Desa Bakubakulu merupakan salah satu desayang ada di daerah peyangga Taman Nasional Lore Lindu dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dibidang agroforestri dan pemanfaatan hasil hutan bukan kayu. Desa ini juga merupakan lokasi pelaksanaan praktek lapangan mahasiswa Fakultas kehutanan Universitas Tadulako. Sehingga sangat besar peluangnya untuk dikembangkan menjadi Desa Mitra Fakultas Kehutanan Universitas Tadulako. Potensi lahan agroforestry berbasis kakao dan hasil hutan bukan kayu yang tinggi. Namun saat ini hasil produksi kakao yang menjadi sumber pendapatan pokok masyarakat mulai menurun. Hal ini dikarenakan pertumbuhan tanaman kakao yang kurang baik, biji buah yang dihasilkan berukuran kecil, tanaman dan buah kakao mudah terserang hama dan penyakit.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam program pengabdian ini adalah Meningkatkan produktivitas lahan agroforestry berbasisi kakao di Desa Bakubakulu sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan persepsi masyarakat dalam menjaga keutuhan fungsi kawasan Taman Nasiona Lore Lindu. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan target adalah Bentuk IPTEKS pendidikan seperti penyuluhan, pelatihan yang dilanjutkan dengan penerapan teknologi dan pendampingan.Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan kelompok tani mitra sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini dan dapat memahami fungsi Taman Nasional Lore Lindu sehingga perlu ikut menjaga kelesteriannya. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan pemeliharaan kakao yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan dapat meningkat hasil panen kakao sehingga terjadinya peningkatan pendapatan
The objectives of this study are: 1) Implementing blended learning model based on e-learning Moodle into learning; 2) whether the blended learning model based on Moodle e-learning can improve learning achievement. The type of research in this research is descriptive-explorative qualitative, which explores all the things that are in the processing of questions and answers to students' steps and explores the results of the interview survey with students. The subjects in this study were 21 class B students. The research instruments were tests, surveys, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of research and discussion show the implementation of the lecture process, face to face with zoom metting, presence in applications, assignments, and testing. From the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that: 1) the blended learning model based on e-learning Moodle has been successfully implemented into linear learning program courses, 2) From the results of tests, questionnaires, surveys and interviews with e-based blended learning model students -learning moodle has increased their achievement and enthusiasm for learning.
Local peoples in a certain area is very depends on plants grow on surrounding them for fulfill daily lifelyhoat such as food, clothing, construction material, medicinal, etc. People knowledge in plants utilized especially as medicinal matter was passed on from generation to generation. Documentation and conservation of traditional knowledge from the local people until to do the research of diversity of medicinal plant by Talang Mamak tribe in Bukit Tigapuluh National Park, Riau. Field data collection of medicinal plants was done by directobservation and interview with the figure or tribe-head and community is used medicinal plant in surrounding them. From the survey it result that at least 77 species of plants are used as medicines. Five species from these was categorised as endangered species such as pulai (Alstonia scholaris), gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis), kapung-kapung (Oroxylum indicum), pasak bumi (Eurycoma longifolia), and akar kuning (Arcangelisia flava). Penyandang disabilitas berhak untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyandang Disabilitas (UUPD). Pasal 53 ayat (1) UUPD mewajibkan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) untuk mempekerjakan paling sedikit 2% penyandang disabilitas dari jumlah total pegawainya.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat tantangan dan peluang dalam pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang dihadapi oleh pemangku kepentingan dan penyandang disabiltas pada BUMN di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pemenuhan hak tersebut pada BUMN di Aceh belum terlaksana. Meskipun telah ada Qanun Aceh tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Peraturan Walikota Banda Aceh Tentang Pemenuhan Hak Penyandang Disabilitas Dalam Mendapatkan Pekerjaan Yang layak, hanya satu dari empat perusahaan BUMN yang menjadi responden yang telah mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya diskriminasi pada pekerjaan dan posisi tertentu, adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi dan syarat penerimaan pada lingkungan kerja, dan rendahnya pendidikan dan keterampilan penyandang disabilitas.
This research aimed to investigate the students’ perception toward the use of Moodle-reader for improving reading comprehension. This study was descriptive research with a qualitative approach that used questionnaires and interviews. The respondents were 20 participants who were part of the member of Academic Resources Center (ARC) as students in the English Education Student Program at Universitas Tanjungpura. The researcher found that the perceptions of each student about using Moodle-reader for improvement could be the same and also different. It depends on the student’s perspective or thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Overall, the students responded positively about the use of Moodle-reader for improving reading comprehension. The researcher concluded that the students agreed that Moodle-reader is suitable for independent learning and improving reading comprehension. The researcher found that the five aspects (ease of access to Moodle-reader, perceived usefulness in Moodle-reader, students’ motivation using Moodle-reader, students’ satisfaction, and the features in Moodle reader) can influence students reading comprehension. Moodle-reader provided varieties of books based on students’ levels. Students could be enjoying the books. It makes students motivated to read many books. Therefore, Moodle-reader could positively impact students and improve their reading ability, especially in reading comprehension.Keywords: Students’ perception, Moodle-reader, Reading comprehension
This study focused on analyzing the use of Rosetta Stone Language Learning Software in teaching listening comprehension. Based on three previous journal from different universities in Indonesia the writer found that selected institutional repository website in Indonesia discusses about using Rosetta Stone Language Learning Software in teaching listening comprehension. The data described the facts on the use of Rosetta Stone based on the results of research by three researchers which have been published in three scholarly publications in Indonesia. This research is to find out the effectiveness of Rosetta Stone Software in teaching listening comprehension, this study had two data, the primary data (research journals) and secondary data (books). The conclusion that can be taken based on these research reports is the use of Rosetta Stone Software in improving students’ listening skills is effective. There are significant differences in learning listening comprehension between those who had been taught by using Rosetta Stone media and those who had not been taught by using Rosetta Stone media in terms of the scores the students got in the pre-test and post-test.
Mahasiswa merupakan sumber daya manusia yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi langkah selanjutnya. Setelah lulus, mayoritas mahasiswa akan memilih bekerja. Mendapatkan pekerjaan tentu tidak mudah, mahasiswa membutuhkan kesiapan dalam menghadapi masa transisi dari sekolah menuju dunia kerja atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah career adaptability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap mahasiswa terhadap keaktifan berorganisasi dalam career adaptability di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Narrative Research. Untuk teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi kepada mahasiswa program studi Bahasa Arab Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-Qur’an Amuntai sebagai subjek penelitian. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan berorganisasi berperan penting dalam adaptabilitas karir, berorganisasi dapat menambah wawasan, pengalaman, relasi pertemanan yang memperkuat kerja sama, dan mengasah skill serta diajarkan bertanggung jawab, dengan ini sangat mudah untuk menyesuaikan karir dimasa mendatang.
This research is entitled “An Analysis of Deixis in Catching the Sun Novel by Tony Parsons”. It was carried out to identify the type of deixis contained in the novel and to describe to whom and what they refer to in the dialogues. The source of the data was a corpus from the dialogues in chapter 29, chapter 30, and chapter 31. This research is in qualitative form and used a descriptive method. The data obtained in this novel was in form of phrases and sentences uttered by the characters. After doing the analysis, it was found that the novel contained five types of deixis such as person deixis, spatial deixis, temporal deixis, social deixis, and discourse deixis. Person deixis was uttered 411 times, spatial deixis was uttered 24 times, temporal deixis was uttered 9 times, social deixis was uttered 3 times, and discourse deixis was uttered 15 times. The reference meanings of person deixis mostly refer to the characters, the spatial deixis refer to the places in the story, the temporal deixis refers to the time during the conversation happened, the social deixis refers to an honorable character, and the discourse deixis refers to the expressions in the same utterances uttered by the speaker. Meanwhile, the dominant type of deixis was person deixis.
