This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Merauke Hawaiian Bread Agent outlets. (2) To determine the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions at Merauke Hawai Bread Agent outlets. (3) To determine product quality and price have a joint influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Hawai Bakery Agent outlets in Merauke. The approach taken in this study using a quantitative research approach and the population in this study was 4,757 people with a study sample of 94 people. The results showed that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
Purpose: Companies distributing non-subsidized fertilizers should pay attention to farmers' buying interest to optimize the variables influencing purchasing decisions. Theoretical framework: Efforts to market non-subsidized fertilizer products require the right strategy, including those related to price, product quality, and promotion, to attract potential buyers and purchase products as consumers from the company. Design/methodology/approach: This study analyses the direct effect of price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Mega Eltra Makassar branch company and the moderating effect of the purchase intention variable. This quantitative research uses questionnaires to 200 respondents whose data were processed using SmartPLS 4. Findings: The results showed that price and promotion directly or moderated by purchase intention could not significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions for non-subsidized fertilizers. Product quality directly affects the decision to buy non-subsidized fertilizers; however, it is not significant if buying interest is a moderating variable. Research, Practical & Social implications: Consumers of non-subsidized fertilizer Mega Eltra Makassar company Branch is the population in this study whose details cannot be known with certainty because the records at the company only include the number of products sold and their turnover. Originality/value: This study concludes that the quality of the fertilizer influences the decision to purchase non-subsidized fertilizer from farmers compared to the offer or promotion price. Interest in buying non-subsidized fertilizers still needs to guarantee the purchase decision-making process.
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative research that is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on the performance of the District Trade and Industry Office. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and not significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has the most dominant influence positively and significantly on the performance of employees of the Trade and Industry Office of Gowa Regency.
Business performance is something that must be considered by SMEs, including millennials. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the role of the environment, the use of social media marketing and entrepreneurial orientation towards the performance of Millennial SMEs in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative study using data from the distribution of questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study found that the family environment, the useof social media marketing and entrepreneurial initiatives can partially improve the performance of Millennial SMEs in Makassar City.
