Tingkat pembelian masyarakat atas produk tas dan koper menunjukkan kecenderungan menurun sejak terjadinya bencana tersebut. Menyadari akan adanya akibat tersebut, perlu upaya mengangkat kembali dengan memberikan stuimulus kepada masyarakat luas untuk berbelanja di Sentra Industri Tas dan Koper di Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini memerlukan data dan informasi dari responden yaitu konsumen produk kulit yang berbelanja di Sentra Industri Kulit Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hedonic dan utilitarian berpengaruh langsung terhadap impulse buying , Untuk mengetahui hedonic berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap impulse buying melalui shopping lifestyle, Untuk mengetahui utilitarian berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap impulse buying melalui shopping lifestyle. Untuk menguji pengaruh variabel intervening digunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Analisis jalur merupakan perluasan dari analisis regresi linear berganda yang berfungsi untuk menaksir hubungan kausalitas antar variabel yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Surabaya. Purposive sampling was used towards 220 college students. The criteria of the samples were students who already took entrepreneurship subject for bachelor degree and entrepreneurship practicum for vocational studies. This study used Mann-Whitney U-Test through SPSS and partial least squares through SmartPLS. This study finds: 1) attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have a positive significant impact towards entrepreneurial intention, 2) entrepreneurship education has a positive significant impact towards entrepreneurial intention,3) entrepreneurship education failed to moderate any of the theory of planned behavior variables effect toward entrepreneurial intention, 4) gender failed to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, 5) there was no difference on the level of entrepreneurial intention between male and female college students, 6) there was no difference on the level of entrepreneurial intention between bachelor degree and vocational studies students.

Realizing the existence of these consequences, efforts need to be raised again giving stimulus to the wider community to shop at the Bag and Suitcase Industry Center in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. This research requires data and information from respondents, namely consumers of leather products who shop at the Tanggulangin Leather Industry Center in Sidoarjo.The purpose of this study was to find out that Hedonic and Utilitarian Value directly influence Impulse Buying. To find out the Hedonic Value has an indirect effect on Impulse Buying through shopping lifestyle, to find out the Utilitarian Value has an indirect effect on Impulse Buying through shopping lifestyleTo test the influence of intervening variables, Path Analysis method is used. Path analysis is an extension of multiple linear regression analysis that serves to estimate causality between variables that have been previously determined. UMKM di Indonesia khususnya di daerah yang masih tergolong terpencil seperti di Desa Pakis Kecamatan Kunjang Kabupaten Kediri, harus dipupuk agar dapat berkembang lebih baik lagi. Berbagai kegiatan seperti pengelolaan persediaan, strategi pemasaran dan implementasi pembukuan sederhana merupakan serangkaian elemen penting yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM khususnya di Desa Pakis. Tujuan dari dilakukannya Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui Pelatihan Tata Kelola Persediaan, Pemasaran dan Pembukuan Sederhana terhadap Mitra UMKM Desa Pakis adalah memberikan kesadaran akan pentingnya melakukan tata kelola persediaan, pemasaran dan pembukuan sederhana pada berbagai UMKM di beberapa sektor yang ada disana. Selain dosen dari STIESIA selaku pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, penyuluhan yang dilakuan juga melibatan mitra yaitu Himpunan Mahasiswa (HIMA) Manajemen STIESIA. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pemasaran ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap tata kelola persediaan, pemasaran dan pembukuan sederhana, dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai produk dan omset penjualan yang dihasilkan.
The impact of the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) is felt in all aspects of community life, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through various training and mentoring activities which include the use of online marketing and sales improvement strategies is a concrete and concrete manifestation in an effort to increase entrepreneurial awareness among students of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The purpose of the realization of Community Service Activities through Online Marketing Training and Assistance by Utilizing the Shopee Mobile Marketplace Platform and Strategies to Increase Sales in the Covid Pandemic Period at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya is to provide insight and understanding of the importance of the ability to do online marketing and increase sales of goods to consumers. students of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya so that when they graduate they become entrepreneurs. In addition to lecturers from the School of Economics Indonesia Surabaya as the implementer of this Community Service activity, the counseling and mentoring carried out also involves strategic partners, namely Shopee Indonesia. The results obtained from this training and mentoring activity are students' understanding of the online marketing of the Mobile Marketplace Platform and sales improvement strategies, in order to increase product value and the resulting sales turnover.
From the results of interviews and preliminary observations that the development of Small and Medium Enterprises is essentially a shared responsibility between the government and society. In order to support the empowerment and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially in encouraging the distribution of credit to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Medokan Ayu Urban Village, for the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Medokan Ayu Village, Surabaya, the strategies included in the first Bank Partner Financial Consultants in fostering and mentoring Micro Small Enterprises and Medium prospects who apply for business loans; second, socializing profit sharing or venture capital financing; third Increasing the participation of credit guarantee institutions for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and prospects who are faced with collateral requirements. It is expected that with the implementation of the above strategies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will no longer experience difficulties in the submission of business capital loans from Credit Distribution Agencies. From each solution above, it is building and mentoring Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises, prospects who will apply for business loans. The results of the study showed that the community in the Medokan Ayu Village with the optimization of the role of the Bank Partner Financial Consultant (KKMB), the requirements and procedures established by the credit channeling institutions, were no longer an obstacle for Micro and Small Businesses in obtaining business capital loans. The success of this approach will be seen from the increasing number of bankable Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and obtaining business capital loans, and having a Bank Partner Financial Consultant (KKMB) operating on a business (mutually beneficial) basis so that it can finance itself.
Minat merupakan hasil pemikiran seseorang setelah melihat pada kualitas pelayanan, dan memiliki keinginan untuk mencoba memenuhi suatu kebutuhan, dalam hal ini konsumen akan cenderung memilih, menimbang dan menilai apakah suatu kualitas pelayanan yang dianggap baik oleh konsumen, sehingga ketika produk atau layanan benar-benar mampu memenuhi harapan pelanggan, maka konsumen akan mengambil suatu keputusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif bahwa peneliti melakukan survei terhadap calon mahasiswa dengan memberikan kuesioner, pengolahan data, dan menafsirkannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan yang dianggap mewakili tiga variabel yang mempengaruhi minat promosi, pencitraan, dan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan sampel sebanyak 106 calon mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa promosi, pencitraan, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat calon mahasiswa.
