This study Aimed to know the planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating education quality improvement in education council at Al Washliyah, North Sumatra. Qualitative research is used in this study. that is based on the background of the individual as holistically. The technique for collecting the data by using three ways items, namely: interview, observation and document study. Analyzing the data done by four steps items, namely: reduction of data, providing the data, conclusion and verification. The validity of collecting the data is checked by the data validity standards such as trustworthiness, transferability, dependence and certainty. There are five findings in this study items, namely; (1) The planning improvement of education quality at education council Al Washliyah, started with the arrangement of the workplan through the region forums and work meetings Al Washliyah, North Sumatra, as organization decision maker they do some activities such as education and training, comparative study , Curriculum, the arrangement Alwashliyah curriculum and the improvement of education system in AlWashliyah. (2) Organizing is done in order to the make of education improvement in north Sumatra Alwashliyah appropriately by dividing four fields based on the function. The four fields are curriculum Alwashliyah / Islamic boarding school in the which the chairman of the I / vice of secretary I is responsible.Vice of Chairman II / Vice of SecretaryIIis responsible with the curriculum of the joint decree (SKB). Vice chairman of III / vice of secretary III is responsible with national education, Vice Chairman IV / Vice of Secretary IV is responsible with higher education. (3) The implementation of education quality improvement in Alwashliyah council has not fully maximum. It can be seen from the implementation of workplanthe which has been made in the forum, can not run well. The implementation of education quality improvement is still incidental and tends to formality. (4) The observation is performed when the activity is on, yet after completing there is no further observations. (5) Evaluating process against education quality improvementat the north Sumatra Alwashliyah council has not worked yet fully optimal due to the unplanned and non-programmed actions.
This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and taste innovation on the success of micro-enterprises in CV. Stella Catering Medan. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. the population is Consumer CV. Stella Catering from October 2020 to March 2021, as many as 55 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sampling technique, so that the research sample was set as many as 55 people. As for the place of this research is CV. Stella Catering which is located on Jl. Stella I No.77, Kayu Raja, Kec. Medan Tuntungan, Medan City, North Sumatra, starting from January 2021 to July 2021. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial characteristics partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of micro-enterprises in CV. Stella Catering Medan. Taste innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on the success of micro-enterprises. At CV. Stella Catering Medan. The value of Fcount has a positive value of 53.421 Ftable = 2.78 and a significance of 0.000 0.05. This means that the characteristics of entrepreneurship and taste innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the success of micro-enterprises at CV. Stella Catering Medan. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.660, indicating that the characteristics of entrepreneurship and taste innovation explain their effect on business success, which is 0.660 or 66%, while the remaining 34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
Mahasiswa yang loyal dalam hal ini alumni adalah menjadi sumber keunggulan kompetitif suatu perguruan tinggi dengan mepromosikan melalui mulut ke mulut, retensi terhadap bujukan perguruan tinggi lain dan pembelian ulang.Dengan begitu konsep mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan menekankan pentingnya bagi universitas untuk membina hubungan dua arah yang interaktif dan berbasis dialog karena keduanya terlibat secara inheren dan tak terpisahkan dalam layanan jasa. Fondasi yang diperlukan bagi Perguruan Tinggi untuk mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada adalah dengan meningkatkan pelayanan . Layanan yang buruk atau tingkat layanan yang tidak memuaskan, yang tidak dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dalam hal ini adalah Mahasiswa seprerti daya tarik Mahasiswa baru, yang ada, perilaku donasi, dan keanggotaan organisasi yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Dengan tingginya kepuasan mahasiswa di universitas akan memberikan implikasi berupa tingginya mahasiswa baru yang ingin kuliah di UMN Al Washliyah Medan. Permasalahan Mitra adalah Berdasarkan Wawancara Dengan Lurah Kelurahan Tualang Presentase Yang Kuliah Di UMN Al Washliyah Medan masih rendah. Dengan Berjangkitnya Covid 19 di Dunia dan tidak pengecualian di Kelurahan Tualang ini masyarakat mengalami kemerosotan Ekonomi, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keadaan Ekonomi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari – hari dan untuk melanjutkan Putra – Putrinya di Perguruan Tinggi. Belum Pernah UMN Al Washliyah Melakukan Promosi di Kelurahan Tualang ini. Belum Tersosialisasinya kemudahan-kemudahaan untuk kuliah di UMN Al-Washliyah ini di dalam menyikapi keadaan sekarang dengan berjangkitnya Virus Corona ini tanpa pengecualian di Kelurahan Tualang ini. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan ini di Kelurahan Tualang adalah Melalui Sosialisasi Edukasi Pentingnya PendidikanDi Masa Pandemi Covid 19 ini di Kelurahan Tualang. Sosialisasi Edukasi terkait Promosi Merekrut Mahasiswa Baru Di Kelurahan Tualang Dengan meyakinan kepada Mahasiswa Terkat Pelayanan Dan Kemudahan-Kemudahan Yang Di berikan UMN Al Washliyah Terkait Masa Pandemi Covid 19, dan ditambah lagi bahwa salah satu Pegawai di Kelurahan Tualang ini merupakan Mahasiswa UMN Al Washliyah,dan ini merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mempromosikan UMN Al Washliyah ini kepada Masyarakat Kelurahan Tualang ini.
