The Industrial 4.0 Era encourages educators to be able to apply information technology in the learning process. One application of technology in the learning process is the use of learning videos. Especially during the current Covid 19 pandemic that applies online learning, videos can be an alternative source for learning. However, in reality, many teachers in Indonesia cannot make learning videos. Online learning is currently mostly only in the form of providing material from textbooks, discussions via WA, visiting students' homes to give assignments, and so on, so it is not optimal. Therefore, this training activity aims to train teachers in making learning videos so that teachers have other alternatives as a source of student learning. This activity is in the form of training in making and editing videos using the Bandicam application, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and the Kinemaster application. The results of this activity are participants/teachers for the Bandicam application with a 100% success rate, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 100% success rate, Kinemaster the first stage success rate 70%, then the second stage 100%.
1 Sakra, (2) besar tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu (1) Analisys, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, dan (5) Evaluation. Instrumen penilaian media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial berupa angket skala 5. Sumber data penelitian adalah 2 ahli media, 2 ahli materi, dan 33 siswa jurusan TKJ. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Perancangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Video Tutorial Pada Materi Mendesain Jaringan Lokal/LAN Pada Siswa Kelas X TKJ di SMKN 1 Sakra, dengan tampilan berupa intro, halaman menu, halaman profil, halaman KI/KD, 2 halaman submenu materi yaitu teori dan video, halaman materi pokok, halaman tujuan pembelajaran, dan halaman kuis. Hasil uji kelayakan Ahli Media ditinjau dari 2 aspek termasuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Layak (87%). Dan hasil uji dari Ahli Materi masuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Layak (95%). Berdasarkan respon pemakaian media oleh 33 siswa kelas X jurusan TKJ masuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak (83%).
Indonesia with a population of more than 200 million people, has an obligation to produce quality human resources to be able to compete with other countries. The problem currently faced is the high level of open unemployment, especially in SMK graduates. One way to improve the quality of human resources is by providing innovation in the learning process, especially in the field of vocational learning. Learning that can be applied in vocational education is learning based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The purpose of this study is to describe more deeply about STEM learning as an innovative learning process that can be applied in vocational learning. The study was conducted using the literature review method of relevant research references and results, which were continued through focus group discussions (FGD). This study obtained the results of (1) STEM learning successfully applied both abroad and domestically; (2) it can improve students' creativity and critical thinking; (3) STEM learning can be integrated with learning models such as Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning and cooperative learning; (4) Make students more confident in their future careers; and (5) STEM learning is very suitable for use in 21st century learning, especially in the vocational field so that STEM learning can be used as a solution in improving the quality of human resources and developing 21st century skills skills and in accordance with the objectives of vocational learning Keywords : STEM, Innovation, Learning, Vocational
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) seberapa besar wawasan kevokasionalan siswa SMP yang terdiri pemahaman SMK sebagai pendidikan dunia kerja (X 1), pemahaman jenis-jenis program keahlian (X 2), pemahaman dunia kerja (X 3), dan layanan bimbingan konseling (X 4) terhadap minat melanjutkan di SMK (Y); (2) seberapa besar pengaruh wawasan kevokasionalan siswa SMP kelas IX yang terdiri pemahaman SMK sebagai pendidikan dunia kerja (X 1), pemahaman jenis-jenis program keahlian (X 2), pemahaman dunia kerja (X 3), dan layanan bimbingan konseling (X 4) terhadap minat melanjutkan di SMK (Y). Penelitian merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 197 siswa ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumen, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel X 1 , X 2 , X 3 , X 4 masuk dalam kategori tinggi, berarti menandakan variabel yang baik untuk minat melanjutkan di SMK; (2) variabel X 1 , X 2 , X 3 , X 4 ada pengaruh terhadap variabel Y dengan nilai koefisien korelasi secara berurutan 0.580, 0.564, 0.479, 0.564 dan secara simultan X 1, X 2, X 3, X 4 terhadap Y ada pengaruh dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,727.
Plants, including Dacrycarpus imbricatus, have important ecological functions as a carbon source, support the soil microbial community, improve soil nutrients, and conserve water. Moreover, actinomycetes in rhizospheric soil have a high potential in producing bioactive compounds, including anti-bacterial and antioxidant compounds. This study investigated 11 actinomycetes extracts for their anti-bacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and antioxidant activity as the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH-free radical scavenging. Actinomycetes strains were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of D. imbricatus. Anti-bacterial and DPPH scavenging activities were carried out by thin-layer chromatography-bioautography. Besides, the microdilution method was performed to determine IC 50 and minimum inhibitory concentration values. Potential strains were identified based on molecular identification and tested for their anti-bacterial activity against Mycobacterium smegmatis. Results revealed that the highest anti-bacterial activity exhibited by two actinomycetes extracts, Streptomyces avermitilis A18TE-8 and Micromonospora terminaliae A18TE1-1, had moderate-strong anti-bacterial activity against S. aureus (8 and 128 µg/ml, respectively) and the percentage of growth inhibition against M. smegmatis was moderate (80% and 60%, respectively). Two extracts of actinomycetes M. terminaliae A18TE1-1 and Streptomyces nigrescens A18TE1-9 had a moderate antioxidant activity with IC 50 values 122.96 and 98.79 µg/ml, respectively (or AAI values 0.25 and 0.31, respectively). Therefore, actinomycetes extracts from D. imbricatus rhizosphere soil could be anti-bacterial sources, especially against S. aureus and M. smegmatis, rather than antioxidant sources.
This study aims to determine the level of achievement of the fourth year Vocational School education program towards increasing student competitiveness and work readiness. The main objective of the fourth year vocational program is to equip students and graduates with various competencies in order to develop graduates capabilities in finding jobs, assigning work, entrepreneurship, pursuing the work faced and renewing their work skills. This research was conducted through a literature review of references originating from the theories and results of relevant research, and continued through focus group discussions. Relevant references include the policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, guidance on the implementation of the fourth year vocational program, relevant research results, namely evaluations of four years vocational programs, and influencing factors in increase in competitiveness and work readiness graduates. The study found: (1) reviewed from the curriculum of fourth years vocational school graduates having more work experience in the industry in the fourth year; (2) in terms of the competency of fourth year vocational school graduates having better competence than the third year vocational program; (3) in terms of industry interest, fourth year vocational graduates have more acceptance as labor in the industry than third year graduates.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis vidio tutorial interaktif pada mata pelajaran teknik animasi 2 dimensi dengan materi teknik animasi frame kelas XI Multimedia di SMK Negeri 1 Kopang (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial interaktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan prosedur pengembangan: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, ujicoba pemakaian. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan model air terjun. Kelayakan media pembelajaran dinilai oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan pengguna. Instrumen pengumpulan data yakni dokumentasi dan kuesioner.Analisis data hasil uji kelayakan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian: (1) media pembelajaran berbasis vidio tutorial interaktif yang dikembangkan berupa software dikemas dalam bentuk file .exe dan CD interaktif. (2) Media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 86,69%, ahli materi sebesar 82,81%, dan uji coba produk sebesar 75,93% dan uji coba pemakaian memperoleh persentase sebesar 79,89%. Secara keseluruhan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial interaktif memperoleh persentase sebesar 76,66% dalam kategori kelayakan media "Sangat Layak".
