances of MSMEs with a significant level of 0.019 < 0.05, (2) entrepreneurial competence affects the performance of MSMEs with significant level 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the variable competitive advantage (X1) and entreprenurial competence (X2) have a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y).

This study aims to determine literacy skills in reading students by using Student Worksheets (SW); to find out the learning outcomes of students through SW on physical education subjects in school education; to find out the difference in literacy skills of reading students at junior high school level. This study uses mixed methods (mixed methods) with convergent design. The population in the study was all junior high school level in Bandung. The subjects in this study were students of Junior High School 1 in Bandung and Junior High School 1 in Bandung. While the object or phenomenon is analyzed by the level of literacy of students in physical education subjects. The instrument used to analyze the relationship of physical education learning of students with literacy reading through the SW. SW is one of the means to help and facilitate teaching and learning activities so that effective interactions between students and educators will be formed, so as to improve the activities of students in improving learning achievement. The description of the data presented in this study comes from the data collected during the study, namely literacy reading abilities of students using SW in physical education subjects.
