The phenomenon of polarization photosensitivity of CuInSe2/CdS thin film heterojunctions due to anisotropic transmission of linear polarized radiation (LPR) through the air-CdS polycrystalline film interface was detected. The parameters of polarization photosensitivity are shown as functions of the angle of oblique incidence θ and the incident photon energy LPR. The induced photopleochroism coefficient P increased with increasing angle in accordance with the law P=θ2, and at θ≃80° it reached 64%. As follows from polarization measurements photosensitivity, CuInSe2/CdS thin films heterostructures can be used as broadband LPR photoanalysers.
Among the numerous magnetic semiconductors there is a family of ternary compounds MnX11Te4. For the first time the optical and electrical parameters of these materials as well as the methods of preparing of the diode structures were presented in works (AVERXJRVA et al. ; BEKIMRETOV e t al.). Investigations of the optical, electronic, photoelectric and luminescence properties of the ternary compounds MniIITe, with the magnetic
We developed a method for synchronous registration of electrical activity of the myometrium in pregnant rabbit females and electrocardiograms of the female and fetus on a paper tape and on PC in the online mode using an original pickup for registration of intrauterine pressure in awaken animals in a natural (sitting) posture. The method causes no pregnancy complications and is adequate for evaluation of uterine contractility, female and fetal status in different variants of the experiment.
The present investigation aims at studying the blood flow in the umbilical vein in the first half of normal pregnancy. It was shown that the establishing of hemocirculation passes through 4 periods: 8- 10th, 11-12th, 13-16th and after the 16th week of pregnancy. Besides that, statistically verified changes in maximum blood flow speed and index of pulsation in this vessel were revealed. Constant bloodstream spectrum reflects stability of oxygenic bloodsupply of the fetus.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
