The analysis of this study aims to determine whether recruitment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Company. To know able to moderate recruitment monitoring the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Company. Data analysis technique used is quantitative method with SPSS version 16.0. This study uses regression analysis moderating. The population in this study were all employees Manufacturing Company, and a sample of 44 respondents. The primary data using questionnaires. The results showed that recruitment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Manufacturing Company. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the lifeblood of the regional and national economy. In general, MSMEs in the national economy have the following roles: (1) as the main actors in economic activities, (2) the largest provider of employment, (3) important players in local economic development and community empowerment, (4) creating new markets and sources of innovation, and (5) its contribution to the balance of payments. In addition, MSMEs also have an important role, especially in the perspective of employment opportunities and sources of income for the poor, income distribution and poverty reduction, and MSMEs also play a role in rural economic development. The existence of the 2019 Coronavirus disease (Covid 19 pandemic) at the end of 2019 became an international problem, including in Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has had economic, social, and and politics in almost all countries, including Indonesia. The economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has also been felt by the MSME sector in Samosir Regency. The impact caused by this pandemic includes 5 aspects, namely 1) Sales aspects. The average decline in MSME sales is 61%, 2) Aspects of operating profit. The average decrease in operating profit is 62%, 3) Capital aspect. The number of MSMEs experiencing capital problems increased to 71.4%, 4) Aspects of the number of employees. In this aspect, MSMEs reduced the number of employees by 22%, and 5) Aspects of the ability to pay bank installments. Almost all MSME actors (especially micro-enterprises) experience problems in carrying out their obligations to banks. This study also found that MSME actors in Samosir Regency had implemented an online sales strategy, although not all. The number of MSMEs that carry out online strategies has increased during the Covid 19. The survival ability of MSMEs that sell online is stronger than MSMEs that only sell offline.
This study aims to find out how the influence of Unique Resource Capabilities and Social Commerce on Competitive Advantage in SMEs in Klambir 5 District with the Multiple Regression Analysis approach. The number of samples taken was 83 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The problem to be researched is to find a model for applying unique resource capabilities and appropriate social development that will affect competitive advantage in general and specifically increase the business productivity of small and medium enterprises so that they can provide the best, both for internal entrepreneurs and the community in the Klambir environment. Lima as well as the wider community in general. Application of the principles of unique resource capabilities consisting of Tangible Assets, Intangible Assets, Organizational assets are expected to help efforts to improve business levels better. Continuous improvement of good business levels is important for SMEs to carry out so that they can continue to grow and develop and have a competitive advantage compared to other regions in their vicinity. Social commerce is an e-commerce concept that relies on social media and user participation to assist the online buying and selling process. This concept uses social media as a transaction platform that allows users to buy or sell goods or services. This research aims to explore the brand switching of cooking oil to other brands made by the purchasers, especially homemakers. Another goal is to analyze the various considerations of homemakers when choosing and deciding to switch to another brand. The authors also explain how the market share of cooking oil brands in the present and future and use descriptive analysis by presenting the results of information from homemakers as consumers of various brands of cooking oil. The data collected in this research are primary and secondary data. The result of this study is that consumers who switched to Tropical and Sania were more than consumers who moved from both brands. Meanwhile, Sunco consumers are the most consumers switching to other brands. The most popular brand of cooking oil is Bimoli. The next sequence is Tropical and Sania. Most consumers choose Bimoli cooking oil because this oil is classified as a famous product, easily obtained, and the habits of the family. Unlike Tropical, most consumers choose because of the economical price. For Sania, consumers who choose this brand is due to nutritional value information and is classified as a famous brand. The results also show that market share is still dominated by Bimoli, followed by Tropical and Sania. Bimoli's market share growth is predicted to grow by 2.4 percent. A significant market share increase occurred in Sania, while there was a decrease in market share for Tropical.
This research was conducted to find out how The Effect Of Work Ethos, Work Discipline, And Work Motivation On Work Productivity Of Private Offices In North Sumatra The number of samples was 73 respondents. This research was conducted in 2022. This research used quantitative data processed with SPSS 24.0 with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that work ethic, work discipline, and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra. Work discipline was the most dominant variable affecting work productivity with tcount of 4.141. In addition, 91.8% of work productivity could be explained and obtained from work ethic, work discipline, and work motivation, while the rest was due to other factors. Work productivity had a very strong relationship to work ethic, work discipline, and work motivation.
