Halusinasi mengakibatkan bunuh diri, mencederai orang lain atau merusak lingkungan. Halusinasi harus diturunkan dengan asuhan keperawatan mandiri dan kolaborasi obat-obatan. Asuhan keperawatan mandiri dengan tehnik distraksi. Tehnik distraksi terdiri dari 3, yaitu: distraksi melawan dengan suara keras, distraksi menghindar melalui bercakap-cakap dengan orang lain dan distraksi mengalihkan dengan melakukan aktifitas terjadwal. Fokus penelitian ini pada tehnik distraksi menghardik yang dikombinasikan dengan terapi spiritual.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tehnik distraksi menghardik dengan spiritual terhadap halusinasi pasien. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain “Quasy Experimental Pre-Post Test With Control Group”. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling berjumlah 94 pasien halusinasi pendengaran, terdiri dari 47 responden kelompok intervensi dan 47 responden kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dari Haddock berupa Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale (AHRS). Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil Penelitian ada pengaruh tehnik distraksi menghardik dengan spiritual terhadap penurunan halusinasi pasien dengan nilai ƿ value 0,000. This study aims to analyze nurses' clinical leadership abilities based on the clinical leadership competency framework approach and its determinants in the inpatient room of Padangsidimpuan Hospital. The research design in this study used a descriptive-analytic correlation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the availability of nursing resources, management support, and work environment support with clinical leadership abilities, with a p-value for each variable, namely the availability of nurse resources (p = 0.043), management support (p = 0.000) and support work environment (p = 0.005). Meanwhile, competence has no significant relationship with nurses' clinical leadership ability in the inpatient room of RSUD Padangsidimpuan (p = 0.084). Multivariate analysis shows that management support is the most dominant variable associated with clinical leadership skills, with an Odds Ratio (OR) value of 4.476. In conclusion, nurses' clinical leadership ability must be supported by the availability of nurse resources, work environment support, and management support to obtain quality nursing services. AbstrakHasil survey pelaksanaan patien safety di RSUP.DR.M.Djamil Padang selalu terjadi peningkatan insiden setiap tahunnya, angka kepatuhan petugas, yaitu 74% (standar 100%). Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis upaya pencapaian standar sasaran keselamatan pasien bagi para profesional pemberi asuhan dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan di Rawat Inap RSUP Dr.M.Djamil Padang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discusion. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara 17 orang informan yaitu, direktur medik, komite KPRS, pengelola perawatan, kepala ruangan, dokter, perawat, apoteker, ahli gizi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekurangan SDM keperawatan dan farmasi. Pengadaan sarana yang belum tercukupi seperti handraill, bel, wastafel, tissu. Budaya keselamatan pasien, budaya pelaporan IKP, serta kepatuhan profesional pemberi asuhan dalam implementasi SKP belum optimal, rata-rata capaian 89%. Output belum sesuai target 100%, masih terdapat KTD dan KNC. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien bagi profesional pemberi asuhan di rawat inap belum maksimal. Disarankan, pimpinan rumah sakit beserta jajarannya melakukan perbaikan mutu melalui penambahan tenaga, melengkapi sarana, optimalisasi pelaporan insiden, optimalisasi kegiatan monev, meningkatkan pelatihan staf. AbstractBased on the results of the survey on the implementation of patient safety in RSUP. DR. M. Djamil Padang, where patient safety incidents were always increasing every year. The compliance rate of staffs in the application of the six patient safety goals was only 74 % which had not met the standard of 100%. The purpose of this study was to analyze of the achievement of patient safety goals for professional carersimproving the quality of service in Inpatients of Dr. M. Djamil General Padang Hospital.This study used a qualitative method through comprehensive interviews and Focus Gorup Discusion. The data collecting was done by interviewing 17 informants such as the medical director, the secretary of KPRS committee, the nursing manager, the head nurse, the doctor, the nurse, the pharmacist, the nutritionist. The results showed that the number of nursing personnel was less and pharmacy. Procurement of facilities were not yet sufficient such as hand rails, bells, sinks, tissues. The implementation of patient safety culture, incidence of patient safety reporting culture, and professional carers compliance in patient safety goals implementation have not optimal yet with achievement average of 89%. Output is not on target 100%, there are still incidence. It is recommended that the head of the hospital and its directors to conduct improvement of service quality achievement by adding more staffs, completion of facilities, incident reporting optimization, optimizing monitoring and evaluation, improving staff training.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of ANNISA development on nurses' knowledge of nursing documentation. This method uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design and a time series approach non-equivocal control group design. The study results were there were differences in the measurement of nurses' knowledge about nursing documentation in the intervention group before the intervention by measuring posttest-1 with p-value = 0.000. There were differences in nurses' experience about nursing documentation between the intervention group and the control group in the posttest-1 and posttest-2 measurements after the intervention using ANNISA with p-value = 0,000. There was an increase in differences in nurses' knowledge about nursing documentation from the pretest, posttest-1, and posttest-2 measurements after using ANNISA in the intervention group and the control group with p-value = 0.000. <p>Intensi turnover pada institusi pelayanan kesehatan merupakan masalah serius dan harus segera ditindaklanjuti, karena akan berdampak terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dapat mempengaruhi dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Intensi turnover di Rumah Sakit  Awal Bros Batam sejak lima tahun terakhir diatas standar rata-rata turnover dan Rumah Sakit belum mempunyai stategi yang efektif untuk mencegahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan budaya organisasi dengan risiko intensi turnover di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan proposional random sampling, Chi Square dan Uji Regresi Logistic Berganda (Binary Logistic). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Batam  mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan intensi turnover dengan nilai pValue 0.005. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah  menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dengan menjaga hubungan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik antar karyawan maupun atasan.</p><p> </p><p>The intention of turnover in health care institutions is a serious problem and must be followed up immediately, because it will have an impact on the quality of human resources that can affect the delivery of health services to patients. The intention of the turnover in Batam Awal Bros Hospital since the last five years is above the average turnover standard and the Hospital does not yet have an effective strategy to prevent it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and risk of turnover intention at Awal Bros Batam Hospital. The research method uses quantitative design with cross sectional study. Quantitative sampling using a questionnaire based on proportional random sampling, data processing using the mean, Chi Square and Binary Logistic Regression Test. The results showed that the organizational culture in Batam Awal Bros Hospital had a significant relationship with turnover intention with a pValue 0.005. Suggestions that can be given by researchers is establish a conducive work atmosphere by maintaining interpersonal relationships and good communication between employees and superiors</p>

One of the side effects generally occur during chemotherapy is oral mucositis. Disorders due to oral mucositis often affects the psychological and decreased quality of life of children. Therefore, It is important to determine the relationship of oral mucositis in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and quality of life related to oral mucositis. This research was descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Respondents in this study were children with cancer who were undergoing chemotherapy in Chronic Ward Pediatric Inpatient RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The strategy used in determining the sample was consecutive sampling amounted to 132 people. Data were collected through questionnaires that Oral Mucositis Daily Questionnaire (OMDQ) and Oral Mucositis-specific Quality of Life (OMQoL). The results showed an average of 6.55 years old respondents, the majority of the male sex, and had been diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia. 40% Respondents had experienced severe oral mucositis (a score of 2, 3, and 4) and have mild to severe limited activity primarily eating, drinking and swallowing. The average total score of the quality of life specific-oral mucositis was 58.61. Subscale diet and swallowing occupy the lowest scoring average and below the total score were 55.00 and 55.75. There were no significant differences quality of life specific-oral mucositis between mild and severe mucositis (p> 0.05). It is expected the professional nurse can identify conditions early oral mucous membrane of cancer patients and evaluate the implementation of oral mucositis intervention through-specific quality of life assessment of oral mucositis.
