Dietary intervention, particularly legumes consumption, plays a significant role in promoting health status in diabetes mellitus management. As poorly known legumes, Dolichos lablab (DL) is possibly to be one of the dietary options for diabetes intervention. However, the predictive or precise mechanism of DL’s anti-diabetic activity remains inconclusive. This study aimed to determine the nutritional and phytochemical content in addition to anti-diabetic properties of DL. Total protein, crude fat, crude fibers, and gross energy were evaluated, while anti-diabetic properties were predicted using molecular docking according to identified compound from Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (LC-HRMS) analysis. Screened compound from molecular docking then passed to physicochemical properties and bioactivity prediction using Swiss-ADME and molinspiration, separately. The result showed that DL has high protein fiber and gross energy content with a lower fat percentage. Additionally, DL has numerous phenolic acid and flavonoid compounds according to LC-HRMS analysis. From the docking analysis, fourteen compounds have substantial probability to give the beneficial effect of glucose metabolism regulator and insulin signaling repairers through inhibition of ɑ-amylase, DPP4, and PTP1B. Finally, from the physicochemical properties and bioactivity estimations, 19-Norandrostenedione, 19-Nortestosterone, Icariside B1, Ilicic Acid, and Psilostachyin B have excellent pharmacokinetic properties along with considerable biological activity as enzyme inhibitors and nuclear receptor ligands. In conclusion, nutritional evaluation and molecular docking analysis revealed that DL might serve as a suitable dietary intervention for diabetes mellitus management.

Dengan gerakan-gerakan<br />Brain Gym dapat diambil potensi belajar yang terpendam di dalam tubuh melalui pengangktifan dan<br />memaksimalkan kedua fungsi belahan otak sehingga terintegrasi dan bekerja dengan baik. Penerapan<br />Brain Gym dalam pembelajaran di kelas dapat dilakukan pada saat sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung<br />atau tahapan pendahuluan, selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung atau tahapan kegiatan inti, dan<br />setelah pembelajaran diberikan atau tahapan penutup. Dengan Brain Gym diharapkan hasil belajar<br />siswa (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor) akan menjadi meningkat.</p>

Online learning was chosen as the main alternative in implementing learn from home during a pandemic. There are many media that can be used in online learning such as learning videos. Learning videos are a medium for early childhood when they learn from home. Learning videos have components that make it easier for children to learn. Therefore, early childhood education (PAUD) teachers independently should be able to develop learning media. Thus, they can keep assisting students in learning both direct or long distance. This program aims to improve the skills of creative learning videos develop for PAUD teachers. This program collaborates with 3 institutions: PAUD Rumah Balita Pintar, TK Rumah Balita Pintar, and PAUD Setia Bunda in Tanjung Bintang. The program consists of introducing learning videos, training on video applications, and assisting in developing creative learning videos for early childhood. Hopefully with this activity PAUD teachers in Tanjung Bintang are able to developing creative learning videos for early childhood.
Studying the liver as an excretory organ is still a problem for students. The availability of learning media that can represent learning is urgently required. This study aims to develop and analyze the feasibility and practicality of Android-based flash learning media on the liver as an excretory organ for eighth-grade students. This Research and Development (R&D) uses the Borg and Gall model with a limit of up to stage seven. The results of expert validation show that learning media is included in the "very feasible" category according to media experts and material experts, with the percentage order of 86% and 95%. The media practicality by the teacher's response showed that media was categorized as very practical (94%). Then, student response toward the media was reached 85% and categorized as practical. The test of the effectiveness of learning media on critical thinking skills showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. The results of this study need to be continued at the next R&D stage to get the feasible product.
