Diversas aplicações de software vêm modificando o estilo de vida das pessoas em aspectos tecnológicos e sociais. Um conjunto dessas aplicações possibilitam a criação das chamadas Cidades Inteligentes (CIs). Assim como qualquer outro tipo de aplicação, estas aplicações precisam ser avaliadas para garantir uma qualidade adequada e fornecer uma melhor experiência aos usuários. Contudo, aplicações no contexto de CIs podem conter caracterı́sticas tecnológicas especı́ficas que não são avaliadas em aplicações tradicionais, tais como aspectos de interoperabilidade e mudança de contexto da aplicação de acordo com a alteração do ambiente do usuário. Desta forma, este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre a avaliação de duas caracterı́sticas de qualidade relevantes para CIs (sensibilidade ao contexto e calmness). Adicionalmente, apresentamos uma discussão sobre essas caracterı́sticas e suas métricas em relação aos aspectos humanos da interação com a aplicação.

Cerca de 23 milhões de pessoas são portadoras de Insuficiência Cardíaca, havendo dois milhões de novos casos diagnosticados a cada ano no mundo, constituindo a primeira causa de internação hospitalar, em pacientes acima de 60 anos de idade no Brasil. Objetivo: Traçar um panorama epidemiológico de insuficiência cardíaca por macrorregião brasileira durante 10 anos. Métodos: realizado através de dados obtidos no banco de dados do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS) - Sistema de Informações Hospitalares e Sistema de Morbidade Hospitalar, sobre o panorama epidemiológico da insuficiência cardíaca no período entre janeiro de 2010 e dezembro de 2019. Resultados: Foi observado que as internações para tratamento de IC possuem predominância do caráter de urgência. No sistema de morbidade hospitalar, a faixa de idade prevalente, em adultos, foi entre 70 a 79 anos e, em crianças, os menores de 1 ano, com 13.374 casos. A taxa de mortalidade brasileira, nos 10 anos pesquisados, foi de 10,13. Conclusão: No Brasil, o número de internações por insuficiência cardíaca é elevado, assim como o de mortalidade. Por isso, é importante investir na prevenção primária das doenças cardiovasculares, assim como na secundária e terciária.
