Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Sementara variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode sampling jenuh yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang mengambil seluruh anggota populasi di dalam objeknya sebagai sampel, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan peyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikn terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kota Surabaya.
The success of female entrepreneurs Batik need hard work, self-efficacy, innovation and ambition behavior. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of self-efficacy and innovative behavior towards the success of female entrepreneurs Batik in Bojonegoro. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis research design. The population in this research are all female batik entrepreneur in Bojonegoro. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using non-probability sampling in which samples are determined based on certain criteria in accordance with the research purpose. The numbers of samples are 32 respondents. The Data collection techniques has been done by using questionnaires and conducting interviews. The obtained data are analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is the equation model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is based on components or variants. The results of the research show that: self efficacy gives influence to the success of female batik entrepreneurs. Self-efficacy gives influence to the innovative behavior of female batik entrepreneur. Innovative behavior gives influence to the success of female batik entrepreneurs, Self-efficacy gives indirect influence to the success of female entrepreneurs through the mediator i.e. innovative behavior.
Creating a green hospital environment is a variety of maintaining environmental cleanliness, water, electricity, and green nutrition. This study determines the implementation of green hospitals by creating the quality of nutrition provided through training and training to create sustainable employability at the Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Indonesia. This research method is quantitative, and the study uses 2 types of population, so that the authors conducted a cluster, the population this study were 27 Nutrition Installation officers using total sampling and 250 hospitalized patients in the last 3 months using simple random sampling and the final sample used was 180 with the solving formula. The results showed that the quality of nutrition services in hospitals was more supported by the increase in the work capacity of nutrition installation officers. The workability creates a high level of work awareness and responsibility, and the workability variable is a good intervening variable on the quality of nutritional services. Training needs to be improved in increasing knowledge for the sustainability of the green hospital at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital. The results of this study contributed to the lack of a green hospital concept regarding the role of knowledge and training in improving the quality of nutritional services. Different from other research is the ability to distinguish between knowledge and training in measuring the quality of nutrition services; knowledge is a form of understanding that requires stimulation, while training is a form of action that is carried out deliberately in achieving goals.

Don't call it Timur Shakti. The original data of the questionnaire and secondary data in the data were used as probability samples. As a sampling procedure. This study is a quantitative study of seventy-line employees of PT Bintang Timur Sakti. The analytical method used in this study is to use SPSS 24 to perform multiple linear regression. Organizational culture, management style and work discipline all have a positive impact on employee productivity. Corporate culture of PT. Bintang Timur Sakti is a variable that has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Bintang Timur Sakti.
The study aimed to examine the effect of personality on self-efficacy, locus of control, and the success of Javanese female merchants in the modern market, Surabaya, Indonesia. Questionnaire was used as a research instrument in this study. This study involved 100 Javanese female merchants as respondents. The samples were collected through a non-probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed based on Partial Least Square analysis using Smart PLS software. The findings of this study indicated that all five research hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. First, personality affected self-efficacy. Second, personality affected the locus of control. Third, personality affected the success of the Javanese female merchants. Fourth, self-efficacy affected the success of the Javanese female merchants and the locus of control affected the success of Javanese female merchants in the modern market, Surabaya, Indonesia.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap self-efficacy, locus of control, dan keberhasilan wanita pedagang etnis Jawa di pusat perbelanjaan Jembatan Merah Plaza Surabaya. Hasil pengujian pengaruh mediasi dengan menggunakan rumus Sobel membuktikan kepribadian berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Keberhasilan melalui Self efficacy wanita pedagang etnis Jawa, dan kepribadian berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Keberhasilan melalui Locus of Control wanita pedagang etnis Jawa. From the results of interviews and preliminary observations that the development of Small and Medium Enterprises is essentially a shared responsibility between the government and society. In order to support the empowerment and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, especially in encouraging the distribution of credit to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Medokan Ayu Urban Village, for the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Medokan Ayu Village, Surabaya, the strategies included in the first Bank Partner Financial Consultants in fostering and mentoring Micro Small Enterprises and Medium prospects who apply for business loans; second, socializing profit sharing or venture capital financing; third Increasing the participation of credit guarantee institutions for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and prospects who are faced with collateral requirements. It is expected that with the implementation of the above strategies, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will no longer experience difficulties in the submission of business capital loans from Credit Distribution Agencies. From each solution above, it is building and mentoring Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises, prospects who will apply for business loans. The results of the study showed that the community in the Medokan Ayu Village with the optimization of the role of the Bank Partner Financial Consultant (KKMB), the requirements and procedures established by the credit channeling institutions, were no longer an obstacle for Micro and Small Businesses in obtaining business capital loans. The success of this approach will be seen from the increasing number of bankable Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and obtaining business capital loans, and having a Bank Partner Financial Consultant (KKMB) operating on a business (mutually beneficial) basis so that it can finance itself.
The purpose of this study is to further analyze extended systemic entrepreneurship intention and its effect towards college students in Surabaya. This study used purposive sampling towards 118 college students. This study used partial least square through SmartPLS. The findings of this study are: 1) perceived convenience have a positive significant impact towards entrepreneurial intention, 2) risk tolerance have a positive significant impact towards entrepreneurial intention,3) perceived feasibility does not affect entrepreneurial intention, 4) personal attitude does not affect entrepreneurial intention and lastly entrepreneurial intention have a positive significant impact towards entrepreneurial behavior. This study implies that academic institution needs to further ensure students, that becoming an entrepreneur is still a promising career choice amidst the scarcity of job-vacancy in the current market and job layoffs trend during covid-19 pandemic. This study also implies that students risk tolerance and their positive perception towards entrepreneurship were a distinctive quality, hence the need of the academic institution to further develop their intention to become an entrepreneur after graduation.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of knowledge sharing and Organizational Learning on Innovation and Organizational Performance, the innovation role as a mediator of knowledge sharing and Organizational. Theoretical framework: Good organizational learning affects organizational performance (Kittikunchotiwut, 2020). Besides, the company need not only source for information from the external environment. Rather, it also needs to search internally to create new ideas and organizational learning conducive and acceptable to the employees (Millmore, 2007). knowledge sharing in the organization ultimately contributes to employee performance Buckley & Carter (2002). Design/methodology/approach: This is causality research with a sample comprising of 217 managers of manufacturing companies in East Java, Indonesia. Primary data were obtained using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach. Structural equation modeling is employed to explain the relationship between variables and the mediating effects. Findings: The results showed knowledge sharing and organizational learning had a direct effect on innovation and organizational performance. Furthermore, the findings illustrate that innovation was able to mediate the impact of organizational learning on organizational performance, but was unable to mediate knowledge sharing on organizational performance. Research, Practical & Social implications: Knowledge sharing, organizational learning and innovation have been proven to improve organizational performance. Moreover, the managers need to convey a clear message to employees that the organization feels responsible for and appreciates them. The next step of this research topic are investigating spatial factor and changing in social live regarding with organizational performance. Originality/value: This reasearch focusses on studying effect of knowledge sharing and Organizational Learning on Innovation and Organizational Performance, the innovation role as a mediator. The higher the implementation of organizational learning and knowledge sharing, the higher the performance will be. The implementation of knowledge sharing in organizations causes employees to directly interact with their most knowledgeable colleagues, thereby acquiring new ideas and ultimately embracing innovation.
