Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh Regulasi Emosi Terhadap Resiliensi Atlet Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Gresik. Regulasi emosi adalah cara atlet dalam mengelola emosi dan menyeimbangkan dengan keadaan yang sulit sehingga atlet mampu merubah emosi negatif menjadi lebih positif. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan atlet dalam beradaptasi dari situasi atau masalah yang sedang dialami, kemampuan untuk bertahan, tidak mudah menyerah dan kemampuan untuk bangkit menyelesaikan permasalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel terdiri dari 41 atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Rsquare atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,189 dari regulasi emosi. Nilai Rsquare 0,189 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel regulasi emosi terhadap variabel resiliensi sebesar 18,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi atlet Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Gresik.
Abstract. This study aimed to determine the effect of consumer trust on buying interest in online shopping on e-commerce shopee. Low consumer confidence is a barrier to increasing buying interest in e-commerce. This causes low buying interest and the emergence of fear to make online transactions. This study is qualitative research. The participants were 97 students from the faculties of psychology, teacher training, and economics Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik which were obtained by incidental sampling. Collecting data to measure buying interest using the adoption of a buying interest scale from Kotler, while to measure consumer confidence adopting a consumer trust scale from Daqin Lu 2017 and Dulipovici 2015. Both of these scales use a Likert scale. Test the validity of the scale using content validity. Scale reliability test using Alpha Cronbach technique. The results showed the Spearman rank test with a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, indicating Ha is accepted, it is concluded that consumer trust has a significant effect on buying interest. The correlation coefficient value is positive at 0.728, so it can be concluded that the direction of the two variables is unidirectional, which means that if consumer confidence increases, buying interest will also increase. The correlation coefficient value of 0.728 indicates the influence of the two variables has a strong influence.
This research is motivated by the emergence of the phenomenon of married women having dual roles, namely housewifes and working. In ancient times, a culture has been passed down regarding the role of men as leaders and the role of women raising children and carrying out their responbilities in the household. Women who are married and working arewoman who have multiple roles. When a woman carries out this dual role, she will require greates energy and is prone to work fatigue because she has a greater workload. knowing the relationship between workload and work-family conflict on female lecturers. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 97 married female lecturers. Researchers used non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling technique, obtained 35 samples. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Correlation test with the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between workload and work-family conflict in female lecturers. This research can be useful to provide knowledge, information work-family conflict and workload for female lecturers. The research population < 100, the sampling technique used should be a saturated sampling technique. Researchers did not use the saturated sampling technique due to the Covid-19 pandemic, data collection on respondents was hampered because the campus was in lockdown and WFH was enforced to minimize the spread of the Corona virus.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di rumah sakit X. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi yang terdiri dari 70 tenaga keperawatan yang sudah terdaftar secara administrasi di rumah sakit tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi non linear. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R) dari r 0,137 = 0,019. Artinya, R = 0,019 artinya R = 1,9% artinya terdapat pengaruh tingkat motivasi kerja sebesar 1,9% terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja sedangkan sisanya 98,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.
Consumers are used to buying cement brands that they are used to buying. Consumers have their own perception of the brand. Consumers who are familiar with the cement they have used will buy this brand again. This study aims to see the effect of brand image on repurchase intention on cement products at shop x. This research is quantitative research. The 50 participants were collected by incidental sampling. Data collected through questionnaires The reliability test was carried out by calculating the Cronbach Alpha reliability correlation. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression technique. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between the brand image and repurchase intention variables, which means that the more positive the brand image, the higher the repurchase intention. This research is expected to enrich the knowledge of readers about the topic of brand image, especially the influence of brand image on repurchase intention in students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. In addition, the results of the existing research are expected to be a reference for further research. This study uses an incidental sampling technique so that it cannot be ascertained that the representatives of the subjects from all study programs are not certain. It is hoped that future researchers will use subjects from all study programs so that research results can be generalized.
