Abstract: Keselamatan pasien merupakan prioritas dalam aspek pelayanan di rumah sakit. Upaya penyelenggaraannya diharapkan meminimalkan risiko Kejadian Tidak Diinginkan (KTD). Komite Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit (KKP-RS) adalah wadah yang berinisitif mengajak semua stakeholder untuk memperhatikan keselamatan pasien.
