Antenatal care is crucial for the survival of both the mother and fetus during pregnancy and childbirth. ANC services consist of observation, education, and treatment for pregnant women. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that affect maternal compliance with Antenatal Care Visits at the Eka Sriwahyuni Clinic in Medan. The research design is analytical observation. The study population comprised of 17 pregnant women who attended Posyandu Klinik Eka Sriwahyuni Medan. The sample was selected using total sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi Square test (p value <0.05). The study found that 64.7% of respondents had sufficient knowledge, 70.6% had attitudes in the sufficient category, and 52.9% had husband support in the sufficient and partial categories. Additionally, 64.7% of respondents had good compliance with visits. The chi-square test results indicate a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and husband's support factors and compliance with Antenatal Care Visits at the Eka Sriwahyuni Clinic in Medan. To further explore factors that may influence ANC visit compliance, future researchers should consider economic factors and distance from health facilities. This research involved visiting respondents individually, which may have been less effective.

Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of different anemic grades in patients to give better treatment and to improve quality of life of patients. Material and Methods: This retrospective study was conducted to analyze the immensity of Deficiency of Iron Anemia in DHQ Hospital Faisalabad, and the duration of this study was from February 2021 to January 2022 to evaluate the prevalence and different stages of anemic patients. Two hundred patients were included in this study who met all the criteria needed to this study. In this study we examined blood tests, CBC reports of all patients in the laboratory. Moreover, including detailed patient’s history, previous diseases, current diseases, anemia history in family, gynecological history of women were examined. Results: In all two hundred anemic patients, we found one hundred and seventy (85%) patients had deficiency of iron and 30 (15%) patients had inadequacy of non-iron (lack of other minerals) anemia. Most of the patients (58.8%) who had less volume of iron were aged of 21 to 32 Years. On basis of serum ferritin level (SFL), We observed the intensity of deficiency of iron and classify into modest, mildest and acute groups. We found 120 (70.6%) patients had modest IDA (iron deficiency anemia), 20 (11.8%) patients had acute and rest (17.6%) had mildest deficiency of iron anemia. In 160 IDA patient’s women were 95 (55.9%), 40 (23.5%) were men > 19 years and 35 (20.6%) were growing children had an aged < 14 years. Practical implication: This study was conducted to evaluate the frequency of IDA to maintain a better treatment and to reduce the death ratio and to improve quality of life of patients affected by anemia. Conclusion: In this study, we observed deficiency of iron is the most frequent cause in patients of anemia, especially in females. The implementation of the pregnant women class in Aceh Besar Regency has been carried out since 2020 with a target of 11,492 pregnant women. From observations, it is known that most pregnant women are less obedient in attending maternity classes. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the compliance of pregnant women in participating in the class program for pregnant women in Aceh Besar district. This type of research uses observational cross-sectional design. The population of this study included classes of pregnant women at Indrapuri Health Center, Kuta Baro Health Center, and Darul Imarah Health Center, the sample in this study amounted to 180 pregnant women. The study found that the R-square value for service satisfaction was 0.694 and that internal and external factors could affect the compliance variables of pregnant women by 69.4%, with the remaining 30.6% influenced by other factors. Additionally, the implementation of the pregnant women class program was found to have an R-square value of 0.667, indicating that internal and external factors could affect it by 66.7%, with the remaining 33.3% influenced by other factors. The study also identified external factors, specifically knowledge, as the primary influencing factor on the implementation of the pregnant women class program, with a calculated value of 35,768 > table 1,624. Internal factors (age, income, motivation, and parity) and external factors (knowledge, attitudes, family support, and mileage) influence the compliance of pregnant women and the implementation of classes for pregnant women in Aceh Besar District.
