The analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature, during which the essence of the concepts of «media literacy» and «media competence» is revealed through different views of scientists is performed in the article. We understand media competence as a set of knowledge, skills, abilities that contribute to the search, selection, interpretation, use, evaluation, critical analysis, creation and transmission of media information. The media competence of future doctors we consider as their competence in the application of media technologies in their professional activities. Media competence includes competence of information, competence of communication, informational and communicative competences. Media competence is formed through media literacy, which, in turn, is achieved in the process of media education. It helps individuals to think critically, which helps to form a certain understanding and make competent decisions in response to media information. We define media literacy as a process of personal development through the media and in order to form media culture, develop communicative and creative abilities, critical thinking, skills of finding, interpreting, evaluating and analyzing media information with the help of media technologies. That is, a media literate person is able to control the media and navigate in the media environment, to find the necessary information, can control erroneous messages.
The article defines the concepts of distance education, distance learning and performs their general analysis. Their main forms, types and meanings in the educational system, as well as advantages and disadvantages are considered. The historical foundations of distance learning and all the stages of its formation are clearly traced, followed by the definition of characteristic features. Describes possible ways to eliminate existing problems and improve the quality of such learning. Considerable attention is paid to distance learning technology and its resources, in particular, expanded reality. Its key features, strengths and weaknesses, importance in the educational process and distance education are outlined. To create this article we used methods of synthesis and analysis, historical, comparative, and theoretical analysis of scientific literature and thematic journals and collection of data from sources. To achieve the proposed goal, we used the literature of various scientists and researchers who devoted their works to the subject of distance education. This allowed an in-depth study and research on this topic and came to the conclusion that distance learning is not inferior to traditional and is in increasing demand every year. In turn, expanded reality technology is exactly what the modern student needs to fully immerse himself in the world of learning and make the process exciting, interesting and interactive.
The article reveals the essence of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional values of future doctors. It is established that the organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of professional training of future doctors make it possible to focus on the development of professional potential and active position of students in professional activities and contribute to the formation of professional values.
In the article we have considered and substantiated scientific approaches to the formation of professional values of future doctors. Among the existing scientific views on the problem of professional training of future doctors, we have identified those that satisfy both in the traditional and in the innovative plane: axiological, competence and technological ones.
Розглянуто питання впливу ціннісних орієнтацій на забезпечення кращого засвоєння майбутніми юристами загальнонаукових, фундаментальних та спеціалізованих знань. Визначено поняття аксіосфери майбутнього юриста. Надано рекомендації щодо використання таких науковопедагогічних підходів у навчанні, які сприятимуть фаховій підготовці юристів. Закон прямо визначає державний характер рішень, які приймають юристи. Виклад основного матеріалу. Проблема дослідження професійних ціннісних орієнтацій у майбутніх юристів залишається актуальною, оскільки, по-перше, немає єдиного підходу до трактування поняття ціннісних орієнтацій, по-друге, зміни в економічній, політичній та духовній сферах нашого суспільства тягнуть за собою зміни в ціннісних орієнтаціях майбутніх юристів. Особлива увага сьогодні прикута до дослідження змін, які відбуваються у свідомості молодої людини. Неминуча переоцінка цінностей та їх криза найбільше проявляються у свідомості цієї соціальної групи. Актуальність вивчення ціннісних орієнтацій молоді обумовлена появою цілої низки робіт з різних аспектів цієї проблеми. В соціально-психологічних, психолого-педагогічних дослідженнях вивчається структура і динаміка ціннісних орієнтацій особистості в молодому віці, роль ціннісних орієнтацій у механізмі соціальної регуляції поведінки, взаємозв'язку ціннісних орієнтацій з індивідуально-типовими та характерними особливостями особистості, з професійною направленістю. Optimization of the educational process of medical higher education institutions through the information and educational environment. Zaporizhzhya State Medical university, Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine. ABSTRACT. Background. Improving the effectiveness of training of future highly qualified personnel requires the improvement of existing and search for new forms and methods for organizing the educational process. Such approach requires the use of complexes of technical and didactic means that ensure the interconnection between classroom and non-classroom forms of the educational process. Objective. To analyze the existing conditions for the implementation of information and educational environment. Methods. Analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of the use of the information and educational environment in higher medical education, studying and generalization of leading experience in teaching student courses using information and communication technologies. The analysis of the results of the efficiency of implementation of the educational and informational environment has been carried out on the departments of phthisiology and pulmonology, histology, cytology and embryology, medical physics, biophysics and higher mathematics and analytical chemistry. Results. The article presents certain results of the work of lecturers concerning the development and use of the informational and educational environment in the context of continuing learning of present-day information-oriented society. Creating information and educational environment that supplies interaction between lecturers and students in classroom through interactive forms of communication on the basis of edХ platform promotes the optimization of the learning process. The basic principles of providing innovative approaches, methods, technologies of the uniform informational and educational environment of higher education medical institutions are substantiated. The necessity of disclosing the experience of higher education institutions regarding the creation of the informational and educational environment as part of the optimization of the student's educational process is emphasized. The experience of using new learning form confirmed the simplicity and interactivity of interaction of the student and the lecturer, gives the wide opportunities for learning process arrangement, enables the student to model learning process individually, as well as new forms of learning process supervision. Conclusion. In our opinion, online courses based on edX platform facilitate the optimization of the learning process in higher education institutions. The prospect of further work is the continuation of the development and implementation of the online course for students on edX platform in the learning process.
The structure of professional value orientations of future doctors is considered in the article. In the process of research the cognitive, psychological, motivational and prognostic components are singled out. In the structure of professional value orientations of future doctors universal and socially significant values are allocated. It is established that the system of professional value orientations is an integrating element of the socio-psychological structure of the future doctor's personality.
The article considers the main factors that affect the quality of distance learning in the context of media competence formation. Incompetent use of information and media technologies, lack of modern software, computer equipment and media, as well as the media competence formation in tutors and students negatively affect the quality of distance learning. Our research allowed us to identify the main factors influencing the effectiveness of the media competence formation of the teachers and students in the distance education system. The factors we have identified directly affect the quality of distance learning. Such factors include: preparation of the discipline’s content, motivation and interest of all participants in the educational process, media competence of the tutor and students, material and technical equipment of both tutor and student, factors of the media environment of higher education, factors related with individual characteristics of all participants in the educational process. We also substantiate the significance and nature of the factor we have identified that significantly affects the effectiveness of distance learning in higher education institutions. In our study it has been found that for the effective use of the media environment of a higher education institution it is necessary to have: material and technical equipment, educational content, competent tutors, means of control, technologies for using cloud technologies. Therefore, we have considered the criteria of the process of evaluating educational content, the effective use of communicative means of participants in the educational process, the professionalism of the teachers.
