The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of market orientation, creativity, innovation and competitive advantage on the performance of creative industries. Respondents from this study are 130 owners or leaders of creative industries in the fashion sector in Central Java Indonesia. The study is located on the North Coast of Central Java, taking five districts, namely Pekalongan, Semarang, Kudus, Rembang and Jepara. Sampling method in this research use purposive sampling method. This method is used taking into account the criteria of the creative fashion industry that has been operating for at least 3 years and innovating market-oriented products. The data obtained will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of data analysis show that creativity has no significant effect on innovation. Market orientation significantly affects innovation and performance. Innovation also has a significant effect on excellence and competitive performance. Furthermore, competitive advantage has a significant effect on company performance. Info Article
This study aims to examine the effect of collaborative networks on business performance. This study tries to find a collaborative network format that can improve business performance. The respondents in this study were 295 owners of the fashion sector SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that collaborative networks (CN) significantly influence innovation capability (IC), competitive advantage (CA), and business performance (BP). Furthermore, the capability of innovation and competitive advantage also significantly influence business performance. Innovation capabilities and competitive advantages can mediate the relationship between collaborative networks and business performance.
This study aims to investigate and test the role of ta'awun behavior in mediating between religiosity and mood. The questionnaire was distributed to 155 employees working in Islamic colleges. By using the PLS test, it was found that religiosity and mood influenced the behavior of ta'awun and ta’awun's behavior was able to improve service performance. With adequate literature studies, this study is able to enrich the repertoire of studies of variables related to human resource management that are sick with Islamic values. Conceptual discussion and empirical results also link the results of previous studies that included religious elements in managing human resources.
Knowledge sharing is still becoming a concern for many researchers because of the various positive impacts encountered. However, many individuals are still hesitant to do so, especially in a competitive environment where 'knowledge is power'. Knowledge sharing is often conducted only for the purpose of self-imaging and mutual benefits. Various studies that try to explore the antecedent variable of knowledge sharing behavior rarely use an Islamic motivational perspective. Hence, this article offers a new concept of Islamic excellence achievement spirit which is expected to be a cornerstone to improve knowledge sharing behavior. This new concept is the result of synthesis from the need for achievement theory, social capital theory, and Islamic values. The 291 sharia insurance employees in Indonesia were used as respondents of this study. Respondents obtained by using snowball sampling combined with purposive sampling. Regression analysis is used to test the empirical research model. The results show that Islamic excellence achievement spirit is proven to be able to increase knowledge sharing behavior that has an impact on increasing adaptive selling capability.
Agilidad de innovación de productos en el rendimiento empresarial: el papel del mercado y la orientación al aprendizaje
Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi sampah plastik Didesa Temuroso Guntur Kabupaten Demak dengan ecobrick. Salah satu persoalaan yang dihadapi oleh sebagian besar masyarakat termasuk masyarakat di desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak adalah sampah. Sampah merupakan persoalan klasik yang dari dulu hingga �saat ini menjadi masalah bersama di Indonesia maupun seluruh dunia. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang, permasalahan sampah harusnya mendapat perhatian lebih, dan salah satu jenis sampah yang harus mendapat perhatian lebih adalah sampah plastik. Ecobrick merupakan pemanfaatan sampah plastik ramah lingkungan yang dijadikan sebagai barang berguna seperti kursi, meja. Selain itu� tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini juga� merasakan manfaat dari pembuatan ecobrick tersebut dan tidak hanya sekedar untuk mengurangi sampah plastik saja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Demak tentang pengelolaan sampah dengan ecobrick ini dilakukan dengan metode luring dan berbasis kelompok yang dipandu oleh narasumber yang kompeten. Berbasis Kelompok yaitu seluruh kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kelompok sebagai media belajar dan pendampingan, dan memonitor kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mendapat respon dan atusias dari peserta dengan� praktik membuat ecobrick, hal ini dibuktikan dengan ecobrick yang dihasilkan didaftarkan di web ecobrick dunia dengan no serialnya: 174630 (dengan berat 304 gram) dan 174632 (dengan berat 262 gram). Selanjutnya ecobrick- ecobrick yang sudah dibuat� dan dirangkai �menjadi satu produk� ecobrick yaitu tempat duduk, sehingga� dengan kegiatan ini� masalah sampah plastik di desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak� ��Jawa Tengah dapat teratasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis potensi ecobrick (Bella et al., 2019) maka sampah plastik di Desa Temuroso Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak Jawa Tengah dapat dikurangi sebesar 45 % dari total timbunan sampah plastik di desa tersebut.�This community service was carried out as an effort to reduce plastic waste in Temuroso Guntur Village, Demak Regency with ecobrick. One of the problems faced by most people, including the people in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency, is waste. Garbage is a classic problem that has always been a common problem in Indonesia and throughout the world. Indonesia as a developing country, waste problems should receive more attention, and one type of waste that should receive more attention is plastic waste. Ecobrick is the utilization of environmentally friendly plastic waste which is used as useful items such as chairs, tables. Besides that, the purpose of this community service is also to feel the benefits of making ecobrick and not just to reduce plastic waste. The method of implementing community service activities in Temuroso Village, Guntur Demak District regarding waste management with ecobrick is carried out using an offline and group-based method guided by competent resource persons. Group-Based, that is, all community service activities are carried out using groups as learning and mentoring media, and monitoring activities. This community service activity received response and enthusiasm from participants with the practice of making ecobricks, this is evidenced by the ecobricks produced being registered on the world ecobrick web with serial numbers: 174630 (with a weight of 304 grams) and 174632 (with a weight of 262 grams). Furthermore, the ecobricks that have been made and assembled into one ecobrick product, namely a chair, so that with this activity the problem of plastic waste in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency, Central Java, can be resolved. By using an ecobrick potential analysis (Bella et al, 2019), plastic waste in Temuroso Village, Guntur District, Demak Regency, Central Java, can be reduced by 45% of the total pile of plastic waste in the village.
This research is based on the gap phenomenon that occurs, where the number of PNS performance decreases such as lack of discipline in carrying out tasks, and this is related to a lack of leadership supervision, lack of understanding of employees to work is more oriented to responsibility and worship, if it is implanted it will motivation arises in employees to work properly and correctly.The population in this study were civil servants who worked in the sub-district office in Grobogan district. The samples taken were 75 respondents using proportional sampling techniques.The results of this study indicate that leadership leadership, work discipline, work orientation have a positive effect on achievement motivation and employee performance. Achievement motivation is not an intervening variable between the influence of leadership in consideration of employee performance, work discipline with employee performance, work orientation and employee performance. So that without the achievement motivation can still improve performance by improving the supervision of leaders to subordinates, providing examples of discipline so that subordinates will carry out discipline by themselves. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena gap yang terjadi, dimana banyaknya kinerja PNS mengalami penurunan seperti kurang adanya kedisiplinan dalam melaksanakan tugas, dan hal tersebut berhubungan dengan kurangnya pengawasan pemimpin, kurangnya pemahaman kepada para karyawan untuk bekerja lebih berorientasi pada tanggungjawab dan ibadah, jika itu ditanamkan maka akan muncul motivasi dalam diri karyawan untuk bekerja dengan baik dan benar.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PNS yang bekerja dikantor kecamatan di kabupaten Grobogan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 75 Responden dengan menggunakan teknik proportional sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan konsiderasi, Disiplin kerja, Orientasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi berprestasi bukan merupakan variabel intervening di antara pengaruh kepemimpinan konsiderasi dengan kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai, orientasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Sehingga tanpa adanya motivasi berprestasi tetap bisa meningkatkan kinerja dengan memperbaiki pengawasan pemimpin terhadap bawahannya, memberikan contoh kedisiplinan sehingga bawahan pun akan melaksanakan kedisiplinan dengan sendirinya.
