In facing business competition in the manufacturing industry, it continues to adapt. Demands start from employees who are expected to continue to grow and leaders who are also changing. This is aimed at staying in business and also retaining the best employees by planning some changes in how to train and assign employees electronically as well as changing leadership styles to adapt to today's digital era. This study aims to determine the influence of E-learning, e-task and leadership style in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. The data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire with 130 respondents. in this study using four variables, namely thirteen dimensions and twenty-six indicators. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, and the test instrument uses SEM AMOS. The results showed that e-learning organization and e-task as well as leadership style had a significant and significant effect on Employee Engagement. the most factor great influence is the leadership style; This means that employees expect to get a new style in accordance with this digital era since there has been a change in the concept of employee engagement, where employees will feel they do not have a sense of engagement with the company if the attitude of the leader who is not sensitive to all aspects of changes in the effects of the digital era is caused by changes in employee behavior in this era where information is very easy to obtain for employees to know the conditions anywhere else that offers an advantage. compared to where they work now.
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Engagement at PT Indo Japan Steel Center. The population in this study were 86 people. The sampling used a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis used instrument validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and correlations between dimensions. Hypothesis testing uses the F-Test, t-Test, and the Determination Coefficient using SPSS version 21. The results of the analysis show that the Leadership Style partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Career Development partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. The Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work Environment simultaneously influence the Employee Engagement of 64.8% and the remaining 35.2% by other variables.
This study aims to find out and explain the effects of transformational leadership and individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) on innovation work behavior (IWB) through knowledge sharing. Respondents 115 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation dimensions between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results of the study show that: (1) transformational leadership and IEO partially influence knowledge sharing; (2) transformational leadership, IEO, and knowledge sharing simultaneously affect IWB; (3) knowledge sharing has no effect on IWB; (4) knowledge sharing does not mediate the effects of transformational leadership and IEO on IWB. Based on the correlation matrix analysis between dimensions, to improve transformational leadership, which has a positive correlation with knowledge sharing, it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of individualized consideration, and for IWB, namely motivational inspiration. To improve IEO, which has a positive correlation with knowledge sharing and IWB, it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of proactive, and for IWB, namely innovative.
