The present study aimed to analyze the education policies in the era of educational reform. This policy is very monumental in the history of education in Indonesia, where enormous authority is given directly to schools. The schools can develop their respective innovations in developing a treatment for students in learning, the authority to determine the learning time, and the autonomy to compile their own learning textbooks according to the agreed curriculum. But the most important thing is to be able to produce outstanding students. Therefore, if student achievement decreases, society cannot blame the agreed policy. Furthermore, the local education offices have an important role in providing solutions to the educational problem in that area. Moreover, the principal has a significant role in education management at the region level, especially in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which demands all education actors have maximum competence and also compete with the global business and industrial world.

This study discusses a theoretical review of the implementation of Islamic boarding school curriculum management in Indonesia, based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia play an important role in the process of increasing the intelligence of productive age. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out by literature review and literature study related to the management of the Islamic boarding school curriculum in Indonesia. Analysis of the data that has been collected is done by peeling, summarizing and collecting literature, so that it becomes a scientific research result. The results showed that of the thirty-four provinces in Indonesia there were 26,974 Islamic boarding schools and 12,668 educational units, with such a large number, the implementation of curriculum management is very important to do, novelty in this study it can be explained that planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating curriculum Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have implemented the principles of modern management.

This study aims to determine the influence of the School Literacy Movement, reading interest, and reading materials on reading comprehension skills. This study uses descriptive method and quantitative approach, and also multiple regression technique. The population in this study amounted to 278 students. The sample is 74 students taken by random sampling. Data collection technique used instruments in the form of questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results showed that there were (1) significant influence between School Literacy Movement on reading comprehension skill, (2) significant influence of reading interest on reading comprehension skill, (3) significant influence of reading material on reading comprehension skill. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the School Literacy Movement, reading interest, and reading materials simultaneously on reading comprehension skill.

The purpose of the study was whether there was an effect of interest and attitude on the learning outcomes of early childhood Islamic education students in the class management course at the Al-Azhaar Islamic Institute, Lubuklinggau. This type of research is a correlation method with a quantitative approach. The research population was all students of the Early Childhood Islamic Education study program totaling 212 people. The sample of this study used purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Techniques for collecting data using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. It is concluded that there is no effect attitude towards learning outcomes, and there is no effect attitude towards learning outcomes. this research provides benefits in looking at the attitudes and interests of studentsIslamic education study program for children at the Al-Azhaar Institute of Islam Lubuklinggau, Lubuklinggau city, South Sumatra. Novelty in research: researchers want to see the effect of attitudes and interests on learning outcomes at the tertiary level. By knowing the attitudes and interests of learning outcomes in the early childhood Islamic education study program, it can be taken into consideration for leaders. In order to advance this research, it is necessary to carry out further research activities. This research is a new science for the Lubuklinggau Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program.

Abstract-The main focus of this study is to examine similarity, excellence, and lack of the programs implementation, including ISO 9001:2015, SPMI, SPIP and Accreditation an effort of quality assurance to improve the performance of higher education institutes. Recently, there is no synchronization between auditors including Satuan Pengawas Internal/ Internal Audit Unit (SPI), Audit Mutu Internal (AMI), Audit ISO 9001:2015 and Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP). The purpose of this study is to develop an integrative model of quality assurance in higher education performance which refer to the requirements described in the national standard of higher education (SNPT). The standard of quality assurance covered eight of national education standards, added with standard of education and learning, research standard and standard of community service. This research design was qualitative method that includes a case study in Bengkulu Health Polytechnic. Data were collected by applying the qualitative methods namely observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. This research found that there were similarity, excellence and lack of each accreditation program. As an alternative, a new form of quality assurance program, called integrative model of performance was developed in order to enhance the quality of higher education institutes to fulfill the requirements in the national standard of higher education.Keywords-Model of Quality Assurance, National Standard of Higher Education, integrative model of performance enhancement in higher education.
