Pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi telah memicu lahirnya berbagai kecenderungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti kegiatan e-commerce yang saat ini telah merambah ke berbagai elemen masyarakat. Kegiatan belanja online telah tumbuh secara signifikan seiring dengan meningkatnya orang niat untuk melakukan pembelian dan aktivitas jual secara online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan pada orang keinginan untuk kembali berbelanja online, data penelitian ini berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang telah berbelanja di FJB Kaskus. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji regresi. Dari serangkaian uji statistik disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari persepsi harga terhadap niat pelanggan untuk kembali belanja online. Sementara kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pelanggan untuk kembali belanja online. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat pada keinginan untuk kembali belanja online daripada kepercayaan dan persepsi harga.
This evaluation study discusses how information technology governance in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, conducted by the Center for Data and Information Technology ESDM as a NOC, which aims to determine the extent to which the management and use of IT in improving IT services in KESDM and recommend management policy proposals effective and efficient IT using COBIT 5 models. The data was collected by conducting interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results were adjusted to the data management domain COBIT 5 will be the capability of inter-domain evaluat assessment, judging from some of the values are the average of the current capability level 4 in the range of 0. The highest value of the capabilities found in APO, DSS and MEA that is equal to 4, while lowest value contained in the EDM by 2.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan menganalisis bagaimana pelatihan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, bagaimana prestasi kerja yang dihasilkan oleh para karyawan, dan besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Unit HCBP (Human Capital Business Partner) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Tbk). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kausalitas. Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 57 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitia menunjukan kedua variable dari seluruh dimensi memperoleh nilai rata-rata dalam kategori baik. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan.

The limitation of medical personnel is one of the factors for the high mortality rate of heart disease. On the other hand, the development of information technology, especially in the field of computing, is very fast in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, but not yet used optimally, especially in the health sector. This study aims to develop a system or software that can replace a doctor for the process of identifying heart defects based on an expert system. Expert system developed with the certainty factor with multiple rule approach. System testing is carried out from the results of the system validity with experts, so that the system test results produce a certainty factor value for a normal heart of 0.95 and an accuracy level of 95%, while the certainty factor (CF) value for an abnormal heart is 0.99 and produces an accuracy rate of 99%.</span></span><br /><div style="mso-element: comment-list;"><div style="mso-element: comment;"><div id="_com_1" class="msocomtxt"><!--[if !supportAnnotations]--></div><!--[endif]--></div></div>
Nowadays, teaching and learning process are changes drastically. Everything changes to be more digitalized and simpler. The way teacher addressing the materials, the way the student record the materials from the teacher, the way to communicate between teachers and parents, has changed. How will the education institutions support the changes if they do not have a proper IT system? How will they have a proper IT system that aligns with their vision and mission and to support their business or even to have an IT system that become a business enabler? What they need is IT blueprint, before they start implementing the system. With IT blueprint, everything will be covered and designed based on school's vision and mission.
This research is the design of a decision support system (DSS) to determine the student as scholarship awardees of the STMIK Pelita Nusantara, Medan, Indonesia, with the approach of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with TOPSIS method. The FMADM is implemented in the system by specifying the values of the weights for each of the criteria or attributes. Whilst, TOPSIS method is used for making the final decision of the scholarship awardees. Both methods are implemented in a decision support application system that indicates the interaction between users and the software interface. The application is designed by using Visual Basic 2008. This research formulates an application in selecting the scholarship awardee using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) approach and TOPSIS method. By using this application, the result and information related to determining the student who should be granted the scholarship can be done more quickly, rightly and accurately. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menunjukkan interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi perangkat lunak yang dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Basic 2008 Visual. Kesimpulan hasil yang diperoleh dari diskusi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan dengan FMADM TOPSIS memberikan hasil perhitungan akhir nilai memerintahkan yang dapat membantu pengambil keputusan menentukan siswa layak beasiswa. Adanya sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah dirancang sehingga proses penentuan penerima beasiswa mahasiswa lebih akurat, cepat, dan akurat.
Handling of Covid-19 patients requires more medical equipment than normal conditions, increasing the amount of hazardous medical waste. The management of hazardous medical waste has many challenges; therefore, it needed a strategy to solve it using information technology. Based on a filter of 376 articles, this review adopted a Systematic Literature Review approach to evaluating the recent challenge and recommendation in the field of Hazardous Medical Waste Management amidst Covid-19. Through a four-phase workflow consisting of searching, screening, excluded, and included literature search, this study identified the most influential journals, scholars, and articles that have been influential in the domain of Hazardous Medical Waste Management. These literature review results are four challenges in Hazardous Medical Waste Management, including Regulation, Technology, Financial and Awareness. The other finding is IT application recommendations such as IoT, Big Data, DSS, AI and GIS. By providing the latest research about the challenges and recommendations in the domain of Hazardous Medical Waste Management amidst Covid-19, the paper serves as a preliminary recommendation for practitioners and researchers to link current research to future trends.
