This paper deals with the theoretical analysis of the principles of efficient use of information and communications technologies (ICT) in teaching and learning, which can contribute to the advancement of the teaching process and motivation of students/pupils in the achieving the planned activities. Apart from the theoretical analysis, the results of empirical research are also presented in the paper. They tested and practically confirmed that there is a significant influence of the application of ICT and enriching the teaching material with multimedia content and also the effects in contemporary teaching of information technology. The primary intention of this paper is to point out the importance of the introduction of ICT to the teaching process with the aim of a significant improvement of students'/pupils' learning through the increase of their motivation and efficiency in learning, and at the same time the improvement in the performance of the educational system.
There is a great lack of methods and techniques in the software development process itself, as well as the lack of the appropriate tools that would make it more efficient. The significance of the problem is repeatedly emphasized by the need to ensure a high quality of software and software−based systems. The main objective of this work is to develop and systematize the original formal procedure for assessing the development of information systems in the early stages of the software life cycle, through metrics of the data model. We calculate the metrics of data model by using data that can be read off from a base data model, which is represented with an Entity−Relationship (ER) diagram that is defined with four basic concepts: entities, relationships, attributes of entities or relationships and values. The idea is to present the complexity of the process with a function of a number of these concepts and a number of attributes for entity types. Assessment techniques represent the basis for planning and successful performance of software projects. Statistical method was used in this paper and these assessment processes go under the category of empirical parametric methods, although they have some characteristics of the expert estimation method. A developed assessment process represents a step in the efforts to reach suitable measures which we would use to assess the size and complexity of the data model and also to estimate the amount of costs and resources necessary for the development of information systems. Likewise, certain metrics are developed. By being familiar with the data model, we can use these metrics to quantify characteristics of an information system as a whole in the logic design phase. Suggested metrics were tested on specific models and the results are shown here.
Sažetak: Cilj ovog rada je da istakne značaj informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija u obrazovanju, pre svega uticaj na nastavni kadar visokoškolskih institucija i njihovo, neophodno unapređenje kompetencija i veština u korišćenju multimedijalnih sadržaja u nastavi. U prilog tvrdnji predstavljen je i izvod sa fokusom na nastavni kadar iz sprovedenog istraživanja o primeni novih informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija u nastavi i njegov uticaj na motivisanost, sticanje znanja i povećanja zadovoljstva studenata.Ključne reči: informaciono-komunikacione tehnologije / kompetencije i veštine nastavnika / obrazovanje / e-učenje UVODRazvoj informacionog društva zahteva odgovarajući stepen znanja i veština, kako kod stručnjaka raznih profesija, tako i kod svih građana. SažetakMenadžment ljudskih resursa se bavi praktičnim pitanjima vezanim za upravljanje zaposlenima u preduzeću. Iako relativno mlada naučna disciplina, funkcija ljudskih resursa ima važnu ulogu u svakoj organizaciji. Ulaganje u zaposlene jedan je od osnovnih preduslova za uspešno poslovanje preduzeća kroz sticanje novih znanja, nadogradnju postojećeg i razvijanje veština neophodnih za obavljanje konkretnog posla. Informacione tehnologije su postale profesija budućnosti. Svoju primenu našle su u svim segmentima društva, pa tako i u upravljanju ljudskim resursima. Ovaj rad nastoji da istakne značaj strateškog upravljanja ljudskim resursima sa akcentom na upotrebu HRIS softvera koji u mnogome olakšavaju analizu i dizajn posla, planiranje, regrutovanje i selekciju kandidata, te obuku, razvoj i ocenjivanje performansi zaposlenih. Investing in an employee is one of the basic preconditions for the entrepreneurs for successful business operations of the company by acquiring new knowledge, upgrading the existing ones and developing the skills necessary to perform specific jobs. Information technology has become a profession of the future. It has found its application in all the segments of society, including human resources management. U proteklih nekoliko decenija desile su se znatne promene u privredi i proizvodnji. Razvojem novih tehnologija i strukturnih promena u upravljanju preduzećima, neophodno je uz klasične promenljive, poput kapitala i radne snage, razumeti i inovacije, procese prenosa znanja unutar i između industrija, kao i ulogu i kvalitet prenosnih institucija poput akademskih, tehnoloških centara i konsalting preduzeća. U radu se sa teorijskog stanovišta razmatra pojam i značenje procesa, kao i njihovo identifikovanje i preispitivanje. Daje se bliže određenje menadžmenta procesima. Procesi se razvrstavaju po osnovu kontinualnosti. Ukazuje se na značaj strategije menadžmenta procesima i u tom smislu praćenja procesa. Poseban akcenat se stavlja na unapređenje procesa sa aspekta kvaliteta kao i na merenje, praćenje i analizu performansi.
