The primary objective of the present study was to highlight the current state of research on the pathology of the lacrimal organs based on the results of the analysis of the relevant publications in the domestic and foreign scientific literature. Special attention in this review is given to the problems of diagnostics, indications for the probing, the treatment and stenting strategies. The authors report their original observations contributing to the better understanding of the anatomical features of the nasolacrimal passages. In addition, the data on the principal pathogenic agents are presented together with certain peculiarities of the surgical treatment of the pathology under consideration.

The phenomenon of polarization photosensitivity of CuInSe2/CdS thin film heterojunctions due to anisotropic transmission of linear polarized radiation (LPR) through the air-CdS polycrystalline film interface was detected. The parameters of polarization photosensitivity are shown as functions of the angle of oblique incidence θ and the incident photon energy LPR. The induced photopleochroism coefficient P increased with increasing angle in accordance with the law P=θ2, and at θ≃80° it reached 64%. As follows from polarization measurements photosensitivity, CuInSe2/CdS thin films heterostructures can be used as broadband LPR photoanalysers.

The effect of Perftoran (perfluorocarbon compound) on cells of the peritoneal exudate and small intestinal serosa was studied in Wistar rats with experimental peritonitis and mechanical injury. The peritoneal cavity was treated with Perftoran for preventing postoperative adhesions and the mechanisms of reparative regeneration of the mesothelium after this treatment were studied by immunohistochemical methods and scanning electron microscopy. The increase in macrophage population during the early postoperative period and its decrease at later terms prevented fibroblast activation and promoted epithelialization as early as by day 5.

This article presents a proposed insight into the anti-viral potential of silver nanoparticles against novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Possible mechanisms of influence of silver nanoparticles on the coronavirus are considered. Models of nanosilver complexes with spike protein of coronavirus amino acids were constructed using computer quantum-chemical modeling. The values of electron density distribution, highest occupied molecular orbital, lowest unoccupied molecular orbital and electron density distribution gradient for each constructed model are obtained. Analysis of the obtained data showed that the most energy-efficient interaction is the formation of the "tryptophan–nanosilver" complex (E= - 5856.83 kkal/mol). According to the results of quantum chemical calculations, the most stable complex is the "cysteine– Ag nanoparticles" complex (ΔE = 0.16 a. u.).

Extrinsic photoresponse spectra (T=300 K) and photoluminescence spectra (T=77 K) of CuInSe2 single crystals grown with the deviation from valence stoichiometry are studied for point defect identification. The main peaks of photoresponse and photoluminescence correlate each other. The characteristic spectral singularities at 1.00, 0.98–0.97, 0.94, 0.92–0.89, and 0.72 eV have been attributed to photoactive and radiative transitions through the donor (VSe,InCu) and acceptor (VCu,CuIn,Sei) levels. The shift of the extrinsic photoresponse peak to long wavelengths (0.92→0.89 eV) by the VSe point defect has been found at increasing deviation from valence stoichiometry ΔZ<0. The impurity subband formation has been suggested as very probable in the crystals with elevated ΔZ.

Методом Монте-Карло изучены фазовые переходы и термодинамические свойства в двумерной анти-ферромагнитной модели Изинга на решетке Кагоме с учетом взаимодействия как ближайших, так и следующих соседей. Интерес к таким системам сти-мулируется большим количеством экспериментальных работ на квазиодномерных и квазидвумерных магнитных системах [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]. В настоящей работе нами проведены высокоточные исследования двумерной модели Изинга на решетке Кагоме с учетом взаимодействия вторых ближайших соседей. Модель Изинга на решетке Кагоме может быть применена для описания ряда двумерных материалов, в которых наблюдаются необычные тем-пературные зависимости различных термодинамических параметров. Спиновые системы, имеющие решетку Ка-гоме, вследствие особой геометрии часто оказываются сильно фрустрированными. В таких системах основное состояние оказывается сильно вырожденным и часто не происходит упорядочения даже при самых низких температурах, вплоть до абсолютного нуля [1,2].В спиновых системах на решетке Кагоме при учете обменных взаимодействий только между ближайшими соседями ФП в магнитoупорядоченное состояние не реализуется ни при каких конечных значениях тем-пературы. Учет обменных взаимодействий следующих ближайших соседей частично снимает вырождение и может привести к возникновению ФП при отличных от нуля температурах [3]. Тем не менее, поскольку эффекты фрустраций все еще имеют место, процесс упорядочения и стабилизации структур, в отличие от нефрустрированных систем, замедлен [4].Влияние фрустраций, возникающих при конкуриру-ющих взаимодействиях, обусловленных геометрией ре-шетки, на ФП, термодинамические, магнитные и крити-ческие свойства спиновых систем исследовано в рабо-тах [5][6][7][8]. Авторами исследованы явления возникновения и исчезновения фрустраций в зависимости от величины внешнего магнитного поля, знаков констант обменного взаимодействия ближайших и следующих соседей J 1 и J 2 и величины их отношения r = J 2 /J 1 .Несмотря на достигнутые успехи, на сегодняшний день все еще остаются открытыми некоторые вопросы, касающиеся ФП, критических, термодинамических и магнитных свойств спиновых систем с фрустрациями. Следует иметь в виду, что при исследовании таких систем очень важно знать, что в системе может су-ществовать огромное количество состояний с низкой энергией, близкой к энергии основного состояния.
