This study is back grounded by importance of ecoliteracy for each individual in the effort to embody sustainable community. One of comprehensive efforts to build ecoliteracy in community since early is through Adiwiyata Program. Based on this, this study is aimed to find out how the effectiveness of Adiwiyata Program in the effort to build students' ecoliteracy in Banda Aceh. The method which is used is survey. The study is conducted in ten schools, with respondents are principal/vice principal, teachers, administrative staff and students. Data analysis is done descriptively toward independent variable and dependent variable and hypothesis test use non parametric statistic test. The result of study showed that there is positive and significant influence of school policy, curriculum implementation, school culture and school infrastructure management toward students' ecoliteracy. The findings of study is the more effective four components of Adiwiyata is implemented, the higher of students' ecoliteracy. Therefore, four components of Adiwiyata should be implemented maximally in each school, among other by strengthening Adiwiyata school team. This research aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of digital literacy, economic literacy, and entrepreneurial skills on the performance of small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in garment clusters in the Bulak tourism industry Depok. Carrying out quantitative research with survey methods, data collection is using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, via saturation sampling. This research data analysis uses SPSS software version 25.0. Path analysis is used to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed digital literacy, economic literacy, and entrepreneurial skills significantly and positively affect the performance of small-and medium-sized enterprises. The main finding in this study is that digital literacy has the greatest influence on the performance of SME entrepreneurs, both directly and indirectly. The results of the study provide input on performance development strategies for SME entrepreneurs through digital literacy, including digital business relationships, online facilities, and networks. The findings are also complementary to the factors shaping the performance of SME entrepreneurs in the digital age. The research results show that digital literacy has the greatest direct and indirect influence on the performance of SME entrepreneurs; this shows the essential contribution of digital literacy in developing business and marketing networks.
Writing a dissertation is one of the requirements every postgraduate student has to accomplish in completing his/her doctorate program; and it is written based on research. This study addresses the problem concerning the pattern of weaknesses in the students' research, particularly related to the use of research and statistical methods. Its objectives are to explore the weakness pattern of their research method and statistical data processing and analyze various causes of the pattern. The study is focused on the dissertations written by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia's School of Postgraduate Studies' students that used a quantitative approach based on the review undertaken by the school's commission from academic year 2012/2013 to 2013/2014. The study employed a qualitative approach and data analysis was done by using logical analysis of the review results. Findings of the study indicate there are various weaknesses in the students' dissertations, particularly related to the way of thinking and inappropriate use of research method and statistical method. Inappropriate population, bias sampling technique, and inappropriate data analysis process and hypothesis testing are also found in the dissertations.
The main problem of this study is the lack of ability to think kriis Elementary School fifth grade students in the learning of Social Sciences. This study uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods. The study population was the fifth-grade elementary school students in District Ciparay Bandung regency. The sample consisted of 51 students divided into 25 students in the class IV-A as an experimental group and 26 students in the class IV-B as the control group. Instruments used comprises a written test regarding social issues. Quantitative analysis is performed against the average pretest and post test critical thinking skills by using the t-test and Mann Whitney test. The results showed that the differences are critical thinking skills in students using problem-based learning model at initial measurement (pre-test) and the final measurement (post-test). encourage the student can solve his problems with critical thinking, there are no differences in the ability of critical thinking in students who use conventional learning model at initial measurement (pre-test) and the final measurement (post-test), there is an increased critical thinking skill in students whose learning using model-based the problem is higher than students whose learning using conventional learning.
Problems of organizational citizenship behavior among academics, especially lecturers, are something relevant in the study of the quality of an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in organizational citizenship behavior based on Islamic work ethics, organizational satisfaction and commitment. By collecting data from 365 lecturers from 14 private universities as sample in the city of Bandung, the sampling was taken with proportional random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS. The results of this study revealed the positive effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment, positive but not significant effect of Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, the findings showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. In practice, this study encourages private university management to improve work ethics and job satisfaction of lecturers, which in turn can influence organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment of lecturers.Extra performance behavior or better known as organizational citizenship behavior is a series of work that is voluntarily performed by an employee in an organization where the employee's behavior exceeds the basic work requirements that have been determined or exceeds the work standards set in the organization (Carmeli & Josman, 2006).
