Abstract Teachers become the most important determinants of school-based classes that play a role in improving student learning outcomes because they interact directly with students while in school. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence, discovery learning models, and learning styles on student learning independence, (2) to determine the effect of teacher pedogogical competence on student learning independence, (3) to determine the effect of discovery learning models on student learning independence, and (4) to determine the effect of learning styles on student learning independence. This research also includes correlational research. The study population was all High Class students from elementary schools in Guslah II, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, in the odd semester, 2019/2020 school year, totaling 256 students. While the sample is 25% of the population (64 students). Data collection methods by questionnaire and observation. The results showed: (1) simultaneous teacher pedogogical competence, discovery learning models, and learning styles affect the independence of student learning. (2) the pedogogical competence of teachers influences the learning independence of students (3) the discovery learning model influences the learning independence of students, and (4) learning styles affect the independence of student learning
ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Ekspektasi Pendapatan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang sejumlah 55 mahasiswa, Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan sampel jenuh sejumlah 55 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode statisik penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan prasyarat uji asumsi klasik uji normalitas, uji multikoloniaritas, uji heteroskesdastisitas, uji autokorelasi pada pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, uji t, uji R. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. variabel X1 (Efikasi Diri) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y(Minat berwirausaha) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,004, X2(Pendidikan Kewirausahaan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y(Minat Berwirausaha) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0047, X3 (Ekspektasi Pendapatan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y(Minat Berwirausaha) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,43.
A person's confidence to succeed in running a business that will be carried out is called Entrepreneurial selfefficacy Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is not an innate ability, but can be generated by motivating students to become entrepreneurs. The effort to grow self-efficacy for entrepreneurship was carried out to 35 Kanjuruhan University Malang students. The activity is entrepreneurship training, visitsin SMEs, internship activities in SMEs, and training in preparing a business plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence ESE. Data is collected through observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data were analyzed using multiple regressions using the SPSS 20 programs. The results showed that entrepreneurship training and internships in SMEs had a positive effect on ESE, while the visits to SMEs and training in business plan preparation did not affect on ESE.
This article aims to describe the implementation strategy of the MA CI Islamic Boarding School Management to build the morals of students and its relation to the morals of students who are in the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School Pacet Mojokerto. The study of this research by the researcher's view of the morals of students now as experienced by this nation, the moral decline has hit almost all life in Indonesia or other words, not only an economic crisis and a crisis of trust but also a moral crisis. This article includes qualitative research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The consideration of using this method is to reveal the reality and actuality of the students' morality from the strategies used at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. In collecting data, the researcher used three methods, namely the interview method, the observation method, and the documentation method. The results of the study obtained an overview of the morals of students and the strategies applied at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School, namely istiqomah, the implementation of the night prayer system, book recitation, dawn recitation, and the formation of students' morals with the supervision of students by the management, monitoring of kyai and evaluation of all activities.
Entrepreneurial learning in SMK Negeri 2 Turen Malang was quite effective. The learning process was used in addition to learning theory in the classroom also apply the learning in the real world based on the values of local wisdom and economic potentials that exist around the school, so that students are able to have sufficient ability to forward, assess and put this potential in a strategic position to be developed towards the management of natural resources and towards a better environment. To achieve the ultimate goal of effective entrepreneurial learning, the necessary supporting character. This type of research is descriptive research for photographing like what the character of the students in entrepreneurial learning, with a sample of 52 students in class X and XI in SMK Negeri 2 Turen. The results showed that the students are very happy to work hard by 48%; risktaking 69.3%; think carefully before taking the plunge 55.8%; think far ahead 57.7%; high spirit for entrepreneurship 67.3%; apply the principle of saving 51.9%; 75% had a constructive spirit; strong-willed to create jobs for themselves, 71.2%; 34.6% have a creative spirit; the desire to live independently 73%; appreciate the time, 61.5%; perform the act of earning more dominant than on the actions of the consumer, 30.8%; confident 48.1%; discipline, 76.9%; diligently 57.7%; difficult to take the initiative in making a work of 34.6%; reluctant to obtain enormous responsibility of 63.4%; happy if it can do the work efficiently 75%; quickly bored 55.8%; and meticulous task of 46.2%.
This study aims to determine whether there is influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement in VIII grade of Malang National Junior High School and to find out how much influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement together with students of class VIII of Malang National Middle School. Total population of 116 samples used 47 students proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire and documentation method. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The method of multiple linear regression research. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence variables on social studies learning achievement of 6.522%. The significant influence of character education on social studies learning achievement is 43.65%. The significant influence of learning facilities on social studies learning achievement is 40.21%. Based on the results of the processed data test it can be seen that the variable pedagogical competence of teachers, character education and learning facilities has a simultaneous or joint effect on social studies learning achievement of 65,3%.
The objective of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy is to encourage students to master various fields of knowledge with their fields of expertise. This policy provides an opportunity for students to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Not only highly educated but also able to become agents of change in small and large scope. The resulting changes and innovations are able to make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. In general, this research is based on the principles of descriptive analytic/descriptive analysis. It is said to be analytical because in this research the point is to understand the extent to which the implementation of the Triple Helix Of Economic Education is integrated with the SDGs in the context of MBKM. The population in this study were all students of economic education at the Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang who had implemented MBKM, Economic Education Lecturers, Practitioners from the Economics MGMP Teacher Malang City and the Buring Village Government, Kedungkandang District as partners. From the results of the research that has been done, namely the implementation of the Triple Helix in the Economic Education Study Program that is integrated in a sustainable manner in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Context (MBKM), the results are quite satisfactory from the point of view of academics (lecturers), practitioners, and government institutions.
Pesantren "Asy-Syadzili" Pakis Malang currently has both formal and non-formal education which is experiencing rapid growth, marked by the increasing number of students coming from various regions of Java and outside with the number of santri more than 350 people. To organizing the Islamic Boarding School for the Qur'an, Madrasah Diniyah and the Qur'an Education Park, it also organizes junior and senior high school education, but the management is still simple and the majority of Ustadzahs have never attended education or training that supports their duties. The development of increasingly rapid technology, teaching staff must be able to compensate by increasing competence for themselves, so that learning is more fun and meaningful. The strategy developed is the introduction of multimedia-based learning to improve quality, become urgent demands and needs to be done. This training will be attended by all TPQ teachers and TPQ teachers, amounting to 30 people. The impact is that 83.33% of students have begun to understand the concept of multimedia-based learning, 33.33% of clerics have the ability or learning skills using simple mindmapping, 50% of clerics are able to practice the concepts of learning correctly, and 26.67% of clerics are able make a Learning Implementation Plan.
