The results showed that the structural model has a decent (GFI = 0.930, AGFI = 0.908 > 0.90; CFI = 0.990, TLI = 0.988 > 0.95, and RMSEA = 0.029 < 0.08) and obtain the support of empirical data (X2 = 169.029 and p = 0.068 > 0.05). Factors parents attitudes toward children, the attitude of teachers toward students, and self-regulated learning influence on student achievement. Parents' attitudes toward children, the attitude of teachers towards students direct effect on self-regulated learning and indirect effect on student achievement through selfregulated learning. These findings support the social cognitive theory.
<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying in students. The population in this study were all students of grade eight of X, Y, Z state middle school in Yogyakarta, consisting of 524 students. The sample in this study was 185 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. T<span>he data were collected with the scales which were developed for each variable studied. Data analysis was performed by testing the outer and inner models using structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.2.8 program. The </span>results of this study were the formation of the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying that was found to be fit with empirical data. Overall, the findings suggested that all variables under investigation (authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity) had positive and a very significant influence on bullying. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing bullying variables.</span>
Tanggung jawab akademik merupakan sikap yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap siswa untuk dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap setiap perbuatan yang dilakukan dalam lingkungan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media website dengan materi yang berisikan pengertian tanggung jawab akademik, indikator tanggung jawab akademik, faktor rendahnya tanggung jawab akademik, manfaat memiliki tanggung jawab akademik, serta cara meningkatkan tanggung jawab akademik. Dalam penelitian ini penggunaan media website dianggap efektif karena dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguan sistem, yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun, serta dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Research and Development dengan mengadopsi metode Borg and Gall sampai pada tahap ke lima, yaitu mencari potensi dan masalah, mengumpulkan informasi, mengembangkan desain media, menguji validitas desain, dan perbaikan desain. Hasil uji validitas ahli menunjukkan pengembangan model ini dalam kategori yang layak pakai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka media berbasis website dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan.
This research aim to observe and understanding a condition of employee’s individual agentic on pursue their achievement in career activities. Individual agentic was personal psychological condition and competence to planning, organize an action and reflection. It’s manifested in four aspects such intentional, forethought, self reactiveness and self reflection. This data was collected through quantitative descriptive method with 200 respondents, in this collection found 135 repondents has a low agentic perception and 65 respondents has high on agentic perception in career activities. This findings majority respondents has a lack of forethought competence and self reflection in their career activities, there are 38 teachers has low level, 33 lecturers in low level, 31 lecturers and 33 goverment employee low level in forethought. It should be adjust through exercise of agentic awareness that shaping their purposefull life and manageble thinking with Agentic Autonomous Thinking and Behavior Strategy (AATBS), this strategy developed by researcher through synthesize a concept of personal agency will be described in this article as prelude to explain a condition of respondents in agentic perspective.
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of attitudes of teachers towards learners. The sample this research is 314 students of Senior High School Malang City (SMAN Malang). This research use design ex-pos-facto. Data collected instruments attitudes of teachers towards learners valid and reliable. Results of the study, according to empirical findings teacher perceptions of learners have support learning, it is illustrated by the attitude: (1) teachers matter in the learning process and has shown kindness; (2) the teacher has a good share of responsibility; (3) a teacher sensitive to accept the diversity of learners; (4) the teacher can improve instruction in learning; and (5) the teacher has been able to pushing with both the creativity of learners.
This study aimed to answer the main problem whether learning achievement could be viewed from self-regulated learning, future orientation and parental support to obtain empirical support. This research used quantitative methods, the sample of 103 people. The data was collected with instruments, scale (1) self-regulated learning, (2) future orientation and (3) parental support. Learning achievement used report card grades. The results showed that learning achievement could be viewed from self-regulated learning, future orientation and parental support. It got very significant empirical support., score F reg=43,155 dan p=0,000 (p<0,01). Self-regulated learning, future orientation, and parental support provided an effective contribution of 55.4% to learning achievement. The biggest SE was from parental support 37.4%, followed by self-regulated learning 12.7%, and future orientation 6.6%. Based on the findings, the researcher suggests: (1) parents need to maximize learning support for children, strengthen emotional support, instrumental, and informative support. (2) teachers need to introduce self-regulated learning to students. (3) teachers and parents to explore the future orientation of children or students well, so that they grow stronger for a more planned future. And (4) researchers recommend the following research in elementary, junior high, senior high school and PT.
This study aims to analyze learning agility in the performance of outstanding teachers in Yogyakarta from the aspects of people agility, mental agility, change agility, and result agility. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the following criteria: 1) teacher; 2) aged 27-55 years; 3) have achievements; 4) still active in teaching activities. The sample used is a typical case sample, where the special research subjects are outstanding teachers at SMU Negeri 8 Yogyakarta. Collecting data using structured interviews, then described and identified into several themes. The results showed that outstanding teachers had high learning agility at work. They perform maximum work performance, can take lessons from work experience, and respond to changes with full awareness and enthusiasm for learning to improve skills, knowledge, and self-competence. Social support and goal orientation are needed in building learning agility in teachers to develop. Learning agility plays an important role in improving the quality of teacher performance, so that, the education quality and the learning spirit can continue to be improved and becomes an inspiration for the young generation.
This study aims to map students' intelligence in accordance with the human brain which consists of the sense of thinking, intuiting, feeling, and instinct, through the implementation of the STIFIn approach. This method was also used to help them determine their career path for optimal productivity, because in this era of 4.0 industrial revolution, students are required to upgrade their skills according to their talents and intelligence. This study therefore uses critical analysis studies in literature review and practical data to expose the importance of STIFIn approach to education counseling for students. The result showed that from students attending to STIFIn test which uncovers that students has a uncover and understanding their potential within their sense such thinking, intuiting, feeling and instinct, thereby, making it easier to explore and decision of their behavior and career choice. Also with this finding, it is potential to develop a counseling approach to facilitate this potential.
