Povzetek Trajnostni razvoj je eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov razvoja v zadnjih tridesetih letih na gospodarskem, družbenem in okoljskem področju. V tej raziskavi smo se osredotočili na družbeni vidik trajnostnega razvoja, ki ga obravnava tudi četrti cilj: kakovostno izobraževanje v okviru Združenih narodov. Rezultati ankete pri 203 dijakih so pokazali, da imajo dijaki občutek nizkega znanja o trajnostnem razvoju, saj so se samoocenili s povprečno oceno 2,36 (od maks. 5) in s standardnim odklonom 0,72. Pri pomembnosti trajnostnega razvoja v družbi so dijaki ocenjevali boljše, povprečna ocena je bila 3,78, standardni odklon pa 0,80. Korelacijska analiza kaže na srednjo šibko povezanost med spremenljivkama ocene lastnega znanja in pomembnostjo trajnostnega razvoja. Definicija trajnostnega razvoja ni popolnoma razumljiva pri 48 % dijakov, saj na vprašanje niso odgovorili ali pa so odgovorili napačno. Četrtina (25 %) anketiranih dijakov razume trajnostni razvoj z vidika varovanja okolja, družbeni vidik so prepoznali v 7 %, ekonomski pa le v 2 %. Pri pridobivanju znanja na tem področju so v ospredju mediji in socialna omrežja.

Background: The study of the futsal coach competency evaluation instrument was done because there was no any existed instrument used to measure the futsal coach competence. Objective: This research aims to determine the validity and reliability of the futsal coach competency evaluation instrument. Method: the validation and reliability instruments were determined using three quantitative methods in the main phases or steps, which are expertly judged (content validation), theory test (logical validation) and data test (construct validation). The research was done by distributing questionnaires via a google form. Result: The instrument validity data is based on the average score of the research subjects assessment. Media experts scored 90.71%, 89.5% and 93.3% in 3 aspects. While material experts scored 87.69%, 85.38%, and 96.15% in 5 aspects. The KMO and MSA factors analysis test covers four competencies results: personality 0.893, social 0.884, intellectual 0.886 coachings 0.782. The instrument is valid based on the value range of 0.517-0.954. The instrument’s reliability, divided into four competencies, is reliable because the Cronbach alpha score is higher than 0.7. Conclusion: The findings of this study brings a new insight that the coach’s competence needs to be measured using appropriate, valid and reliable instruments. The results in this study are a competency evaluation instrument consisted of 4 competencies (personality, social, intellectual and coaching). This research will certainly provide a positive point to evaluate the competencies owned by futsal coaches.

The paper discusses the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the first-year students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, the University of Maribor. We focus on the perception of stress among the students who took a calculus basics course in the academic years 2020/21 and 2021/22. The data were collected using an anonymous online questionnaire and was analysed using a t-test of independent samples. The results show that there are not many differences between the two generations and between the males and females, but some differences are highlighted. We have noticed that the students are concerned with the well-being of their families and loved ones, while their financial well-being is not a bigger worry than before the COVID-19 pandemic. Observed differences in the minor feelings of discomfort such as stress, social isolation, etc., are expected. Still, it is also indicated that the students have become more resilient with the length of the situation and the predictions of the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.
