Akses masyarakat terhadap informasi kesehatan belumlah merata, untuk dapat mewujudkan kemandirian masyarakat di bidang kesehatan dilakukan kegiatan promosi kesehatan sebagai upaya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, khususnya di pedesaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Untuk itu perlu diketahui bagaimana model diseminasi informasi kesehatan masyarakat pedesaan ditinjau dari peran komunikator, manajemen pesan serta khalayaknya. Metode yang digunakan yakni studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, wawancara tidak terstruktur, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan studi pustaka. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 7 (tujuh) orang, dipilih secara purposif. Hasil penelitiannya adalah komunikator diseminasi informasi kesehatan melibatkan berbagai pihak dengan sistem pemberdayaan berjenjang, hingga subjek terakhirnya adalah warga masyarakat. Agen pemberdaya sebagai komunikator diseminasi informasi menjalankan peran sebagai fasilitator, motivator dan mediator. Strategi manajemen pesan yang digunakannya adalah pendidikan dan promosi kesehatan menuju perubahan perilaku yang berwawasan kesehatan. Penyampaian informasi kesehatan melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan ditujukan pada perangkat desa dan masyarakat. Informasi yang bersifat ajakan (persuasif) juga secara aktif dilakukan agar masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatannya. Diseminasi informasi akan berhasil apabila komunikator dapat menganalisa khalayak sasarannya, yakni mengidentifikasi sasaran berdasarkan sosiodemografi, kebutuhan informasi kesehatan serta cara-cara pemilihan akses informasi.
-One of the literacy movements that iscurrently developing is the proliferation of various communities Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) which was established by the community to provide access to information to the public in order to realize lifelong learning. Sudut Baca Soreang (SBS) as a TBM by relying on a variety of community is very active in making various activities literacy movements. This study aims to create a model of literacy movement activities undertaken by SBS with the end result was the model of a community -based literacy movement activities so that it can be one model for other TBM in making various activities literacy movements. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research using case study approach. The results showed that the shape of the literacy movement activities SBS driven by volunteers as well as spearhead in carrying out various activities that have been prepared weekly / monthly / yearly with one of the volunteers as person in charge. All activities are always evaluated regularly. This model can move literacy activities, promotional activities and drives the field of literacy advocacy activities. The manager of SBS (founders, trustees and volunteers) to make a wide range of activities aimed at local communities, which involves internal SBS as well as external parties SBS from local communities, students and community leaders and other strategic partners as a driver of literacy programming that has been designed by the manager of SBS, All activities that have been implemented are supported by promotional efforts through social media such as facebook as a primary medium.Keyword: Activity, literacy movement, community. Area of Paledah Village at Padaherang Sub-district in Pangandaran Regency has a potential as rural tourism. The village has interesting natural characteristics, and unique social and cultural life. This potential should be encouraged and developed in accordance with the socio-cultural characteristics of the community. The development of potential community-based tourism is a strategic effort in building the community. Rural tourism development is a long-term and potential investment for the government as the community resources and natural resources are readily available. The purpose of research is to know the development of tourism village based on local wisdom, especially related to the concept of tourism village criteria in Paledah village. This research uses qualitative approach. The data collection technique used interview, observation, F G D, and literature study. It used descriptive data analysis technique and the steps aredata reduction and presentation, and conclusion. Test of Validity and reliability used triangulation process. Informants in this study were the government, tourism village communities, and tourism developers. The number are 9 persons. The results indicate the values of local wisdom in developing agro tourism village in Pangandaran regency is embodied in organizational principles. There are three basic principles: membership is voluntary and open, management is democratic, and self-reliant. Tourism village criteria include attraction, accessibility, public facilities and tourism facilities, community empowerment, and marketing or promotion. Of the five criteria tourism village in Paledah village, two of it have been running well.Those are the attraction of tourism and community empowerment. While the other three criteria still have constraints.
Kegiatan pencarian informasi merupakan kegiatan yang sering dilakukan dan dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan pada media yang lebih canggih seperti media sosial line. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa anggota Syamil Unpad melalui penggunaan official account line dakwah Islam berdasarkan teori Krikelas. Tindakan perilaku pencarian informasi diawali adanya kebutuhan yang dilandasi oleh suatu aktivitas kegiatan ataupun kebutuhan dilingkungan sekitarnya. Dengan tiga tahapan perilaku pencarain informasi yaitu dorongan kebutuhan informasi, menciptakan perubahan dan aktivitas lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah populasi 250. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, obsevasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Penyebaran kuisioner dilakukan dengan cara mengirimkan link kuisioner yang telah dibuat melalui aplikasi Google From pada seluruh anggota Syamil Unpad. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa memilki hubungan yang cukup berarti dengan penggunaan official account line Dakwah Islam, dorongan kebutuhan informasi memilki hubungan yang rendah dengan penggunaan official account line Dakwah Islam, menciptakan perubahan memiliki hubungan yang cukup berarti dengan penggunaan official account line Dakwah Islam dan aktivitas lingkungan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan penggunaan official account line Dakwah Islam.
ABSTRAKPengembangan agro desa wisata yang sedang dikembangkan di Desa Paledah, Padaherang kecamatan, Kabupaten Pangandaran, berusaha untuk memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Untuk itu diperlukan strategi komunikasi yang tepat dalam membangun sinergi dari pihak-pihak yang terkait untuk dapat direalisasikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini mengkaji Strategi Komunikasi dalam pengembangan agro desa wisata di Kabupaten Pangandaran bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) hak komunikator; 2) perencanaan pesan dan 3) media komunikasi yang digunakan; dan 4) analisis khalayak sasaran. Dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif (studi kasus) dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, Diskusi Kelompok, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitiannya adalah hak komunikator adalah seorang tokoh masyarakat yang didukung oleh aparatur pemerintah melalui pembangunan yang berkelanjutan sesuai dengan keahliannya masing-masing. Pesan perencanaan dilakukan melalui transfer ide-ide dalam kemasan informasi yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai luhur yang ada di masyarakat, misalnya melalui pembacaan bahan-bahan, undangan untuk menanam tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomi di halaman. Sedangkan media komunikasi yang digunakan adalah proposal kegiatan, spanduk dan poster yang dipasang di tempat-tempat strategis dan dapat disampaikan kepada pihak-pihak yang memiliki visi dan misi yang sama. Selain itu, desa wisata agro pelaksana perlu memahami keinginan target audiens dan bekerja sama dengan semua kelompok yang ada di desa Paledah dan tidak mengabaikan peran mereka dalam kelangsungan agro-tourism pembangunan desaKata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, Agro Wisata Desa, Kabupaten Pangandaran ABSTRACTThe development of agro tourism village that is being developed in Paledah Village, Padaherang Sub-district, Pangandaran Regency, seeks to utilize the potential of natural resources and human resources. This study examines the Communication Strategy in the development of agro tourism village in Pangandaran Regency aims to know: 1) the right communicator; 2) message planning and 3) communication media used; and 4) analysis of target audiences. Conducted by qualitative methods (case study) and data collection techniques through interviews, field observation, Focus Group Discussion, and literature study. The result of his research is the right communicator is a community leader who is supported by the government apparatus through continuous development in accordance with their respective expertise. Message planning is done through the transfer of ideas in the packaging of information that is integrated with the noble values that exist in the community, for example through recitation materials, invitations to plant crops that have economic value in the yard. While the communication media used is a proposal of activities, banners and posters installed in strategic places and can be submitted to parties who have the same vision and mission. This research is proposed to analyze (1) Basic knowledge of Sundanese cultures of the students of Elementary Schools in Cileunyi Sub-District, Bandung Regency, Indonesia. (2) Sundanese Cultural Literacy Programs Design through listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. (3) Integrated Sundanese Cultural Literacy Programs in 2013 Elementary School’s curriculum based on theme.This research is an action research which use data assessment methods: in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, observation on the roles of researcher-participant, literature study and simulation to design the programs. In conducting this research, researchers enrich themselves with open standards interview guide. The informants of this research are the headmasters, teachers of Sundanese culture (Sundanese language), curriculum staffs and parents of students from two of schools which have already been implementing the 2013 Curriculum, and from two schools which still implement the 2006 Curriculum.This research found that new students who enter grade 1 had less knowledge about Sundanese Culture. It is suggested that Sundanese Cultural Literacy Programs should begin from the basic and simple design. The design of Sundanese Cultural Literacy Programs consists of two programs. First, is to design programs of listening and speaking which consists of (a) daily speech, (b) open the class in Sundanese Language, (c) introducing themselves in Sundanese language (d) Story telling of folklore with themes related to curriculum of Sundanese Languages (e) multimediated instructional (f) watching the puppet, dancing and singing together, (g) learning from the nature (h) traditional games (i) Sundanese merchandise (j) Sundanese Day (set a day to speak, dance and sing in Sundanese, and wear sundanese dress), and (k) decorate the school with attributes of Sundanese arts. Second, is to design programs of reading and writing. Reading design programs are conducted by (a) Providing Sundanese books review and reference, (b) Creating Cartoon Character (c) Selection of Children's Ambassador for Sundanese reader category and writing design programs are conducted by (a) providing Sundanese books review and reference (b) writing a poem or Sundanese writing story competition (c) exhibition of students work. Finally, to apply all the programs of the 2013 Curriculum.
ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui upaya Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Dengan Tempat Perawatan (Puskesmas DTP)Tarogong Kabupaten Garut dalam kegiatan strategi promosi kesehatan ditinjau dari : 1) pemberdayaan, 2) bina suasana, 3) advokasi dan 4) kemitraan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan teknik purposif, informan penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang. Kesimpulan penelitiannya adalah: 1) strategi promosi kesehatan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan berjenjang oleh petugas kesehatan Puskesmas DTP Tarogong serta kader pemberdayaan masyarakat (KPM) kepada individu, kelompok dan masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan, konseling, demonstrasi dan dialog; 2) Bina suasana diupayakan melalui kegiatan promosi kesehatan di luar gedung dan di dalam gedung, dengan pengunaan media promosi serta perilaku petugas kesehatan; 3) advokasi ditujukan dan melibatkan komitmen serta dukungan seperti Pimpinan Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Garut dalam upaya pembuatan kebijakan/ regulasi dan pengadaan sumber daya; dan 4) kemitraan saat ini masih mengandalkan kehadiran mitra yang menawarkan kegiatan tertentu untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan promosi kesehatan.Kata kunci: Promosi Kesehatan, Strategi Promosi Kesehatan, Pemberdayaan, Bina Suasana, Advokasi ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the effort of a community health center (DTP) Tarogong Garut in the activities of health promotion strategies in terms of: 1) empowerment, 2) social support, 3) advocacy and 4) partnerships. The method used case study approach, the data collection through literature and field studies in the form of interviews and documentation. With purposive technique, informants of this study amounted to 9 people. The results of the research are: 1) the strategy of health promotion through community empowerment carried by health professionals and volunteers from DTP Tarogong empowerment (KPM) to individuals, groups and communities in the form of counseling, counseling, demonstration and dialogue; 2) Social support pursued through health promotion activities outside the building and inside the building, with the use of a media campaign as well as the behavior of health professionals; 3) advocacy directed and involves the commitment and support Camat of Tarogong Kaler and Garut District HealthOffice in the effort of making the policy / regulation and procurement of resources; and 4) a partnership today still rely on the presence of partners who offer specific activities to participate in health promotion activities.
The purpose of this research was to determine the role of space, furniture and accessories, colors, lighting and air circulation in growing interest to Goethe Institut Bandung library's room. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study are all members of the library throughout the Goethe Institut Bandung. Sampling used in this research is purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 people. The location of this research is the Goethe Institut Bandung Library. The analytical method used in this research is categories analysis and cross tabulation analysis. The results of this research indicate that the library space was instrumental in growing interest to the library's room. The furniture and accessories of the library was instrumental in growing interest to library's room. The colors used in the library quite instrumental in growing interest to library's room. The lighting in the library was instrumental in growing interest to library's room. Air Circulation in the library space was instrumental in growing interest to library's room
