This evaluation study discusses how information technology governance in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, conducted by the Center for Data and Information Technology ESDM as a NOC, which aims to determine the extent to which the management and use of IT in improving IT services in KESDM and recommend management policy proposals effective and efficient IT using COBIT 5 models. The data was collected by conducting interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results were adjusted to the data management domain COBIT 5 will be the capability of inter-domain evaluat assessment, judging from some of the values are the average of the current capability level 4 in the range of 0. The highest value of the capabilities found in APO, DSS and MEA that is equal to 4, while lowest value contained in the EDM by 2.
Himbauan Pemerintah untuk melakukan aktifitas dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan wajib dipatuhi oleh masyarakat untuk menghindari penyebaran wabah yang sangat cepat. Bengkulu sebagai salah satu provinsi di Indonesia menerapakan hal serupa, tetapi kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengindahkan himbau ini dengan tetap melakukan aktifitas seperti biasa, seperti berkumpul ditempat wisata salah satunya yaitu Koridor Lapangan Merdeka Bengkulu yang menjadi lokasi penelitian pada ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku masyarakat di Koridor Lapangan Merdeka Bengkulu sebagai ruang publik dalam mengahadapi masa normal baru. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif evaluatif yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang apa yang terjadi, yang merupakan kondisi nyata mengenai keterlaksanaan rencana yang memerlukan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kawasan koridor Lapangan Merdeka Bengkulu sebagai salah satu magnet wisata di Kota Bengkulu, belum siap menjalankan protokol kesehatan selama masa pandemi dan kurangnya fasilitas yang dapat digunakan untuk pencegahan penyebaran infeksi virus corona khususnya di Kota Bengkulu.
The statistical data of the Kepahiang Regency in 2018 shows that more than 90% of Kabawetan people worked in the agricultural sector as vegetable and coffee farmers. Due to the hilly morphology of the settlements, the settlement configurations should conform with the land contours. As the majority of the coffee farmers have limited land for drying the harvested coffee, portable architectural technology can then help overcome the problems with the limited house yard. This tool is used as a space for drying their coffee, especially during the rainy season. The method to transfer the portable coffee dryer design to the communities is by training them how to use the technology and introducing it with the help of props (prototypes). This introductory training was conducted for the Permata Sari farmer group in the farmer's house yard in Bukit Sari Village, Kabawetan District. The training activities included coordinating with the involved farmers, making coffee dryer designs, testing simple tools, and introducing the mobile coffee dryer technology to Permata Sari farmer group members in Bukit Sari Village, Kabawetan District Kepahiang Regency. Portable coffee dryers are urgently needed considering the contoured lands, limited space, and the frequency of rainy days in Kabawetan exceeds that of sunny days. However, this tool still requires further development, where it can be used as a sorting tool, particularly for sorting out the red pickled coffee that is dried using this tool.
Fasad telah menjadi elemen utama dalam pembentukan karakter visual dalam sebuah kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta. Namun untuk memperbaiki kualitas visual kawasan bersejarah, yang penuh dengan bangunan yang dikonservasi, merubah fasad adalah satu hal yang tidak diizinkan. Ruang publik menjadi alternatif utama dalam memperbaiki kualitas visual kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen fisik yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembentukan visual kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta Data dikumpulkan dengan dengan kuesioner terhadap 10 orang responden Dengan menggunakan uji regresi, hubungan antar variabel diuji untuk menyelediki pengaruhnya antar variabel, dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan post positivistic realistic. Hasilnya menunjukkan ruang publik yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas visual Kota Tua Jakarta adalah empat elemen dengan bentukan linier; termasuk diantaranya jalan-jalan, kali, dan jalur pedestrian; serta satu elemen berbentuk persegi (ruang bersama)
Permasalahan air limbah di Indonesia merupakan isu pencemaran lingkungan yang strategis dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, baik yang bersumber dari pemukiman penduduk maupun unit usaha perkantoran. Tingginya kandungan organik terlarut di dalam air limbah dapat menyebabkan penurunan intesitas masuknya cahaya matahari yang dibutuhkan oleh mikroorganisme fotosintetik dan berdampak pada penurunan kualitas badan air. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merencankan pembangunan unit Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) domestik di Kantor Pusat PT. Pertamina Marketing Operation Region (MOR) V Surabaya dengan menggunakan kombinasi unit biofilter aerobik dan adsorpsi karbon aktif beserta perhitungan volume bangunan dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan. Teknologi pengolahan ini dipilih karena memiliki keunggulan dalam meremoval kadar pencemar organik dengan tingkat efisiensi yang tinggi dan kebutuhan lahan yang tidak terlalu luas. Metode penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data perusahaan berupa debit pemakaian air bersih, layout kantor, data kualitas air limbah, serta informasi lain yang terkait dengan perencanaan. Hasil penelitian yang didapat berupa gambar desain (DED) unit IPAL, dimensi total bangunan pengolah seluas 34m2(P=17m dan L=2m), spesifikasi bahan yang digunakan, serta rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan kontruksi unit IPAL yaitu sebesar Rp243.136.020,00. Perencanaan ini juga ditunjang dengan panduan dalam operasional dan perawatan unit IPAL. Kata kunci: Adsorpsi karbon aktif, air limbah domestik, biofilter aerobik, desain IPAL. The purpose of this study is to plan the construction of a domestic Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) at the Head Office of PT. Pertamina Marketing Operation Region (MOR) V Surabaya using a combination of aerobic biofilter units and activated carbon adsorption along with the calculation of building volume and the required Budget Plan. This processing technology was chosen because it has advantages in renovating organic pollutant levels with a high level of efficiency and land requirements that are not too broad. The research method uses secondary data obtained from company data in the form of debit of clean water usage, office layout, waste water quality data, and other information related to planning. The results obtained in the form of design drawings (DED) of WWTP units, the total dimensions of the processing plant area of 34m2 (P = 17m and L = 2m), as well as the material specifications used, as well as the budget plan required for the construction of WWTP unit construction is Rp243. 136,020.00. Bengkulu city Pantai panjang Nature park area (TWA) includes the National Tourism Development Zone (KPPN). The existence of Pantai panjang TWA in the middle of Bengkulu City is a special attraction for tourists. This study aims to achieve the main function of the Pantai panjang TWA area that is as a public space that should provide convenience for every tourist who is visiting. This research is focused on physical elements such as road signs and information. It was realized that the Pantai Panjang TWA area did not yet provide much convenience for tourists to get appropriate directions and information. Signage and information in the Pantai Panjang TWA area are expected to be a participatory communication medium based on the location of the arrangement and the suitability of the information The research method used is descriptive qualitative, quantitative and spatial (photo mapping) methods (Creswell, 2008), and in the form of literature studies, field observations, and interviews. The proper arrangement related to the placement of the points of the location of the road signs and information (signage system), it is expected that the information provided will be conveyed to tourists visiting the Pantai Panjang TWA area.
Strategic Area Heritage Fort Malborough merupak one area that became a tourist destination which is very important in the city of Bengkulu. Within this area consists of several areas, namely Region Thomas Parr, New Market Region Koto, Region Chinatown, Fort Malborough Region and Region Tapak Padri. As the unity of a strategic area in the context of tourism and have relevance of the historical development of the city of Bengkulu, should the region - the region can provide mutual support to each other. But the current conditions, the only area of Fort Malborough and Region Tapak Padri is well developed, while the area - other areas showed the opposite. Therefore it is necessary to think of ways to Strategic Region Heritage Fort Malborough can be integrated with each other so as to provide alternative travel options and positive impact on the progress of development of the city.In this study, using a mixture of deductive deductive qualitative and quantitative. As a learning facility which has interaction inside it, a classroom should be comfort in term of visual and thermal. Visual comfort can be obtained by the presence of sunlight through opening. While thermal comfort is the air temperature that influenced by building material used. Room 21 (R.21) of Gedung Kuliah Bersama V (GB V) Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB) is a classroom that mostly used by Architecture Student for receiving lecture from morning until afternoon. To identify the visual and thermal comfort of R.21, computer simulations with Ecotect program was did to get the room lighting and temperature condition in level 60cm above the floor. The result shows that natural light in R.21 GB V UNIB is comfortable enough with 630 lux of average daylight levels. While the temperature in R.21 GB V UNIB is still not comfortable because the average mean radiant temperature is 26,6°C. Visual comfort obtained along with high temperature because R.21 GB V UNIB is located at the corner of the building that have glass window in the east and north of the room.
