Minat merupakan hasil pemikiran seseorang setelah melihat pada kualitas pelayanan, dan memiliki keinginan untuk mencoba memenuhi suatu kebutuhan, dalam hal ini konsumen akan cenderung memilih, menimbang dan menilai apakah suatu kualitas pelayanan yang dianggap baik oleh konsumen, sehingga ketika produk atau layanan benar-benar mampu memenuhi harapan pelanggan, maka konsumen akan mengambil suatu keputusan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif bahwa peneliti melakukan survei terhadap calon mahasiswa dengan memberikan kuesioner, pengolahan data, dan menafsirkannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan yang dianggap mewakili tiga variabel yang mempengaruhi minat promosi, pencitraan, dan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan sampel sebanyak 106 calon mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa promosi, pencitraan, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat calon mahasiswa.
Higher Education is the highest level of education in the education service business in Indonesia which produces bachelor or diploma graduates to meet the competitive needs of the workforce. This study aims to analyze the increase in student loyalty which is influenced by the quality of academic services and satisfaction of S1 and D3 STIESIA Surabaya students. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the correlation of student loyalty which is influenced by the role of academic service quality and student satisfaction. This research method uses path analysis. The results showed an increase in student loyalty which was influenced by the role of academic service quality due to high student satisfaction.
The impact of the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) is felt in all aspects of community life, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through various training and mentoring activities which include the use of online marketing and sales improvement strategies is a concrete and concrete manifestation in an effort to increase entrepreneurial awareness among students of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The purpose of the realization of Community Service Activities through Online Marketing Training and Assistance by Utilizing the Shopee Mobile Marketplace Platform and Strategies to Increase Sales in the Covid Pandemic Period at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya is to provide insight and understanding of the importance of the ability to do online marketing and increase sales of goods to consumers. students of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya so that when they graduate they become entrepreneurs. In addition to lecturers from the School of Economics Indonesia Surabaya as the implementer of this Community Service activity, the counseling and mentoring carried out also involves strategic partners, namely Shopee Indonesia. The results obtained from this training and mentoring activity are students' understanding of the online marketing of the Mobile Marketplace Platform and sales improvement strategies, in order to increase product value and the resulting sales turnover.
Employee performance is a form of performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Improving employee performance is desirable both from the employer and workers for self-development and promotion of the position. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation for employee performance in sales. This research method uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research. The subjects of this study were all sales employees of PT. Surya Timur Sakti East Java in Surabaya, amounting to 107 active employees. To test the effect between variables used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the presence of a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variables of work discipline and compensation for employee performance, while partially the variables of work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
Abstrak
Kinerja karyawan yaitu pencapaian pekerjaan dalam bentuk prestasi yang diperoleh pegawai pada saat memenuhi komitmen yang telah diserahkan kepadanya. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang diinginkan baik dari pihak pemberi kerja maupun para pekerja untuk pengembangan diri dan promosi jabatan Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian penjualan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian penjualan PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim di Surabaya yang berjumlah 107 orang karyawan aktif. Untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel digunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

<p>Peneliti ingin membuktikan rasio hutang, piutang, dan juga ukuran perusahaan kepada likuiditas serta dampaknya kurun waktu covid-19. Sampel dari riset ini memakai bidang Properti dan barang konsumsi yang listing dari triwulan terakhir 2019 hingga triwulan kedua 2020. Riset ini merupakan riset kuantitatif yang memakai data sekunder laporan triwulanan dari BEI. Adapun sistem pemilihan sampelnya metode yang dipergunakan ialah purposive sampling yang akhirnya didapat 105 sampel perusahaan, Sedangkan metodenya analisis regresi data panel. Dari analisa memperlihatkan kalau rasio hutang sangat berefek negatif kepada likuiditas sedangkan lainnya berdampak positif. Hal ini dikarenakan naik ataupun turunnya variabel itu tidak berpengaruh kepada tingkat likuiditas. Di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, tidak terjadi perbedaan hubungan diantara tiap-tiap variabel independen kepada likuiditas.</p>Kata kunci: covid-19, rasio hutang, kinerja keuangan, likuiditas
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of participative leadership, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Putra Wijaya, Klaten, Central Java. This research uses causal-comparative research. The research object is the transportation service company PT Putra Wijaya, Klaten, Central Java. Research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at PT Putra Wijaya, Klaten, Central Java. This research utilizes 77 respondents. The results prove that participative leadership, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. This research proves a strong influence on job satisfaction.
