Lots of damages, losses, and costs have been the major concern, why handling natural disasters of tornados is very important. Several attempts using different approaches have been carried out, but up to now the results are not yet satisfactory. More promising approaches through a kind of artificial intelligent forecaster have been started for a while, but the results are still not satisfactory either. The capability of mHGN as a pattern recognizer has opened up a new possibility of recognizing a pattern of tornado many hours earlier. Therefore, it can be used to forecast a tornado more efficiently. The results taken from a simulated circumstances of a multidimensional pattern recognition have shown, that the 91% of accuracy can be regarded as satisfactory. Though, several modifications related to the data representation within the mHGN architecture need to be implemented. The deployment of mHGN in several risky areas of tornados can then be expected as a tool for reducing those damages, losses, and costs.
Diseases in plants are something that can happen to many plants either caused by pests or other factors, the disease in plants can be detected based on the symptoms that appear on the plant before spreading to all plants, to recognize the symptoms and types of diseases contained in plants require plant experts or also by applying expert systems with expert knowledge base applied to the system by using certain methods such as certainty factor method. Expected results with the availability of this expert system to the user can help many users to detect diseases in plants.

Tentutnya kondisi ini sangat merugikan masyarakat dimana masyarakat harus meniggalakan pekerjaan berhari-hari hanya demi mengurus selembar surat di kantor desa. Dari msalah ini kami menawarkan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Manajeman Desa untuk memudahkan seluruh pekerjaan perangkat desa untuk melayanin masyarakan desa, dimana sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis web yang akan di online-kan dan dapat di akses oleh seluruh masyarakat yang akan menghasilkan transparansi pemerintah desa terhadap mesyarakat dan akan menghasilkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhapat pemerintahan desa
Creating a green hospital environment is a variety of maintaining environmental cleanliness, water, electricity, and green nutrition. This study determines the implementation of green hospitals by creating the quality of nutrition provided through training and training to create sustainable employability at the Arifin Nu'mang Hospital, Indonesia. This research method is quantitative, and the study uses 2 types of population, so that the authors conducted a cluster, the population this study were 27 Nutrition Installation officers using total sampling and 250 hospitalized patients in the last 3 months using simple random sampling and the final sample used was 180 with the solving formula. The results showed that the quality of nutrition services in hospitals was more supported by the increase in the work capacity of nutrition installation officers. The workability creates a high level of work awareness and responsibility, and the workability variable is a good intervening variable on the quality of nutritional services. Training needs to be improved in increasing knowledge for the sustainability of the green hospital at Arifin Nu'mang Hospital. The results of this study contributed to the lack of a green hospital concept regarding the role of knowledge and training in improving the quality of nutritional services. Different from other research is the ability to distinguish between knowledge and training in measuring the quality of nutrition services; knowledge is a form of understanding that requires stimulation, while training is a form of action that is carried out deliberately in achieving goals.
Creating web application using traditional programming has lots of obstacles and failures in its development due to the fact that not only it is very difficult to trace logically but also it is not well organize. To overcome this, the researchers have created a new technology in web programming using framework. In this research, we used codeigniter framework. We designed and implemented web application for attendance list of lecturers that teach at Mulia University in Balikpapan using codeigniter and bootstrap framework. This research has several steps: collecting data, process modeling, data modeling, program creating, and application testing. The application that was created is based on system design which has been made before and its result has been tested by lectures that teach the courses. The main features that have been resulted in this research is login system, courses, lectures, lecturers attendance list, and its report. The result of this research is lecturers attendance list system which design and implement web program using codeigniter and bootstrap framework and LTE admin easily and fastly. This attendance system hopefully will make all the process of attendance practical and easy.
School Information System (SIS) is an academic information system developed and implemented for a private school with a purpose to improve the efficiency of information retrieval for students, parents and school authority. One of the initial problems with SIS implementation was that it depended on the availability of computers and internet access.
