Background
Coronary heart disease (CHD) ranks second after diabetes mellitus (DM) based on hazard rate, and after stroke (based on number of deaths caused). Our aim was to determine the risk factor and magnitude of CHD among adults.

Methods
A cohort study on risk factors of non-communicable diseases (CS-RFNCD) was conducted on subjects aged ≥25 years. Initiated by screening, follow-up (FU) was done 3 times yearly and complete health examination every 2 years. CHD cases screened by electrocardiographic examination on subjects aged ≥40 years and <40 years with history of hypertension and/or heart disease. Screening results found 840 of 5690 subjects with CHD diagnosis who were excluded from cohort study sample. Non-CHD subjects and those aged <40 years without a history of hypertension and/or heart disease, totalling 4840 people, were included in study sample and followed up for 6 years. Data were analyzed using Cox regression.

Results
Carbohydrate intake of ≥60% of total energy had a 2.8-fold higher CHD risk [HR=2.790; 95% CI: 1.962 - 3.967; p=0.000] than that of an intake of <60% of total energy. Age of ≥55 years had 2.6-fold higher CHD risk [HR=2.573; 95% CI: 1.803 - 3.671; p=0.000] than age of <55 years. Blood total cholesterol of ≥200 mg/dL had 1.9-fold higher CHD risk [HR=1.893; 95% CI: 1.319 - 2.715; p=0.001] than that of <200 mg/dL.

Conclusion
Higher intake of carbohydrate increases CHD incidence among adults. Efforts in controlling CHD risk factors are still needed especially in consumption behavior through a family approach.
With the approaching of the digital age, digital education resources bring convenience to folks as a result of they're liable to duplicate and spread, however there are some disadvantages in on-line education service transactions. The safety problems with digital education resources and also the development of smuggled distribution seriously harm the rights and interests of the house owners of digital education resources. supported this, during this paper, we have a tendency to planned a blockchain-based digital education resources authentication system that uses the decentralized, tamper-resistant options of blockchain technology to store the digital education resources info within the style of a secret text. Within the system, there is no have to be compelled to need the participation of any third-party institution. The system planned during this study can greatly defend the rights and interests of the owner of digital education resources.
The purpose of this study is to describe the traditional sharing system known as ”maro” in agriculture and its usefulness in society life. Maro sharing system has been conducted by the villagers long ago. In maro, the peasant pays for all the costs of agriculture and the crops will be shared with the owner of the fields. This study is a qualitative study conducted in the Village of Jagung, Kesesi, Pekalongan district. Data collection was done by using observation, interview and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of sharing system agreement can not only boost local economy but also can also foster solidarity within the community. This is evidenced by the concern among the owners and cultivators of rice fields, realized with helping each other when one of them have difficulties. However, the attention of the government is still needed to ensure good relations between the two sides who are working together.
Introduction/Main Objectives: This research examines the antecedents and implications of innovation capability, empirically. The outcomes aim at contributing to the knowledge and understanding about the main driver of innovation capability. Background Problems: Yogyakarta is known for its many and varied charms, its tourist attractions, the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism, such as souvenir sellers. But there is known that number of total foreign and domestic tourists has been a decrease in 2018 (Semester I by 11.51% and II by 3.33%), also in 2019 (Semester I by 11.23%). This is a challenge for MSMEs in the tourism sector and MSMEs in other sectors that support tourism, such a souvenir seller. Bakpia is one of the well-known products of the food and beverage sector in Yogyakarta often bought for souvenirs. The Bakpia MSMEs’ innovations were triggered by competition among the Bakpia producers in Yogyakarta. Therefore, every Bakpia MSME must be competitive to survive in the market. Thus, there is a need to improve their innovation capability, which will impact the innovation performance of the Bakpia MSMEs in Yogyakarta. There is a gap in the research regarding the influence of the factors that are predicted to build innovation capability. Novelty: Previous studies’ results indicate that the influence of knowledge donating and knowledge collecting about innovation performance is not yet conclusive. Therefore, this study aims to fill the gap in the previous research by examining the role of capability as a mediating between knowledge sharing process (knowledge donating and knowledge collecting) to innovation performance. Research Methods: Forty-eight items of data were obtained from Bakpia MSMEs in Yogyakarta through a survey conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to them. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS version 3.3.2. Findings/Results: This study shows that the direct and indirect effects of sharing knowledge (which includes donating and collecting knowledge) about innovation performance are found to be positive but not significant. The results also indicate that innovation capability does not significantly mediate knowledge donating and knowledge collecting about innovation performance. Meanwhile, the influence of innovation capability on innovation performance was found to be positive and significant. Conclusion: The antecedents are insignificant for innovation capability, but the antecedent’s constructs still act as a driver to build innovation capability.
