Business legality is a standard that must be fulfilled by business actors. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) entrepreneurs are required to fulfill these requirements in order to compete in the free market era. The demand is a problem because not a few business actors do not have business legality. Various obstacles were obtained such as the absence of funds to manage legality, the difficulty of correspondence, lack of knowledge and so on. In this paper, we will present the results of community service that have been carried out, namely the importance of business legality for UMKM. The purpose of this service is to foster sensitivity (awareness) and build a framework of thinking on the importance of business legality for UMKM in order to compete in the free market.
In connection with general elections, the role of political advertising is very important because it is considered to be a political engine for candidates in an effort to show their existence and efforts to attract and gain support during the campaign period. The use of identity in political advertising is used to influence voters' political choices. The 2018 North Sumatra regional election was attended by two pairs of candidates who met the requirements of the KPU. They are Edy Rahmayadi and Musa Rajeck Shah who are familiarly called Ijeck (Eramas) and Djarot Saiful Hidayat and Sihar Sitorus (Djoss). The two candidates played the issue of identity together in their political advertisements. This study aims to explain what identities are used in the candidates' political advertisements. From the results of the study it can also be concluded that the issue of identity politics can still be seen from the advertisements of both pairs of candidates and they also use identity issues to increase support.
<p class="Default">Peningkatan transportasi di Indonesia cukup signifikan khususnya di wilayah Sumatera Utara. Hal ini tentu akan berdampak negatif bagi pengguna transportasi jika tidak menerapkan standar keselamatan dalam berkendaraan. Menteri Perhubungan RI telah mengeluarkan Peaturan Nomor 26 tahun 2015 tentang Standar Keselamatan Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan yang bertujuan meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan di jalan raya. Adanya peraturan tersebut tentu dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan apabila implementasinya diterapkan dengan baik oleh para pengguna kendaraan termasuk transportasi umum seperti bus ALS. Akan tetapi ada beberapa kejadian kecelakaan yang justru melibatkan bus ALS, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian penelitian mengenai Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 26 tahun 2015 tentang Standar Keselamatan Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, dengan studi kasus pada PT. Antar Lintas Sumatera (ALS) Medan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu destriktif kualitatif, yang menggunakan <em>key informan </em>sebagai subyek<strong> </strong>penelitian, untuk menganalisis<strong> </strong>perkembangan informasi maupun<strong> </strong>sumbernya, maka teknik pengambilan<strong> </strong>sampel yang digunakan <em>snowball sampling</em>. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh manajemen dan pegawai di PT. ALS Medan, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan hanya sebahagian dari pihak manajemen dan pegawai PT. ALS Medan yang dimulai dari arahan <em>key informan</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan tersebut sudah diterapkan oleh pengelola jasa angkutan PT. ALS Medan dengan baik dan benar karena keempat variabel yaitu Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi cukup mendukung berjalannya implementasi kebijakan yang ada diperusahaan. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) perusahaan juga sudah mengadopsi pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 26 tahun 2015.</p>
<p>Penelitian ini melakukan penelitian korelasional untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan publik di Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan retribusi Daerah Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menjelaskan keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti langsung berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Publik pada Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Medan. Hal ini menjelaskan publik (masyarakat) merasa puas atas kinerja pelayanan Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Medan yang berhubungan dengan keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti langsung. Keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti langsung juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Publik pada Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Medan. Hal ini menjelaskan sudah tepatnya penyusunan dan perwujudan variabel pelayanan yang terdiri dari keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti langsung dalam operasional Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Medan khususnya dalam membentuk Kepuasan Publik yang meminta pelayanan. Secara korelasi juga dapat dilihat bahwa tingkat korelasi antara variabel variabel kualitas pelayanan seperti keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti langsung, dalam posisi korelasi sangat lemah dan bahkan dianggap tidak ada sama sekali. Kecuali korelasi antara daya tanggap dan empati yang berada pada posisi sangat kuat.</p>
Kualitas pelayanan publik rawat inap pada RSUD Kota Subulussalam masih kurang baik dalam memperoleh pelayanan rumah sakit, yaitu masih kurangnya fasilitas, kurangnya informasi yang dapat diperoleh mengenai layanan rumah sakit dan proses pelayanan yang cenderung lambat.Berdasarkan hal tersebut rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: 1) Bagaimana kualitas pelayanan pada pasien rawat inap pada Badan Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Subulussalam, 2) Bagaimana cara meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pasien rawat inap pada Badan Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Subulussalam, dengan tujuan penelitian: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pada pasien rawat inap pada Badan Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Subulussalam, 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis cara meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada pasien rawat inap pada Badan Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Subulussalam.Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik pada Rawat Inap RSUD Kota Subulussalam tergolong pada kategori baik. Bukti fisik kebersihan ruangan cukup baik, kepercayaan terhadap pelayanan cukup baik, ketanggapan cukup baik, kompetensi tenaga kesehatan cukup baik, kesopanan cukup baik, kredibilitas cukup baik, keamanan cukup dan upaya tenaga kesehatan untuk memahami penyakit pasien juga cukup baik. Tetapi masih ada unsur pelayanan yang kurang baik, yaitu ketersediaan fasilitas yang kurang baik, kurang Imformasi dalam perhitungan biaya, serta komunikasi yang tidak bagus.Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap fasilitas, memperbaiki prosedur perhitungan biaya pengobatan, menyediakan sumber informasi yang dapat memudahkan pasien untuk mengetahui jenis layanan yang terdapat pada rumah sakit. Disamping itu tenaga kesehatan perlu melakukan komunikasi dengan mengungkapkan bahasa yang tidak dimengerti oleh pasien atau keluarganya, serta menjalin komunikasi yang harmonis dengan pasien dan keluarganya. Disarankan rumah sakit perlu memperbaiki pelayanannya kepada pasien dengan menyediakan berbagai fasilitas fisik bagi pasien, serta secara jelas memberitahukan kepada pasien atau keluarganya mengenai segala jenis biaya secara rinci, dan sedapat mungkin memberitahukan lebih awal untuk jenis biaya yang sudah pasti. Tenaga kesehatan pada rumah sakit perlu mengupayakan agar semua istilah-istilah kesehatan dapat diungkapkan dengan bahasa Indonesia, sehingga tidak membingungkan pasien atau keluarganya.Tenaga kesehatan pada rumah sakit perlu lebih membuka diri untuk lebih dekat dengan pasien dan keluarganya, sehingga pelayanan pada rumah sakit menjadi lebih berkualitas.
This study Aimed to know the planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating education quality improvement in education council at Al Washliyah, North Sumatra. Qualitative research is used in this study. that is based on the background of the individual as holistically. The technique for collecting the data by using three ways items, namely: interview, observation and document study. Analyzing the data done by four steps items, namely: reduction of data, providing the data, conclusion and verification. The validity of collecting the data is checked by the data validity standards such as trustworthiness, transferability, dependence and certainty. There are five findings in this study items, namely; (1) The planning improvement of education quality at education council Al Washliyah, started with the arrangement of the workplan through the region forums and work meetings Al Washliyah, North Sumatra, as organization decision maker they do some activities such as education and training, comparative study , Curriculum, the arrangement Alwashliyah curriculum and the improvement of education system in AlWashliyah. (2) Organizing is done in order to the make of education improvement in north Sumatra Alwashliyah appropriately by dividing four fields based on the function. The four fields are curriculum Alwashliyah / Islamic boarding school in the which the chairman of the I / vice of secretary I is responsible.Vice of Chairman II / Vice of SecretaryIIis responsible with the curriculum of the joint decree (SKB). Vice chairman of III / vice of secretary III is responsible with national education, Vice Chairman IV / Vice of Secretary IV is responsible with higher education. (3) The implementation of education quality improvement in Alwashliyah council has not fully maximum. It can be seen from the implementation of workplanthe which has been made in the forum, can not run well. The implementation of education quality improvement is still incidental and tends to formality. (4) The observation is performed when the activity is on, yet after completing there is no further observations. (5) Evaluating process against education quality improvementat the north Sumatra Alwashliyah council has not worked yet fully optimal due to the unplanned and non-programmed actions.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and constraints of the Kelurahan in the implementation of the Kelurahan cleanliness empowerment program in Kelurahan Tanjungbalai Kota IV. This research was conducted qualitatively by taking informants from the Kelurahan, TP-PKK officials and the community. The results showed that the performance of Tanjungbalai City IV Urban District of North Tanjungbalai District in implementing the cleanliness empowerment program of the Kelurahan was said to be good, because the Kelurahan had formed TP-PKK to create a Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) program with 10 activities and in accordance with the duties and responsibilities in the framework of empowerment Kelurahan. If seen from the accountability dimension of the apparatus that is already quite good with the commitment and seriousness of the Village officials in carrying out their duties and functions in terms of implementing the Tanjungbalai City IV Urban Empowerment program. Judging from the good enough responsibility this can be seen from the ability of the Village in minimizing complaints submitted by the community. And the responsiveness of the Tanjungbalai City IV Kelurahan apparatus is quite good, as seen from the commitment and actions of the Kelurahan officials that are very intense in conducting socialization to the community so that environmental sustainability activities can bring a clean and safe environment,
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the use of hoax propaganda, material or content and patterns of its use in the 2019 Presidential Election. Qualitative methods are used in this research to seek knowledge or understanding of various related relations behind a reality in the new media era, text studies and news documentation and articles about hoax news that can influence the public and can hinder and influence the substance of democracy itself. The results showed that the purpose of hoaks political propaganda in addition to influencing the public was also done to change the negative image into positive or vice versa, in order to increase the electability and popularity of the candidates supported. material or content that is used as propaganda hoaks is material or content that contains SARA, personal, uses a pattern of nicknames, transfers, lure, popular narrative by using news / information content which is negative in nature and even sometimes contains lies using hoax propaganda patterns that are used in the 2019 presidential election. The pattern of the use of hoax propaganda is exhaled in new media by repetitive and continuous ways to change cognitive thinking and arouse the emotions of people who do not understand the deepening of politics.
