Higher-order thinking skills critical to being applied and developed in learning. Because the learning activity is focused on the higher-order thinking skills development, then learning activities will be more influential, effective, and efficient, so that the intellectual abilities of teachers and students become more skilled, it positively will affect the increase in the quality of education. There is a gap in students' critical thinking ability based on the pre-research survey results. The basic level of thinking is in the poor category, and self-efficacy is still lacking. This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of higher-order thinking skills learning through the problem-based learning (PBL) model improves student's critical thinking and self-efficacy. This study uses a quasi-experimental design and data collection techniques in tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets. This study's population was 123 students, sampling using a convenience sampling technique so that the sample used was 62 students. Based on the research results, there are differences. There is an increase between students' critical thinking skills and self-efficacy who use the PBL model rather than the conventional model. The research result implies that the PBL model is highly recommended for economics teachers. Still, it is necessary to provide innovation in the learning model so that in the learning process, it uses one model and innovates with other models.

The application of Problem Based Learning model by online learning during the Covid-19 period is one way to improve students' thinking abilities. This research aims to obtain empirical data about the comparison of student's critical thinking skills levels by using the online based Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using the Zoom application and Whatsapp Grup in class X IPS SMAN 5 Tangerang Regency. The method of this research used quantitative that is quasi-experimental design. This research's samples were class X IPS as an experimetal class or class A and class X IPS 2 as a control class or class B. The researcher analyzed the data in descriptive statistic by using SPSS 25 version. The results showed that applying the Problem Based Learning model has apositive impact on improving student's critical thinking skills.

Last decade, Indonesia's economic growth experienced a downward trend. The study examines the role of investment, equality in education, poverty, income inequality, and regime to economic growth in Indonesia. We used time-series data between 1970-2017. It was obtained from BPS and World Bank (Indodapur) publications. The model used is the Weighted Least Square Regression (WLS). The results showed the factors that contributed significantly to increasing Indonesia's economic growth were education equality, poverty, and income inequality. While investment/capital, economic transparency, and the regime did not significantly contribute to increasing economic growth. Expanding access to education for high school or equivalent is important by the Government, including the development of school infrastructure in remote areas and teacher distribution. The Government should maintain the poverty trend that continues to decline. The future study dynamic models look at the long-term relationships related to education equality, distribution of income, and poverty on economic growth.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of HOTS learning and self efficacy of students on economic literacy, the population of grade XI SMAN 11 Tangerang city as much as 109, sampled using Proportionate Simple Random Sampling through sloven formula so as to be a sample number of 90 students. The result of his research is that together the effectiveness of HOTS learning and student self efficacy have a significant effect on economic literacy, The effectiveness of HOTS learning has a significant effect on economic literacy, Self efficacy of students has a significant effect on economic literacy.

Hampir dua dekade, persoalan ketimpangan pendidikan di Provinsi Banten belum teratasi secara maksimal. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh faktor anggaran pendidikan, kemiskinan, ketimpangan pendapatan, dan ekonomi terhadap ketimpangan pendidikan. Pengukuran ketimpangan pendidikan digunakan dalam perumusan deviasi standar sekolah. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder periode 2001 - 2019 yang bersumber dari BPS Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggaran pendidikan dan ketimpangan berkontribusi dalam menurunkan ketimpangan pendidikan, sedangkan kemiskinan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terbukti tidak mampu menurunkan ketimpangan pendidikan. Pemerintah harus mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan dan kemiskinan dengan menyediakan akses peningkatan pendapatan, dan membangun infrastruktur sekolah ke desa-desa terpencil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, serta hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang yang menyebar di 10 kelurahan. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 0,05% sehingga diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden yang dipilih secara proporsionale random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikalibrasi validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan   budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di  lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang.   Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Interpersonal, Budaya Organisasi dan Kualitas   Pelayanan Publik

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 156 orang guru, dan yang di jadikan sampel sebanyak 112 guru yang tersebar dari beberapa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Wilayah Binaan V yaitu SMAN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang, SMAN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang, SMA HIRO, SMA PGRI dan SMA BABUSSALAM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan data di dalam penleitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui kebermaknaan di dalam persamaan regresi di gunakan uji t dan uji F. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang. Motivasi kerja guru mempunyai gubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang. Supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama – sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Wilayah Binaan V Kabupaten Tangerang, sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.

Learning implemantation by providing 4C skills (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaborative, and Creativity) is one of the responsibilities of 21st century education, namely creating a quality workforce to be able to compete in the 21st century. This study aims to analyze and find out how much influence online learning and the role of parents in the learning implemantation. The population in this study was 656 students of class XI and XII of SMAN 14 Tangerang City for the Academic Year 2021/2022. Sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 268 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear analysis with the help of IMB SPSS Version 25.0. The results of the research and discussion are 1) partially online learning has a positive and significant effect on the learning implemantation as indicated by the tcount 6.966 > ttable 1.969311 or p-value 0.000 <0.05. 2) partially the role of parents has a positive and significant effect on the learning implemantation as indicated by the tcount 2.726 > ttable 1.969311 or p-value 0.007 <0.05. 3) Simultaneously online learning and the role of parents on the learning implemantation have a positive and significant effect, as indicated by a p-value of 0.000 <0.05
