Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi profesi guru, Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolhan (PLP) dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang angkatan 2016 dan 2017 dengan jumlah 62 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian atau dinakaman dengan teknik sampel populasi. Metode pengumpulan data berupa angket atau kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan persepsi profesi guru, Pengenlan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru. Secara parsial, persepsi profesi guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru.

A person's confidence to succeed in running a business that will be carried out is called Entrepreneurial selfefficacy Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is not an innate ability, but can be generated by motivating students to become entrepreneurs. The effort to grow self-efficacy for entrepreneurship was carried out to 35 Kanjuruhan University Malang students. The activity is entrepreneurship training, visitsin SMEs, internship activities in SMEs, and training in preparing a business plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence ESE. Data is collected through observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data were analyzed using multiple regressions using the SPSS 20 programs. The results showed that entrepreneurship training and internships in SMEs had a positive effect on ESE, while the visits to SMEs and training in business plan preparation did not affect on ESE.

Motivasi berprestasi didorong oleh keinginan individu untuk melakukan sesuatu yang berharga atau penting demi tercapainya suatu target yang telah ditetapkannya. Motivasi berprestasi juga dapat dikatakan sebagai keinginan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk mengatasi hambatan atau mencari solusi untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan ketelitian berdasarkan standart yang ditetapkan oleh dirinya sendiri untuk mencapai suatu kesuksesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Kanjutuhan Malang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post-facto menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang dengan jumlah 87 respinden. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi karena semua anggita populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel  konsep diri, kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi UniversitasKanjuruhan Malang.

This research uses a quantitative approach, this type of research is ex post facto. The statistical method of research uses multiple linear regression. The population in this study were students of class VIII 2018/2019 school year, with the use of research sampling techniques that are simple random sampling with a total of 100 students or 30% of the population. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect on the approach of student centered learning and reciprocal teaching learning models on critical thinking skills. The results of this study concluded that the student centered learning approach and the reciprocal teaching learning model can influence students' thinking skills

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and financial education in families on the financial management of students of Economic Education in Kanjuruhan University Malang. This type of research uses quantitative research, using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all students of Economic Education at Kanjuruhan University Malang, totaling 198 students with a research sample of 65 students. The sampling technique in this study used quota sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS application version 16.00 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that there is a significant simultaneous and partial effect between financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and financial education in families on the financial management of students of Economic Education at Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, kecerdasan spiritual, dan pendidikan keuangan di keluarga terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang yang berjumlah 198 mahasiswa dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 65 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel kuota (quota sampling). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 16.00 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara literasi keuangan, kecerdasan spiritual, dan pendidikan keuangan di keluarga terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of school principal leadership, work discipline, and compensation to the job satisfaction of teachers of the 10th Vocational High School (SMK) Malang. This research is a type of quantitative research with ex post facto approach. The population in this study were all teachers of State Vocational High School (SMK) 10 Malang, totaling 78 teachers. Sampling uses saturated sample techniques so that all populations are sampled. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computer program SPSS 16.00 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the leadership of the school principal, work discipline, and compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers of the State Vocational High School (SMK) 10 Malang both simultaneously and partially. Principal leadership, work discipline, and compensation have an effect of 49.3% on the job satisfaction of teachers of the 10th Vocational High School (SMK) Malang, while 50.7% is influenced by other variables not examined, such as: work environment, organizational culture work motivation, work stress, etc.

Peer conformity, motivation, and career interests influence the selection of Accounting study programs in Higher Education. Peer conformity is common in the social environment of students, highly motivated, and career interests make students interested in choosing Accounting study programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer conformity, motivation, and career interests on the selection of accounting study programs in tertiary institutions. The research method uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all students of the Unikama Accounting study program totaling 665 students with a research sample of 100 students. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling method. analyzing data with the help of SPSS application version 22.00 for windows. Based on the results of calculations, it is known that there is an influence of peer conformity, motivation, and career interests simultaneously on the selection of accounting study programs in Higher Education both partially and simultaneously. Choosing a study program should be chosen in accordance with the foreseeable consideration in accordance with interests, talents, and abilities.

This study aims to examine and determine the effect both simultaneously and partially between return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners on the capital structure of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The data of this study were obtained from the Investment Gallery of Kanjuruhan University Malang and the Indonesia Stock Exchange Site, www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is based on certain criteria in order to obtain 6 companies that are used as research samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners influence the company's capital structure. Partially return on assets, return on equity, current ratio, quick ratio, board of directors, independent commissioners negatively affect the company's capital structure
