The purpose of this research is to increase performance athletes bolavoli and that basketball with the methods exercise plyometric front cone hops and plyometric counter movement jump. Thirty students who elected in accordance criteria will be conducted pretest to determine division of a group plyometric front cone hops, plyometric counter movement jump or the control group. Back leg dynamometer to measure the muscle power limbs and jump md to measure the power limb muscles.Will be given exercise for 6 weeks to masing-masing groups and treatment 3 times a week. Test results paired sample t-test show a method of exercise plyometric front cone hops significant influence on the variables of strength and power limb muscles, group plyometric counter movement jump significant influence on the variables of power limb muscles. It can be concluded that of the exercise plyometric front cone hops and plyometric counter movement jump more effective for the two components of the physical condition of strength and power limb muscles.
This research aims to prove: 1) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness with movement coordination learning ability, 2) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness with fatigue level, and 3) relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and fatigue level on learning ability of movement coordination. Samples were 30 students of Department of Sport Education determined by purposive sampling technique. To conduct the correlational research, the instruments included a Cardiorespiratory fitness measured by using Fitmate version 2.2, Wellness Technology a Division of Cosmed, also equipped with other supporting devices such as treadmills. Level of fatigue was measured by using the heart rate monitor of Polar brand and Stopwatch (BT Butterfly 60 Japan) while movement coordination learning ability measured by using Drawing Mirror Tracer Test. Using multiple regression analysis, it is concluded that: firstly, there is significant relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and learning ability of movement coordination. Secondly, there is significant relationship between the level of fatigue and the learning ability of movement coordination. Thirdly, there is significant relationship between cardio respiratory fitness and level of fatigue in the learning ability of movement coordination.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan: 1) hubungan antara kebugaran kardiorespirasi terhadap kemampuan belajar koordinasi gerak, 2) hubungan antara tingkat kelelahan terhadap kemampuan belajar koordinasi gerak, dan 3) hubungan antara kebugaran kardiorespirasi dan tingkat kelelahan terhadap kemampuan belajar koordinasi gerak. Sampel adalah 30 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk melaksanakan penelitian korelasional ini, instrumen yang digunakan antara lain: Kebugaran kardiorespirasi diukur dengan menggunakan Fitmate version 2.2, Wellness Technology a Division of Cosmed, juga dilengkapi alat pendukung lainnya seperti treadmill. Tingkat kelelahan, diukur dengan menggunakan heart rate monitor merek Polar dan Stop watch (Butterfly BT 60 Japan) sedangkan kemampuan belajar koordinasi gerak diukur dengan menggunakan Drawing Mirror Tracer Test. Dengan analisis regresi berganda, disimpulkan bahwa: pertama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebugaran kardiorespirasi terhadap kemampuan belajar koordinasi gerak. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kelelahan terhadap kemampuan belajar koordinasi gerak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan performa fisik otot lengan siswa ekstrakulikuler putra SMAN 2 Lamongan yang memiliki kelemahan saat dilakukan evaluasi fisik. Empat puluh siswa sehat dengan melihat status gizi melalui indeks masa tubuh (IMT) dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria dan dilakukan pretest dan pemeringkatan sehingga masuk dalam pengelompokan traditional push up, plyometric push up, incline push up dan kelompok kontrol. Push up 30 detik, push up 60 detik dan medicine ball test digunakan untuk mengukur peningkatan kinerja. Ketiga kelompok berpartisipasi dalam penelitian tiga hari dalam seminggu selama enam minggu dan menyelesaikan 18 sesi pelatihan, pada frekuensi 3 sesi per minggu. Hasil uji paired sample t-test dalam kelompok traditional push up menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan daya tahan, kelompok plyometric push up menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan power, dan kelompok incline push up menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel kekuatan dan daya tahan. AbstrakLatihan plyometric merupakan bentuk latihan yang cukup beraneka ragam. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya menggunkan tiga bentuk latihan yaitu jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power otot tungkai.Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut yang mengikuti ektrakurikuler degan jumlah subjek 40 siswa berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Rencana penelitian ini menggunakan matching-only design dan dianalisis menggunakan Anova. Proses pengambilan data kekuatan otot tungkai menggunakan leg dynamo meter dan power otot tungkai menggunakan jump MD pada saat pre test dan post test. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh latihan jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power otot tungkai. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan jump to box, depth jump dan single-leg depth jump sangat efisien untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan power tungkai. In this research, the researcher only uses three kinds of exercisejump to box, depth jump and single-leg depth jump. This research aims to analyze the influence of jump to box, depth jump and single-leg depth jump towards enhancement of limbs muscle strength and power. Subject of this research is 40 students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut who join extracuricular, all of them are boy. This is quantitative semi experimental research which use matching-only design to clasify the group and Anova to analyze the data. It can be concluded that plyometric exercise using box jump is very efficient to enhance the leg muscle performance.
The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of hurdle box drill with the stick, jump and speed hurdle lateral, and lateral hurdle jump exercises on agility, speed, strength, and explosive power of leg muscles. The sample group of the study consisted of 33 students who participated in badminton FIO UNESA. The methodology used was quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. The result showed that group I had enhancement on the muscular strength of the limbs for 2.89, speed for −0.003, agility 0.1 and leg muscle explosive power for 1.42. Group II had the strength of the lower limbs for −1.04, speed 0.09, agility −0.19 and leg muscle explosive power 0.85 and group III had limbs muscle strength increased for 0.43, speed 1.18, agility 0.36 and leg muscle explosive power 0.71. Therefore, it can be concluded that these three exercises affected the agility, speed, strength and explosive power of leg muscle.
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effects of using unilateral and bilateral circuit training with ladder drills and plyometric cones on the speed, agility, reaction, and balance abilities of elementary school students. The subjects of this study were 28 students in grade 5 of SDN Bawakaraeng II Makassar City, male, aged 10-11 years. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The results of ordinal pairing were divided into 4 groups. This study found that after the training, students who received the training of unilateral and bilateral circuit latter drills showed significantly increased on agility by 3.1 seconds and 2.4 seconds respectively. The balance also showed substantially rising by 8.9 and 6.6 seconds, with p value <0.005. For groups with unilateral and bilateral plyometric cones showed that after the training there was a remarkable increase in agility by 3.7 and 2.9 seconds respectively, with p value <0.005. In addition, balance also showed a significant improvement by 10 and 7.1 seconds with p-value <0.005. To conclude, this study found that unilateral and bilateral circuit training with ladder drills and plyometric cones significantly increased agility and balance abilities on children.
