The qualitative study aimed to understand the Research Skills Development Framework (RSD) implications for Indonesian master students' academic achievement. Experience proves that success at the master's level is closely related to mastering academic research competencies. A typical study at the master's level requires research skills to complete tasks and jobs that require research application acuity. To understand this study's problem, study the data we have done, including reviewing ten academic findings from international publications, observing and documenting data related to this topic. After the data was collected, we were then provided with analysis, including text analysis, description, coding, and immersion results. Every text is in a language, so we use a translation application to help us understand Indonesian. To determine whether the data constitutes a valid and reliable study finding, we review it and make sure we have answered the study questions. So the results we can report that the RSD framework has become a conceptual framework for the development of research skills for academic and educational needs. The reason is that the RSD framework is beneficial and useful in working on completing tasks that require skill in examining problems to find answers. Thus, these findings become meaningful input for the academic community and other professions.

The prevalence of dyslipidemia in Indonesia continues to increase. Free radicals are increasing the occurrence of diseases, one of them is dyslipidemia. Previous studies showed that antioxidant compounds have strong potential as dyslipidemia drug. The mechanism action of dyslipidemia treatment is inhibiting cholesterol synthesis through the HMG CoA reductase and cholesterol absorption mediated with lipase. This study aimed to analyze the antioxidant activity along with the inhibition of HMG CoA reductase and lipase in a combination of ethanolic extract of Anredera cordifolia leaf (EB) with ethanolic extract of Curcuma xanthorrhiza rhizome (ET) and its single form. The antioxidant activity test was conducted using DPPH method by making serial dilution of samples and ascorbic acid with adding DPPH and methanol as standard. The inhibitory activity of HMG CoA and lipase was conducted by making a series concentration of sample as well as simvastatin as the comparison. The results showed that the highest antioxidant activity is in ET samples IC50 16.21 ± 1.74 µg/mL, but was less potential compared to ascorbic acid IC50 7,63±0,85 µg/mL. The most potential inhibition of HMG CoA and lipase is in ET samples IC50 8.35 ± 0.02 and 22.35 ± 1.26 µg/mL. The combination of ET-EB (1: 1) is better than EB but lower than ET in antioxidant activity as well as the inhibition of HMG CoA reductase and lipase. The result showed a correlation that the higher antioxidant activity, the higher inhibitory of HMG CoA reductase and lipase respectively.
This present study tries to investigate the students’ writing performance to know whether interlanguage fossilization is occurring or not. The primary goal of this research is to give information relating to interlanguage fossilization in students’ writing performance of the English Education Study Program of IAIN JuraiSiwo Metro. This research is qualitative research. It is used to describe interlanguage fossilization that occurred in students’ writing performance. The writer uses observation, documentation, and interview to collect the data. Purposive sampling is the technique for choosing the ten students of the sixth and the eight-semester of English Education Study Program of IAIN JuraiSiwo Metro in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. The result of this research shows that there are two types of interlanguage fossilization that are commonly produced by students’ writing performance. They are syntactical fossilization and morphological fossilization. Syntactical fossilization consists of 71,86% and morphological fossilization consists of 28,14%. Moreover, the interlanguage fossilization phenomenon in students’ writing performance is caused by the students’ low English proficiency. Therefore, students should be more active to improve their English ability.
This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of information and the fulfillment of information needs on Youtube channel gadget GadgetIn on purchasing decisions. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative method. Mechanical withdrawal sampling using purposive sampling technique. Uses and gratification theory is used as the theoretical foundation of this research. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire in the spread on 400 respondents who fit the criteria that researchers Youtube channel GadgetIn subscribers aged 20-25 years. Based on the research quality of information (X1) on purchasing decisions gadget (Y) has the effect of 18.1%, the results of research on meeting the needs of information on Youtube channel GadgetIn (X2) on purchasing decisions gadget (Y) has the effect of 26%, simultaneously the quality of information and the fulfillment of the Youtube channel GadgetIn information on purchasing decisions gadget has an influence 28.5%. The result of determination coefficient of 28.5%, which means fulfillment on Youtube channel information GadgetIn affected the quality of information, while the remaining 71.5% influenced by other factors.
