The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing nursing with hallucinatory client self-control in schizophrenic patients at Soeprapto Mental Hospital in Bengkulu Province. The research design used was quasi experiment with one group pre-test and post-test design approaches. The results of this study obtained a value of p = 0.001 <α 0.05, which means there is an influence of nursing supplementation with hallucinatory client self-control in schizophrenic patients at the Soeprapto Mental Hospital in Bengkulu Province. Conclusion, there is the effect of nursing supplementation with hallucinatory client self-control in schizophrenic patients at Soeprapto Mental Hospital in Bengkulu Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman ibu usia remaja saat melahirkan anak di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dalam penelitian ini didapat tujuh partisipan ibu remaja yang berusia antara 19-21 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara mendalam terkait pengalaman persalinan di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik desain triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan 11 tema yaitu: usia dan pendidikan terakhir ibu, definisi persalinan, tahap persalinan, perasaan ibu ketika melahirkan, tindakan yang dilakukan ketika ibu usia remaja merasa cemas, perlakukan keluarga yang diberikan untuk perawatan bayi, pendapat tentang sikap yang diberikan keluarga kepada ibu, reaksi ibu dalam menghadapi perlakuan keluarga, pola yang ibu terapkan dalam proses menghadapi persalinan di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan dukungan yang diperoleh ibu muda dalam perawatan bayi ketika sakit. Simpulan, ibu usia remaja yang melahirkan selama pandemi COVID-19 menderita cemas tingkat sedang dan minimnya dukungan keluarga saat melahirkan serta menerima perlakuan dengan kualitas akses pelayanan kesehatan yang kurang. This study aims to determine the influence of ergonomic exercise on reducing blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at the Center for Sponsorship and Elderly Care. The method used in this research is the quasi-experiment method with one group pre and post-test design. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in the average systolic blood pressure before and after the ergonomic exercise was 14.00, and the diastolic blood pressure before and after the ergonomic practice was 8.00. Bivariate test results obtained a p-value of 0.00. In conclusion, there is the influence of ergonomic exercise intervention on the reduction of blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at the Center for Support and Care for the Elderly. This study aims to determine the Comparison of the Effectiveness of Brain Gym and Puzzle Playing Against the Development of Fine Motorcycles in Preschoolers in the Work Area of the Basuki Rahmad Community Health Center in Bengkulu City. Quantitative research design using the Quasy Experiment design, two groups of pre-post tests equivalent without control design. The results of univariate analysis with brain gym intervention, from 15 respondents before the brain gym there were 9 children (60%) experienced deviant fine motor skills and after given 11 children therapy (73.3%) experienced normal fine motor skills. Whereas from the 15 respondents before intervening tubuzzle, there were 8 children (53.3%) having deviated fine motor skills and after being given a puzzle 15 respondents (100%) experienced normal fine motor skills. The bivariate results of Wilcoxon test have the effect of brain gym with p-value = 0,000 and puzzle with p-value = 0.001 in the development of fine motor in preschool children. Mann Whitney test results obtained p-value = 0.005. Conclusion, playing puzzles was more effective in the development of fine motor skills of preschoolers in the Basuki Rahmad Community Health Center in the City of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of number puzzle intervention on increasing short memory in children with mental retardation in SDLBN 05 Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach using a Quasy Experiment design, one group pre-post test with a nonequivalent control group design. This study uses a digit forward questionnaire by remembering the numbers from front to back, the digit forward numbers are 9 digits. The results of the univariate analysis of the intervention of 10 samples 7 (30%) with a less short memory and 3 (30%) short memory samples are good and after being given number puzzle therapy, it is known that out of 10 samples 8 (80%) have a good memory and 2 (20%) with the less category. The paired test results showed that there was an effect of puzzle therapy on increasing short memory in SDLBN 05 Bengkulu City with a p-value of 0,000. In conclusion, there is an effect of number puzzle therapy intervention on increasing short memory of children with mental retardation in SDLBN 05 Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of brain Gymnastics and playing puzzles on improving the motor skills in preschool children in the work area of the Basuki Rahmad Health Center in Bengkulu. The Quantitative research design used the quasy experiment design, one group pre-post test equivalent without control design. The results of the univariate analysis with brain gymnastics and playing puzzles intervention showed the 15 respondents before doing brain gymnastics and puzzle, there were nine children (60%) experiencing motor skills deviations and after giving therapy ten children (66.7%) experienced standard motor skills. The bivariate results of the Wilcoxon test have a significant effect between before and after brain gymnastics and puzzle intervention with p-value = 0.001 on motor development at the preschool children. It can conclude that an increase in the average motor picture before and after brain gymnastics and playing puzzles interventions in the Basuki Rahmad Community Health Center in Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini oleh guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian crossectional dengan menggunakan Chi-Square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di PAUD Aisyiyah X Gading Cempaka sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini di PAUD Aisyiah X Kota Bengkulu dari 20 guru, kategori berpengetahuan baik berjumlah 11 responden (50%), kurang sebanyak delapan responden (20%) dan cukup sebanyak dua responden (10%). Simpulan, gambaran pengetahuan guru PAUD tentang stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini di PAUD Aisyiah X Kota Bengkulu sebagian besar tergolong berpengetahuan baik.
