This study discusses a theoretical review of the implementation of Islamic boarding school curriculum management in Indonesia, based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia play an important role in the process of increasing the intelligence of productive age. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out by literature review and literature study related to the management of the Islamic boarding school curriculum in Indonesia. Analysis of the data that has been collected is done by peeling, summarizing and collecting literature, so that it becomes a scientific research result. The results showed that of the thirty-four provinces in Indonesia there were 26,974 Islamic boarding schools and 12,668 educational units, with such a large number, the implementation of curriculum management is very important to do, novelty in this study it can be explained that planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating curriculum Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have implemented the principles of modern management.
Higher education is a level of education after secondary education that includes diploma, undergraduate, master's, specialist, and doctoral education programs organized by higher education. Higher education is held in an open system. If the education process in an educational institution is correct, the educational goals will be achieved. If the education process is not correct, it will be difficult to achieve educational goals. The objective of this research is to study the capacity of Islamic Institute of Bengkulu State in improving competitiveness of higher education (Study of Policies at Islamic Institute of Bengkulu State, Indonesia). The data consist of the policy effective at The State Islamic Institute Bengkulu, Indonesia from 2013 to 2016. Analysis tool used is the SWOT analysis by calculating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The study shows the functioning of market segmentation strategy, targeting strategy, positioning strategy, differentiation, focus and efficiency as element the competitive power at The State Islamic Institute Bengkulu. This confirms the importance of applying a total quality management system for enhanced health of the organization a higher educational institution. The contribution of this research is aimed at university managers to increase competition and the achievement of missions and missions, it is necessary to encourage the improvement of lecturer qualifications with further education, learning activities, research and community service with adequate facilities and budget funds so that the quality of resources can be improved so that it will automatically encourage improvement in the quality of education in higher education.
The purpose of this research is to test the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction of the training participants at Balai Latikan Kerja (BLK) in Bengkulu Province. The method used in this research is survey with interview approach to get observation data directly. The results of this study indicate that the role of instructors (HR) and methods greatly affect the success of trainees in the future. The positive impact of good service will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as the desire to re-buy, which will increase the income received from the products sold. In order to compete, survive, and grow, the organization is required to be able to meet the needs and desires of customers by providing the best service and quality. Based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that may occur, then the biggest weakness is the quality of instructors and learning space into the greatest weakness.Keywords: service quality, satisfaction , SWOT analysis.
The purpose of this study examines the competitive strategies tested the banking industry in the province of Bengkulu. Issues raised in this study is the extent the competitive strategy of banking and can ultimately increased customer. The aim to be achieved is to know what strategies can be applied. The analysis tool is to use qualitative paradigm mapping descriptive with banks in the province of Bengkulu with cluster analysis. Data collection method used in this study was secondary data collection and in-depth interviews. The results of this study conducted that the application of competitive strategy of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Bank Bengkulu and market penetration strategy was by opening a branch office network and cash office assistant sub-district area are yielded positive results. From the aspect of services offered, the customer feels that the diversification of services has been able to meet customer needs. The aspect of competitive strategy, distribution aspects of a positive assessment, especially the ease of access, is felt more quickly. Customers feel that the branch offices is still lack, particularly for the Bank are classified as market followers. Customers feel that the promotion is still lacking, particularly those Bank whose branches or cash office in the area. The strategy that may be used is a segmentation strategy, developing target market, and positioning.
