Purpose of the study: This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation model of technology-based entrepreneurship education in Higher Education with business incubators. Methodology: This qualitative research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta as an entrepreneurial-based University Studied documents and obtain data about the implementation of the Business Incubator in entrepreneurship education in Higher Education. The data collection method used were surveys and interviews, reviewing data and documents on the development of business incubators, as well as following the Development of lecturers’ shared perceptions in teaching and developing entrepreneurship through lesson plan development meetings, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Main Findings: The University establishes a policy of developing digital entrepreneurship with performance indicators that are the target of shared performance, it requires business incubator facilities, financing, cooperation program assistance, expert facilitators, as well as providing opportunities for start-up businesses to develop. The curriculum is developed and evaluated with the mastery of digital technology mastery, big data. The Career Development Center functions as a support facility and development cooperation with sponsors. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes to the existing literature related to the development of technology-based entrepreneurship learning in tertiary institutions. Start-up student’s business is growing rapidly, designing online-based businesses while in college. This research found the role of universities in entrepreneurship education policies, faculties, and study programs in developing student’s competencies and learning services, as well as providing broad services to students in entrepreneurial practice through business incubators.

This study aims to describe how the educational level of investors influences their understanding of financial literacy and its effect on investment decision making in capital markets. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted from 7 January to 7 February 2020, by distributing questionnaires to investors who were members of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 108 investors. The research findings show that the level of investor knowledge regarding financial literacy is high. There is a significant correlation between the investor education level and their understanding of financial literacy, thus influencing investors in the financial decisions they make. It can be concluded that, for investment decision making in capital markets, knowledge of financial literacy is necessary. Therefore, to increase investor understanding of various levels of education on financial literacy in the capital market, education, and training on financial literacy as sustainable capital is required.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk USU Medan. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory type of research. The sample were 120 respondents and processed statistically using simple linear regression method. The results show that service quality positively has a significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings indicate that good service quality will encourage the interest of customers to conduct transactions continuously and repeatedly in the present and future in a bank.

This study aims to develop a proposition about the importance of incorporating financial literacy education into the curriculum and financial literacy education development model in the 4.0 revolution era through a theoretical approach. This paper elaborates some of the findings from previous researchers as reference findings and explores financial literacy theory. Qualitative research methods with literature studies conducted to obtain a research reference models to explaining the importance of financial literacy in the school curriculum and a development model in accordance with the 4.0 revolution era. This study also provides support for the financial literacy education must be implemented as early as possible through financial education, formal education and non-formal education and there needs to be full support from the government. Financial literacy education in several countries has been included in the curriculum. The results of the study provide recommendations that research needs to be developed on the development of models, strategies and designs for financial literacy education to determine the validity and effectiveness of financial education, so that financial literacy education can increase knowledge, the ability of students to manage their finances and students can behave wisely.

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko kredit dan risiko likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada bank konvensional di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan desain  explanatory. Populasi penelitian adalah 42 bank konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas secara bersama-sama dipengaruhi oleh risiko kredit dan risiko likuiditas sedangkan secara parsial variabel risiko kredit berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan variabel risiko likuiditas tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.   Kata kunci : Risiko kredit, Risiko Likuiditas, Profitabilitas.
