The tendency towards the realization of profits, efficiency and growth of companies, emphasized in capitalism, has encouraged organizations to think about what is common for successful companies and what differentiates them from those considered unsuccessful. Thus, the organizational culture has become one of the most common themes in management theory and practice.As a means of regulating the conduct of an organization's members, organizational culture permeates all of its factors, manifesting itself as a cause and as a consequence of their behavior. Naturally, its impact can be felt in all aspects of the business, reflecting itself on the final results.Organizational culture should be cultivated, set in the function of company's success, but its negative impacts should be avoided.
The aim of this paper is to indicate the representation of the papers related to wine and wine (eno) tourism in the scientific journals in the field of tourism from the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) list, with the Impact Factor (IF)-Clarivate Analytics. Fifteen journals have been analyzed on the basis of the phrase presence related to wine and wine tourism in titles, keywords and abstracts. 91 papers have been singled out, with their review per journal, as well as summary of publication frequency per year. The significance of wine and wine tourism in the entire tourism is emphasized through the tendency of their increasing presence in the most relevant scientific journals in the field. This paper creates a foundation for the authors interested in detailed research of the papers published so far, and therefore further development of the scientific and research activities related to wine and wine tourism.
Adult learning and education are an important component of the lifelong learning process, integrating different forms and programs of non-formal and informal learning. This area of learning encompasses a variety of content, from literacy and general skills, through vocational education and training content, to family, civic, environmental, media, leisure education, and many other areas whose priorities depend on the specific needs of each country . The formal system does not meet the needs of the individual or community to learn. Due to the inability of formal education to monitor changes in education resulting from the rapid development of science and technology, as well as economic and social changes, informal education has emerged. This education is an essential and necessary complement to formal education. Non-formal education is defined as any organized educational activity outside the existing formal system, which serves specific users and learning objectives. Non-formal education is provided through activities such as courses, seminars, lectures, conferences, workshops, various types of training, as well as volunteering. The field of non-formal education is very important in Serbia, it enables persons who have not completed formal education or have finished school with which they cannot find a job in the profession, to actually retrain in the process of non-formal education to perform some of the more demanding jobs, or to apply for a job in Serbia, or looking for a job abroad.
Sažetak: Globalno gledano, svet je u stanju promena, a obrazo anje je njiho ključni činilac. No a znanja otkrivaju no e horizonte i traže no a angažo anja u implementaciji promena. Promene zahtevaju veće aktivnosti menadžera u okviru procesa obrazo anja, odnosno u svim sferama života koje sistem obrazo anja mogu učiniti e kasnijim i efektivnijim. Obrazo anje u Srbiji mora da prođe kroz promene koje su se već desile u razvijenim zemljama, jer živimo u društvu znanja i ekonomiji znanja. Jačanje uloge menadžera u obrazo anju je od velike važnosti, naročito za društva u tranziciji, kao što je naše. Obrazo anje predstavlja "centralni nervni sistem" svakog društva -vaspitni, obrazo ni, kulturni lanac koji neprestano vibrira. U tom lancu, značajna karika, pored vaspitača, učite-lja, profesora i drugih, treba da bude obrazo an i vešt menadžer. Opšte je poznato da se od menadžera zahteva da poseduje sposobnost za ino ativnost i upravljanje u delu planiranja, organizo anja, koordinacije i kontrole izvršavanja delatnosti obrazo nih institucija.

The economic development of a country is impossible without innovation and entrepreneurship. As privately owned economic entities are one of the main drivers of the economy, job creation, as well as the growth of production and consumption, can be said that innovations, with the help of entrepreneurship, drive the national and world economy. Innovation is a crucial element of entrepreneurship, so companies must continuously innovate their business in order to avoid stagnation and possible closure. The causal links between innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development should be carefully analyzed and monitored, taking into account all the circumstances at a given time. Based on such an analysis, it is possible to identify the reasons for the stagnation and decline in their correlation, in order to react more promptly in the future. Inventiveness is the most valuable resource of any company, so it is very important to encourage creative thinking and presenting new ideas. Innovations have a direct impact on increasing productivity and increasing competitiveness, and continuous business innovation implies constant adjustment and the ability to cope in a competitive market. Innovation and entrepreneurship are key to the economic development of any country, as they provide numerous opportunities and variations, applicable in every economic system.

The paper aims to present the movement of the Belgrade Stock Exchange index from the beginning of the epidemic in the Republic of Serbia until the middle of 2021, as well as a review of the movement of the most important indices in the world. The global crisis, caused by the spread of the virus, but also by rigorous measures introduced by the entities authorized by the Government, resulted in a decline in general economic activity, economic slowdown in the capital market and, consequently, a decline in stock indices in the world and in our country. The results of the research indicate that, in general, the indices show drastic declines as early as the beginning of 2020, and although they ended the year with a positive trend, most of them have not yet recovered. The indices of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, already weak, despite a certain degree of recovery during the second half of 2020, had a negative trend compared to the year before. It is completely unknown how long the pandemic and the crisis will last, so it is difficult to predict the further course of events, but it is certain that the consequences will be felt for a longer period of time in economic flows, primarily through increased inflation and further deterioration of public finances.
