Latar Belakang Di Indonesia, sampah domestik Indonesia, jenis sampah plastik menduduki peringkat kedua sebesar 5.4 juta ton per tahun atau 14 persen dari total produksi sampah. Tujuan kegiatan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai bahan yang ramah lingkungan dan jenis jenis plastik yang susah terurai serta mengedukasi masyarakat tentang resiko kesehatan saat membakar sampah. Metode Pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan berupa ceramah tentang mengurangi pengunaan plastik sekali pakai dan resiko memakar sampah dekat dengan empat tinggal. Media yang digunakan adalah leaflet yang dibagikan ke rumah warga dan spanduk atau poster. Total peserta sebanyak 30 Kepala Keluarga yang berdomisili di RT 01 RT 02 RW 06 Kelurahan Binawidya Kecamatan Tampan. Hasil Sebanyak 40% (12 KK) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang resiko membakar sampah dan menerapkan tidak menggunakan plastik sekali pakai dan terdapat 60% (18 KK) yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik tentang resiko membakar sampah. Ada 20 KK (66,6%) dan yang tidak mendukung penerapan tidak menggunakan plasttik sekali pakai dan tidak membakar sampah sebanyak 10 KK (33,3%) dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan tuntutan masyarakat akan prasarana Tempat Pembuangan Sampah dan pengangkut sampah. Kesimpulan kegiatan penyuluhan ini dinilai efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran warga tentang pengurangan pengguanaan sampah plastik serta dampak pembakaran sampah

Latar belakang: Sanitasi pada makanan merupakan upaya untuk mengamankan dan menyelamatkan agar makanan tetap bersih, aman dan sehat. Masih ditemukan pedagang makanan yang belum memenuhi standar hygienitas terutama pada makanan jajanan anak di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan hygiene dan sanitasi pedagang makanan dilihat dari pengetahuan, personal hygiene, kebersihan peralatan, cara penyajian dan lingkungan.Metode: Jenis penelitian observasional, desain cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel berjumlah 35 pedagang makanan pada sebelas SD di Kota Pekanbaru dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian dimulai bulan Juni-Agustus 2019. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.Hasil: Masih terdapat 18 orang (51,4%) hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dengan kategori rendah (<700). Ada hubungan signifikan antara personal hygiene, pengetahuan, kebersihan peralatan, cara penyajian dan lingkungan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dengan ρ-value ≤ 0,05 dan nilai POR> 1. Sedangkan untuk kebersihan peralatan merupakan faktor dominan dengan POR = 8,400 (1,829-38,568).Simpulan: Kelima variabel yang diteliti berhubungan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dan merupakan faktor risiko. Perlu koordinasi. peran aktif dan pengawasan pihak sekolah bersama pemerintah dalam penerapan standar kebersihan, keamanan dan makanan sehat bagi siswa SD di Kota Pekanbaru. ABSTRACT Title: Hygiene and Sanitation of Snack Traders for Elementary School Students in Pekanbaru, RiauBackground: Food sanitation is an effort to secure and save food to keep it clean, and healthy. But there are still food traders who do not use hygiene standards, especially in snacks in elementary schools. The study aimed to describe the correlation between hygiene and sanitation of food vendors seen from the knowledge, personal hygiene, equipment cleanliness, sanitary presentation, and the environment.Method: It was observational with a cross-sectional design. The sample selection consisted of 35 food traders at eleven elementary schools in Pekanbaru with purposive Sampling. The study was conducted for three months (June-August). The research instrument used a structured questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate and bivariate  analysis with chi-square test at 95% Confidence Interval.Result: There are still have  18 (51.4%) traders whose food hygiene and sanitation are in a low category (Standart <700). There was a significant correlation between, personal hygiene, knowledge, equipment cleanliness, sanitary presentation, and the environment with food hygiene and sanitation with p-value < 0.05 and POR > 1. Meanwhile, equipment hygiene was the dominant factor with POR = 8,400 (1,829-38,568 ).Conclusion: The five variables studied were related to food hygiene and sanitation as a risk factors. Need coordination. the active role and supervision of the school committee together with the government in implementing hygiene, safety, and healthy food standards for elementary school students in Pekanbaru.

Latar Belakang Sunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan tinggi badan. Prevalensi stunting di Provinsi Riau berdasarkan Survei Status Gizi Balita Indonesia pada tahun 2019 yaitu 23,7% (standar WHO < 20%). Pemicu stunting ini multifaktor yang diawali mulai dari kehamilan sampai 2 tahun usia balita. Perlu upaya pencegahan untuk mengurangi prevalensi stunting tersebut. Tujuan, Untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan masa kehamilan melalui leafleat dan banner pada ibu hamil. Metode, Edukasi kesehatan pada ibu hamil berupa penyuluhan dan media edukasi kesehatan berupa leaflet dan banner. Kegiatan ini diberikan kepada ibu hamil di wilayah kelurahan Rejosari berjumlah 18 orang. Pemahaman materi tentang “Cegah Stunting pada masa kehamilan” yang diberikan focus pada empat materi edukasi antara lain: Tablet Tambah Darah, Pertolongan Persalinan dengan tenaga kesehatan, Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD), dan ASI Ekslusif. Indikator pengukuran menggunakan kuisioner pre dan post-test. Hasil. Nilai pre-test, pengetahuan rendah 54,2% dan pengetahuan tinggi 45,8%, setelah dilakukan post-test, nilai pengetahun rendah 26,4% dan pengetahuan tinggi 73,6%. Kesimpulan. Kegiatan edukasi kesehatan menggunakan media leaflet dan banner ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil cara pencegahan stunting dimasa kehamilan sebesar 27,8%. Saran. Perlu pemantauan berkala oleh bidan coordinator wilayah Puskesmas Rejosari yang berfokus pada pemberian 90 butir TTD, Persalinan dengan tenaga kesehatan, IMD dan ASI Ekslusif

The very rapid development of technology creates many technological products, especially in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The development of ICT in the world is increasingly widespread, where the use of ICT is not limited to the trade sector, but in other fields, such as government. The Clinical Management Information System is a form of technological development aimed at clinics in order to manage clinical management data in an integrated electronic reporting information system. To make it happen, a system was created that could manage patient medical record data so as not to wait long. The system also contains drug data, doctor data, employee data, action data and cashier bills. The method used in the development of this system is the waterfall method. It is hoped that the construction of this system can help facilitate clinical service staff in patient data, drug data, doctor data, employee data, action data and cashier bills.

Keselamatan pasien merupakan prioritas dalam aspek pelayanan di rumah sakit. Upaya penyelenggaraannya diharapkan meminimalkan risiko Kejadian Tidak Diinginkan (KTD). Komite Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit (KKP-RS) adalah wadah yang berinisitif mengajak semua stakeholder untuk memperhatikan keselamatan pasien. Karakteristik efektivitas kinerja tim harus memiliki prinsip leadership. Berbagai penelitian tentang patient safety teamwork ini terus dilakukan dan hasilnya komunikasi juga merupakan salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kinerja teamwork. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kepemimpinan dan komunikasi kinerja tim KP-RS di RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, Riau. Jenis penelitian ini observasional, deskriptif menggunakan mixed methods dengan rancangan sequensial eksploratory. Wawancara mendalam dan observasi digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dan perilaku yang menggambarkan efektivitas kepemimpinan dan komunikasi pada tim KP-RS. Kemudian dilakukan survei pada 20 informan  untuk mengelompokkan persepsi efektivitas kedua aspek tersebut kedalam level kompetensi YAKKUM. Pengolahan data kualitatif menggunakan open code 3.6 dan data kuantitatif dengan distribusi frekuensi. Subjek penelitian adalah keseluruhan anggota tim. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan dari 42 kasus laporan insiden, terjadi 45.22%  medication error, 2.38% mengakibatkan kematian dan 50% kasus tidak dilakukan analisis. Tidak ada laporan internal dan eksternal yang dilakukan oleh tim KP-RS. Evaluasi efektivitas kepemimpinan dan komunikasi masih berada pada level 2 dan 3. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah bahwa evaluasi efektivitas kepemimpinan dan komunikasi pada tim ini belum optimal. Fungsi, perilaku dan gaya kepemimpinan di tim KP-RS adalah passive leadership. Ronde Keselamatan Pasien (RKP), The SBAR Tools, reward and punistment adalah program yang direkomendasikan pada penelitian ini.

Purpose: Maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still relatively high, at 305 per 100.000 live births (2015). Routine visit to antenatal care is the best way to reduce MMR. Inspite of this, the number of antenatal care visits among pregnant women is still low. This study aimed to measure the influence of behavioral ecological factors with the compliance of pregnant women to visit antenatal care. Patients and Methods: Study population was pregnant women living in Dumai City, Indonesia. This study was a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional. We used the cluster system to select participants. A total of 369 subjects participated with a gestation age between >12 until 40 weeks. The data were collected by face-to-face interviews using validated questioners. The analysis was done by bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test. Multivariate using multiple linear regression. Results: This study showed that factors of the ecological model of behavior were related to antenatal care compliance (p value<0.05) with a coefficient correlation (0.330-0.569). Multivariate analysis showed that all variables associated significantly (adjusted R 2 ; 0.104-0.311). Five variables were dominant; knowledge, cultural beliefs, family support, friend support, and health facilities with adjusted R 2 = 0.518. Conclusion: Five factors in an ecological model of behavior, such as knowledge, cultural beliefs, family support, friend support, and health facilities, proportion (51,8%) of contributing to antenatal care compliance. We recommend a health district program to make services more accessible to pregnant women. Health education programs need to increase the knowledge of pregnant women and families to provide support in antenatal care compliance. Local governments shall improve antenatal care quality by mapping, planning, and evaluating this program.

(BLUD) of the public health center in Pekanbaru City is Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 18 of 2017 concerning Systems and Procedures for Financial Management of BLUD public health centers in Pekanbaru City which was updated by Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 187 of 2020 concerning Governance Patterns for Technical Implementation Units of Pekanbaru City Public Health Centers as Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). There are 21 public health centers FKTP) under the supervision of the Pekanbaru City Health Office (. The purpose of implementing the Financial Management Pattern (PPK) of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Pekanbaru City Public Health Center is to improve health services for the community based on the principles of efficiency and productivity without prioritizing profit-seeking. The role of the Health Office is very important in supervising puskesmas in the BLUD Financial Management Pattern (PPK). To evaluate the implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is qualitative with 5 main informants namely the head of the puskesmas and 2 supporting informants from the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The triangulation used is the triangulation of sources, methods and data. Results of the regulation on the management of BLUD at the puskesmas referring to Permendagri No. 79 of 2018 and Perwako No. 187 of 2020. Dissemination of Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) policies has been carried out but not routinely. There are constraints in terms of quantity and quality of human resources involved in the Financial Management Pattern (PPK) of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD). Adequate facilities and infrastructure, only management funds are not optimal. The majority of puskesmas do not have problems in the planning process, as evidenced by the fact that there are already documents for planning activities from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) in each community health center. The implementation of the activities of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) has not run optimally according to regulations. The function and role of supervision has not been well coordinated between the health office, the inspectorate, the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). Suggestion: optimizing the roles, functions and duties of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) and the Inspectorate in the supervisory function and evaluating improvements for the activities of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Pekanbaru City public health center.
