Kondisi keberagaman yang dimiliki oleh bangsa Indonesia memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh bangsa multikultur adalah rentang terjadinya konflik horizontal. Oleh karena itu, seluruh lapisan masyarakat harus menjunjung tinggi sikap toleransi sebagai upaya preventif. Pentingnya sikap toleransi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat ini dirasa perlu dikembangkan sejak dini melalui jalur Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Pendidikan Multikultural pada mata pelajaran PPKn untuk mendukung sikap toleransi siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Pendidikan Multikultural tidak menjadi mata pelajaran sendiri yang terpisah, melainkan diintegrasikan ke dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Penerapannya diawali dengan merumuskan perencanaan pembelajaran berupa RPP dengan cara melakukan analisis KI-KD, memilih materi mana yang cocok disisipkan nilai Pendidikan Multikultural sehingga tercermin dalam tujuan pembelajaran dan indikator pencapaian kompetensinya. Setelah itu, dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajarannya pun, guru bisa menyampaikan materi yang telah dipilih yang berkaitan dengan Pendidikan Multikultural seperti keberagaman Indonesia, atau materi umum. Materi umum diterapkan dengan metode diskusi atau simulasi yang tetap mencerminkan nilai-nilai toleransi sebagai perwujudan dari Pendidikan Multikultural.
Tujuan dari riset ini untuk menemukan permasalahan mengenai implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam budaya sekolah di SMPN 8 Teluk Keramat. Dipilih penelitian kualitatif sebagai bentuk penelitian dan metode deskriptif sebagai metodenya. Sebagai Informan Penelitian dari warga sekolah yakni kepala sekolah, guru dan para peserta didik. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam budaya sekolah dilakukan melalui berbagai macam kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, dan pengkondisian. Kegiatan rutin berupa: jumat bersih, upacara bendera, membaca Al Quran sebelum belajar, salat dzuhur berjamaah di mushola sekolah, dan berdoa sebelum dan sesudah belajar. Bentuk kegiatan spontan: memberikan bantuan sumbangan terhadap warga sekolah yang membutuhkan, razia kerapian rambut, dan razia handphone. Kegiatan keteladanan berupa: kerapian pakaian tenaga pendidik, dan kedisiplinan tenaga pendidik. Kegiatan pengkondisian berupa: slogan-slogan, ruang kelas bersih dan rapi, lingkungan sekolah yang bersih dan hijau, toilet peseta didik yang bersih, tempat sampah yang tersedia diseluruh lingkungan sekolah, dan keran air yang tersedia disetiap kelas dan penjuru sekolah. Dari keseluruhan kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, dan pengkondisian maka akan memunculkan integritas, nasionalisme, karakter religius, jiwa gotong royong dan sikap mandiri.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19 oleh guru PPKn kelas XI IPA III dan IV SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 2 orang guru PPKn dan 1 orang kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi secara langsung, teknik observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, dan alat dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19 oleh guru PPKn kelas XI IPA III dan IV SMA Negeri Satu Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini di buktikan dengan peran guru PPKn kelas XI IPA III dan IV proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan google meet, classroom, dan Whatsapp group.
The formation of national character which is mandated through education in schools at every level, but in its implementation has not given optimal results. The Strengthening Character Education Program designed by the government focuses on three main activities, namely Strengthening Class-Based Character Education, Strengthening Community-Based Character Education, and Strengthening School-Based Character Education. Strengthening Community-Based Character Education is intended to support and strengthen the character education that has been given in classrooms and schools. This study discusses local wisdom that is still adhered to by the indigenous people of Kampung Naga as a reinforcement for community-based character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis is based on Miles & Huberman (2014), in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the indigenous people of Kampung Naga reflect the main character values contained in Character Strengthening Education. These character values include religion, nationalism, cooperation, independence, integrity, and cooperation. The manifestation of these character values can be seen in their lives, both physically (in the form of houses, clothes, and furniture), social (life of social interaction, cooperation, deliberation system), and culture (certain arts and ceremonies). warning). Therefore, the indigenous people of Kampung Naga can be used as school partners as a learning resource for Strengthening Community-Based Character Education.
Berbagai permasalahan telah terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di rumah sejak adanya peralihan pembelajaran daring sebagai upaya untuk mencegah wabah Covid-19. Orang tua di rumah dituntut memberikan bimbingan lebih maksimal, dikarenakan orang tua sebagai pendidik bertugas membimbing proses pembelajaran anak dalam jarak jauh. Namun tidak semua orang tua mampu memberikan pendampingan anak, sehingga anak mengalami kendala dan masalah yang membutuhkan peran yang tidak hanya dari orang tua. Tidak hanya itu, terdapat beberapa faktor dihadapi anak akibat kurangnya pendampingan belajar, diantaranya adalah kurangnya kemandirian siswa dalam belajar yang disebabkan ketidaksiapan orang tua dalam mendamping dan membimbing siswa belajar di rumah serta ketidaknyamanan akibat penggunaan gawai untuk belajar dalam waktu yang lama. Mitra dalam PkM ini adalah pemerintah kelurahan Tanjung Hulu bekerja sama dengan BEM Universitas Tanjungpura. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan program ini, yaitu dengan pendekatan klasikal, dimana dilakukan pada saat pemberian materi pembelajaran yang mudah dan dimengerti oleh anak-anak. Hasil menunjukkan kegiatan dilakukan sudah terlaksana dengan lancar, dimulai dari perkenalan, pemberian materi sudah terlaksana dengan baik, serta anak-anak juga antusias untuk mengikuti pelaksanaan pendampingan ini.
The purpose of the study was to determine the activities, attitudes of students, and actions. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Sources of research data are PPKn Education teachers, and students of class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the activity of democratic values is that the teacher carries out activities in developing democratic values in the classroom through initial activities, core activities, and closing activities as the first step in learning activities in the classroom. With the teacher carrying out initial activities, core activities, and closing activities, the learning process will be more focused. The attitude of students in democratic values is to pray before starting lessons according to their respective religions and beliefs, respect differences of opinion, students understand diversity in race, ethnicity, religion classes, students carry out class picket schedules through deliberation, students who are brave when asking the teacher, do the assignments given by the teacher and are not noisy in class. The teacher's actions in democratic values are that the teacher gives tolerance, the democratic value of the teacher is open in communicating to students. and the democratic value of teachers in responsibility.Keywords: Implementation, Democratic Values, PPKn
<div><p class="Els-history-head">In general, issues related to the threat of transnationalism at the border have long been a hot topic among academics. This issue includes a real threat that threatens the nationalism of people living on the border. The purpose of this research is to prove transnationalism from the real life of the people who live on the border of the hamlet of Camar Bulan Temajuk. The use of ethnographic methods deepens the analysis of data in the field in the form of descriptive and objective data taken from 12 informants from different community groups. Field data collection begins with observations and interviews with community informants. The result The data describes various threats and obstacles that come from military threats at the border. However, non-military threats such as the circulation of foreign money, kinship ties, infrastructure, social inequalities, and overly free community interactions have made the psychology of society towards Indonesian nationalism lose and fade. Furthermore, transnationalism also disappears the people's national identity at the border, prides themselves on being Indonesian citizens, and more trust in other countries. This research provides contributions and thoughts related to the real threat of transnationalism to be reference material and evaluation for academics, government, and field practitioners.</p></div>
