Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Correlation test with the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between workload and work-family conflict in female lecturers. This research can be useful to provide knowledge, information work-family conflict and workload for female lecturers. The research population < 100, the sampling technique used should be a saturated sampling technique.
