The learning process is a social and cultural activity to construct meaning from the interaction between prior knowledge and events that occur. In the future, the role of teachers increasingly needs to prioritize the learning of values and attitudes. Teacher training is carried out aimed at developing students' social skills, especially cooperative attitude and tolerance. Training activities were organized and carried out at Parigi 1 Public Middle School, and Torue 1 Public Middle School ParigiMoutong. The training is carried out with a two stay two stray type of cooperative learning strategy (TSTS). The training results show an increase in student competence in aspects of social attitudes and skills. The trained teacher acts as a student learning facilitator. Two stay two stray type of cooperative learning strategies (TSTS) can improve student understanding, and train students to develop social skills, especially tolerance. Teachers as educators are expected to develop learning that supports the development of social skills needed in the future.

The aims of this study were to evaluate the distribution of Aluminum fraction (Al) on the horizon of forest land, agroforestry, and dryland agriculture in West Java highland soils and looking correlation with soil chemical fertility, is pH, CEC, organic-C, total N, total P, available P and soil texture. The evaluation was carried out on the results of the analysis of soil samples taken at four soil horizons (Ao or Ap, A1 or A2, B1, and B2) in each land use. Al fractionation using extraction methods with different chemicals to find exchangeable Al (Alex), amorphous Al (Alo), amorphous Al organic (Alp), amorphous Al bound weakly to organically (Alcu), Amorphous Al bound strongly to organic (Alop), and amorphous Al inorganic (Alpcu). The results showed that the Alo fraction dominated the other Al fractions in each land use. In forest land Alo fraction (> 58.61%) with a fluctuating distribution pattern, in agroforestry (54.45%) with a declining distribution at the depth of the soil horizon, then on dryland agriculture (> 89.86%) it increases fluctuatively with the depth of the soil horizon. The addition of organic material/compost must be done to increase the organic-C content in the soil.
Aims of this study is to analyze the comparison of the characteristics and performance of dry and wet cocoa bean supply chains. The analytical method used the characteristics and supply chain performance with qualitative descriptive analysis using the FSCN (Food Supply Chain Networking) analysis framework. The research results indicated that there are currently two cocoa bean supply chain models in East Luwu District, namely the Dry Cocoa Bean Supply Chain and the Wet Cocoa Bean Supply Chain. The dry cocoa bean supply chain consisted of farmers, collectors, wholesalers and exporters/processing industries, while the wet cocoa bean supply chain consisted of the farmers, collectors and purchasing units (PT. Mars Symbioscience). The Supply chain performance of the wet bean supply chain models showed more effective and more efficient performances with a marketing margin of IDR 31,200 per kilogram and farmer’s share of 100%. The wet supply chain model could become a role model in cocoa agribusiness activities in South Sulawesi because it showed effective and efficient performance.
