The main purpose of this study is to develop a sustainable healthcare supply chain performance measurement (SHSCPM) model, which simultaneously considers intangible characteristics and sustainability aspects to ensure customer and/or stakeholder satisfaction. This model combines a balanced scorecard (BSC) with a decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and analytical network process (ANP). After the arrangement and classification of perspectives and indicators from a literature review, the strategy map of the BSC is designed with DEMATEL. Furthermore, this study used a survey with in-depth interviews of seven expert respondents to make a pair-wise comparison between perspectives and indicators in order to determine the weights of indicators, perspectives, and sustainability aspects on ANP. The study finds the following. First, the innovation and learning perspective that reflects intangible assets has the most influence on the others but is not important, while the customer perspective has the most importance for SHSC performance. Second, the economic aspect has the greatest weight, followed by social and environmental aspects. Finally, indicators of the financial and customer perspectives as drivers of SHSC performance consist of profit, quality of service, revenue, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder satisfaction. Further, indicators of the economic aspect of sustainability have the most effect on SHSC performance, followed by social and environmental aspects. Furthermore, human resources, as an intangible asset and key factor in social aspects, are main factor in improving SHSC performance.
This study examined the role of childhood adversity experiences, psychological distress and resilience on depressive symptoms. The sample consisted of 443 Indonesian university students. Participants' age range from 17 to 21 (M = 18.60, SD = 0.61). Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Questionnaire, General Health Questionnaire-12 (GHQ-12), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) were used to guide data collection. Path analysis results revealed the direct relationship between the childhood traumas with depressive symptoms and, had no direct relationship on resilience. In addition, resilience partially mediates the relationship between adolescents' psychological distress and depressive symptoms but not to childhood trauma and depressive symptoms. These results indicate the importance of the influence of resilience and the importance of the development of university based programs aimed to promote resilience among Indonesian university students. This study aims to develop the interactive e-book multimedia model to improve the students' critical thinking ability (KBK). Critical thinking is very important to develop because it provides a high level of reasoning thinking that provides permanent experience to students through conscious and controlled decision making in a rational, reflective, responsible manner with the optimization of potential. Flash-based e-book media is capable of interactively loading videos, pictures, practice questions and learning with directed directions from the teacher. The research method developed is research and development. The output products are learning plan, KBK evaluation question, flash-based interactive e-book multimedia, and quasi experiment to see media effectiveness to KBK. The results showed that ebook multimedia is able to significantly increase the KBK of high school students in economic learning.
This research was aimed to examine the most effective learning model for Pranatacara (Master of Ceremony) course. By having effective learning, the students can master the skills at being a professional Pranatacara. The study used the experimental method with the pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. Four parallel classes were given learning treatments each with modeling, mind mapping, e-learning, and hybrid learning. The data of the practice test were analyzed by the one-way Anova. The result indicates that there is a significant difference among the learning models. The hybrid learning can be considered as the most effective model to increase the total score, with the effectiveness of 11.58%; followed by modeling (5.58%); e-learning (4.10%); and mind mapping (3.54%) respectively. The hybrid learning was found as the most effective to improve the fluency score, i.e. 14.23%; followed by mind mapping (8.31%); modeling (4.74%) and e-learning (4.00%) respectively. Moreover, there was a significant difference in the effectiveness of vocal exercise. The highest increase in vocal score was through hybrid learning, with 10.85%; followed by modeling (10.09%); e-learning (4.39); and mind mappling (2.88%). Therefore, hybrid learning was declared as the most effective for learning Pranatacara courses and on the contraty, the e-learning was found as the most ineffective.
