The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of perceived usefulness and trust on consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce. This research conducted in Indonesia that targeted Shopee consumers. Data were collected from the survey by distributing questionnaires to the research respondents. The sample consisted of 86 people selected by a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that perceived usefulness and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this study also proved that Shopee users assess that the perceived usefulness of the e-commerce applications could facilitate convenience during the online transaction. Meanwhile, trust, in the form of guaranteed transactions and recommendations and ratings from consumers, is a form of support and services provided by Shopee to build consumer trust in Indonesia. The twenty-first century is a century of knowledge, discovery, and innovation, with rapid advances in science and information technology marking significant developments. The level of competitiveness within organizations is increasing. This truth motivates entrepreneurs to grow in order for their business to thrive. The major goal of this research is to see how intellectual capital and innovative work behavior affect business performance in SMEs. The author then explains the three constructions' conceptual structure. To further understand the relationship between variables, quantitative methods based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) variance were used. Participants were chosen from SMEs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, via an online questionnaire. The findings of this research show that intellectual capital and creative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on business performance. SMEs can use intellectual capital to define expected performance and as a tool to evaluate performance in order to develop employees who will be able to meet the needs of SMEs in the future. Furthermore, it demonstrates that SMEs, not just large corporations, can attain high levels of performance through synchronizing intellectual capital and innovative work behavior.
Abstrak—Inkubator Bisnis Teknologi (IBT) merupakan program untuk menumbuhkembangkan kewirausahaan yang berbasis teknologi berupa pendanaan, pelatihan, dan asistensi bagi inkubator dan tenant (pengusaha pemula) yang dilaksanakan melalui sistem kompetisi/seleksi. Sebagaimana perguruan tinggi lain di Indonesia yang menyelenggarakan mata kuliah kewirausahaan, tantangan yang dihadapi Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) adalah menyediakan sebuah fasilitas yang dapat membantu melahirkan wirausahawan yang tidak hanya memahami teori dan konsep bisnis serta berhasil menghasilkan konsep produk, akan tetapi juga memfasilitasi dan mendampingi pendirian usaha yang dirintis oleh mahasiswa.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan pembina Inkubator Bisnis, anggota Inkubator Bisnis, dan mahasiswa AKB serta dokumentasi berupa gambar dan audio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan Inkubator Bisnis dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan adalah pelatihan dan pembinaan serta pembentukan unit bisnis. Dalam usaha menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar beberapa cara sudah dilakukan. Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya, inkubator bisnis di kampus Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar tak lepas dari kendala yang berasal dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal.Kata kunci: jiwa kewirausahaan, Inkubator BisnisAbstract— Technology Business Incubator (IBT) is a program to develop technology-based entrepreneurship in the form of funding, training, and assistance for incubators and tenants (novice entrepreneurs) which are implemented through a competition / selection system. As with other tertiary institutions in Indonesia that conduct entrepreneurship courses, the challenge faced by the Putra Sang Fajar Blitar Academy (AKB) is to provide a facility that can help give birth to entrepreneurs who not only understand business theories and concepts and successfully produce product concepts, but also facilitates and accompanies the establishment of businesses pioneered by students. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews with Business Incubator coaches, Business Incubator members, and AKB students as well as documentation in the form of images and audio. The results showed that the Business Incubator activity in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit was training and coaching as well as the formation of business units. In an effort to grow the entrepreneurial spirit of Academy students, some methods have been done. In carrying out its activities, the business incubator on the campus of Putra Sang Fajar Academy can not be separated from obstacles originating from internal and external factors.Keywords: entrepreneurial spirit, Business Incubator
Sistem komputerisasi untuk pengelolaan keuangan nasabah bank sampah dirancang untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih transparan dan mudah diakses. Aplikasi ini akan memuat informasi mulai dari simpanan, pengambilan, dan informasi saldo nasabah dapat dihitung secara otomatis dan dilihat secara realtime oleh nasabah, karena setelah dilakukan entry data, sistem menghitung secara langsung transaksi yang masuk dan jumlah saldo akan muncul, sehingga saldo akhir diketahui secara langsung. Sistem ini disusun untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan Bank Sampah di Kecamatan Sutojayan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan melakukan pencatatan di sebuah buku sehingga keakuratan dan ketepatan sangat kurang. Pengelola tidak mempunyai data salinan (back up data) sehingga rawan data transaksi nasabah hilang. Nasabah yang menabung di Bank sampah juga tidak dapat mengetahui berapa jumlah simpanan yang disetor sehingga mereka harus datang secara langsung ke kantor Bank sampah. Sehingga dengan dilakukan pelatihan aplikasi pengelolaan keuangan bank sampah diharapkan memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan secara digital sehingga memberikan pemahaman kepada admin (pengelola) bahwa pengelolaan administrasi keuangan merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan usaha serta memberikan bekal ketrampilan dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Untuk pengelolaan data nasabah, aplikasi hanya dapat diakses oleh admin sedangkan nasabah dapat melihat transaksi mereka yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun melalui smartphone.
ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan melainkan juga pada aspek perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini mendorong pemerintah membuat kebijakan pemulihan ekonomi kepada masyarakat yaitu melalui program Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS). Dalam program JPS ini, pemerintah membagi menjadi dua jenis bantuan yaitu bantuan sosial reguler dan non reguler. Pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial bukan hal baru lagi bagi pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah. Namun dalam penyalurannya selalu terjadi masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19, kendala dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19, dan solusi dalam mengatasi kendala dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19 pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang pihak Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Blitar dan 3 masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial masih memiliki kendala seperti sebagian bantuan tidak disalurkan tepat pada sasarannya karena masih ada masyarakat yang lebih layak mendapat bantuan namun tidak memperolehnya. Selain itu juga masih terdapat masyarakat yang kurang memahami tentang kriteria dan prosedur bantuan sosial serta ada sebagian masyarakat yang kurang memahami kondisi perekonomiannya. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Ekonomi Masyarakat, Bantuan Sosial Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has not only had an impact on healthy but also on the economic aspects of the community. This encourages the government to make economic recovery policies for the community, namely through the Social Safety Net (JPS). In this JPS program, the government divides into two types of assistance, namely regular and non-regular social assistance. The implementation of the distribution of social assistance is nothing new for the central government and local government. However, in its distribution there are always problems in the distribution of cash and non-cash social assistance. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures for distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era, obstacles in distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era, and solutions in overcoming obstacles in distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the Blitar Regency Social Service. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with several informations. Informants in this study were 2 people from the Social Service of Blitar Regency and 3 people from the ommunity who received social assistance. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the distribution of social assistance, there are still obstacles, such as some of the assistance not being channeled on target because there are still people who are more deserving of assistance but do not receive it. In addition, there are also people who do not understand the criteria and procedures for social assistance and there are some people who do not understand the economic conditions. Whether climate change is real or not, the daily basis phenomena and its evidences should be our concern nowadays. Yogyakarta is one of the provinces that are vulnerable to the impact of climate change in Indonesia. The specific responses to climate change phenomena in Yogyakarta province are indirectly correlated to landscape characteristics. These characteristics are important aspects for the assessment and development of new approaches to address the impacts of climate change. Therefore, this paper presents the status of landscape vulnerability to climate change in Yogyakarta province to consider the issues of mitigation and adaptation to climate change. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to determine the objective of the research. The results of previous studies were reviewed in depth and combined with field observations to build a strong argument before evaluating the matrices and weights in the AHP steps. The result analysis showed that the most vulnerable landscape in Yogyakarta province is the anthropogenic landscape, which is located in Yogyakarta city. Furthermore, the combination of population density and poor sanitation management should be considered as a factor in mitigating and adapting to climate change in Yogyakarta city.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas direct promotion terhadap brand image di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) dengan sampel 100 orang siswa SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar secara acak. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis regresi linear, persamaan koefisien regresi adalah Y = 2,850 + 0,889X. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t 19,467 ˃ 1,66298 dan signifikasi 0,000 ˂ 0,05, yang berarti secara parsial variabel direct promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image di kampus AKB. Melalui direct promotion akan lebih efektif dalam memberikan informasi tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di AKB, sehingga akan mudah diketahui oleh masyarakat umum khususnya para siswa SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar. PENDAHULUAN Industri jasa merupakan sektor ekonomi yang mengalami perkembangan bisnis yang sangat pesat, tidak terkecuali bagi penyedia jasa pendidikan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi di Indonesia tidak hanya dituntut untuk mampu bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi dalam negeri, akan tetapi juga dengan perguruan tinggi asing. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi. Prabowo & Sriwidadi (2019) menjelaskan bahwa dengan bauran pemasaran memiliki efek yang kuat dan positif pada ekuitas merk pada pendidikan tinggi melalui e-learning. Perguruan tinggi hendaknya menaruh perhatian lebih untuk memahami apa yang dikehendaki oleh mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan atau customers. Salah satu upaya yang dapat ditempuh adalah dengan merancang strategi pemasaran yang baik. Strategi pemasaran terdiri dari analisis, pengembangan strategi, dan implementasi dalam mengembangkan visi tentang pasar, memilih target pasar, menetapkan tujuan serta mengembangkan, menerapkan dan mengelola strategi program pemasaran yang dirancang untuk memenuhi apa yang dikehendaki oleh pelanggan dalam setiap target pasar (Cravens, 2000). Mobile payment is one of the alternative innovative payment methods that trigger the payment revolution in Indonesia. LinkAja, as one of the mobile payments in Indonesia, still has low brand awareness compared to other mobile payments. This study aims to examine the adoption of LinkAja referring to the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) that analyse the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on behavioural intention and the effect of behavioural intention on actual use. The sample of this research was LinkAja users in East Java Province taken using a purposive sampling technique. The final sample consisted of 100 respondents collected through an online questionnaire. Data were analysed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that performance expectation, social influence, and facilitating conditions had a significant effect on behavioural intention, and behavioural intention had a significant effect on actual use.
