Abstract. This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs, (2) the effect of entrepreneurial competence on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study were all MSMEs registered at the Office of Cooperatives and UKM, Rokan Hilir Regency. In this study, the sample used was 100 MSMEs which were calculated using the Slovin formula using the side purposive method. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this study is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) competitive advantages affects the performances of MSMEs with a significant level of 0.019 < 0.05, (2) entrepreneurial competence affects the performance of MSMEs with significant level 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the variable competitive advantage (X1) and entreprenurial competence (X2) have a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y).

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence, e-commerce, and working capital on the performance of MSMEs post-covid-19 in Meranti Islands Regency. The data used in this study is primary data, with a questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for sample selection is non-probability sampling technique. In this study, the total MSMEs in Meranti Islands Regency affected by COVID-19 were 8696 MSMEs. The research sample is 120 SMEs. However, only 100 MSMEs answered the questionnaire and could be processed. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 23. The results show that the competence of human resources, e-commerce, and working capital affect the performance of MSMEs.
Performance appraisal or measurement is one of the important factors for MSMEs. Besides being used to assess the success of MSMEs, performance measurement can also be used as a basis for determining the reward system, for example, to determine the level of employee salaries and appropriate rewards. This study aims to evaluate the effect of training, human resources competence, and innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Bengkalis Regency post-Covid-19. The population used in this study is MSMEs in Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The sample in this study is 100 MSMEs selected using predetermined criteria. The data used in this study is primary data collected using a questionnaire instrument. The sampling method of this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis is performed using a multiple linear regression model with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 23.0. The results showed that training, human resource competence, and innovation had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
